I have received emails from Cycle Gear. But didnt realize they had a store locally to me. Stopped by to look around. Got a GREAT deal on a Mesh jacket I really needed for summer and a Great deal on some gloves that are better protecting than the ones I was using. The Salesman was very attentive & patient with helping me get the right size and fit for body size. I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

Great service told the salesman what we was wanting and needing and he showed us the Bluetooth helmet system that was what we was needing within our budget. Didn’t try to push something we didn’t need or want. It was well worth the 1hour and half drive there!!

I never leave a review so this experience was definitely worth it. The owner of the shop was great, he helped me pick out the jacket I needed and even installed the holder for my phone for me. Even has an impressive selection of gear, picked up a new Bell Hemet to match my Indian FTR. Will definitely be back and hopefully any new riders will give them a shot to get them road ready.

Been coming to this location for years. Its always been a good experience. Great people, But here in the past week Ive had to stop in to pick up a few things. Theres now a new store Mgr. who is very arrogant and hatefull to the customers and the employees. Its sad to see everyone working, on edge while he plays on his phone.

Went yesterday evening to get a helmet for learning and was promptly greeted by a sales associate who wanted to know what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay in. The second helmet he picked up was exactly what I was needing. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will be using them for my future motorcycle needs and highly recommend them.

The wife went in looking for a dirt bike helmet during covid-19 times and the young black gentleman there come over and helped her try on one that fit her best and shook her head to make sure her head didnt shake inside the helmet to make sure it fit good and after that we purchase our items. Went to the Greensboro location on wendover twice in the week and the staff was very helpful both times.

The store was too small did not have enough selection for riding gear And the staff stood around while me and my wife Shopped for vest and jackets and never once introduced introduced themselves or asked if we need help

Went in today to look at helmets, employees were very helpful. I was looking at a helmet that was around $500. I asked one of the employees a few questions about the helmet and he informed me that they had one of the same model that I was looking at on sale for $250. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service at this location.

I was surprised I thought I would go there and they wouldnt have the stuff I was looking for. Shockingly they had what I needed and different sizes. I like to tinker with random stuff and see what they do. They had a good assorment. Now u know that very special item thats when u will need to order. But I love going here and looking around.
