Wow! Wow! Wow! We had an Acura MDX and went over to Smail to purchase the new one. Was treated very poorly so decided to explore around Greensburg. I had read good things about the Palisade so we figured we would check them out. So glad we did! Our salesperson, Luke, was a rockstar. Not pushy at all, answered ALL our questions, gave my wife an indepth test drive. When we discovered there was a Limited Burgundy one, Luke got to work to track one down. He found found one at another dealership and went and got it for us! Wow! Few days later we were the proud owners of it :). That was July 2020. I wanted to wait a year or so to write this review because I wanted to also review the Mike Camlin Difference. I can tell you, it is different! My wife schedules her FREE Hyundai Care oil change and other maintenance items right from her Hyundai App. They also wash her car and on Wednesdays they even have a man come in and do her nails while she waits! What????!!? Lol. Needless to say, when Im ready to give up my Acura TLX, Ill be coming here and giving my business to Luke at Camlins.

Take My AdviceI live about 2 hours away and wanted a car for my daughter. I called about the Acura TL they had in stock. DJ was my sales person. Before I made the trip, I spoke with DJ about the condition of the car just to be sure there was nothing more than scratches, etc. He stated, This car is flawless, if it isnt, its not on our floor. When I arrived this morning, the car had moisture in the headlights, and a back bumper that was spider webbed due to an impact. In addition to that, there were multiple small rust spots on the car. I knew the car wasnt going to be flawless, but this was beyond flawless. This was a total waste of 4 hours. Is this what you want as your rep Mike?

Place is a joke. Quick to get you out the door, the salesman whose name I won’t list, was new and didn’t have all his info right. Ended up getting me in a $3k warranty on top of other stupid packages. Now i have to refinance to fix that… The finance guy Mike couldn’t bother to inform me what email my cancellation confirmation was sent to. Took 3 months to get my money back from that which was really unnecessary. The service department is a joke. Just called for an oil change, 3 weeks out! And it cost $39.99 to check my rotors when they are just gonna have the tires off anyways. I won’t be bringing my car back to them for anything at this point.
I needed to find a replacement vehicle in a very short amount of time. I found the exact year, model and trim package I was looking for at a significantly better price than anything in my area. I live roughly 4 hours from Hyundai of Greensburg, but Harold made the whole process so effortless despite the geographic distance.I would absolutely make the 8 hour round trip again for this combination of service and savings. After having everything done over the phone and internet to arrive from two hours away and walk up to a car that was not what was expected and not what was led to believe. Is very frustrating and there was no interest in trying to find something or work with us. Just let us walk away after taking a day off work and a two hour drive.

I have had wonderful experiences with this dealership. Jeff Bosart sold me my first new car a few years ago; the whole experience was easy and painless. They offer free state inspections and oil changes to their customers, and the service staff are always pleasant and helpful. The finance office makes things easy to understand, and I always leave feeling satisfied.That said, I recently purchased a new vehicle from a different salesperson. He made some pretty rude remarks about other customers while I was there.I would definitely buy another car here and I will continue to take advantage of their service offerings. I cant advise against this dealership because, like I said, I have had mostly great experiences!

He even cleaned it himself and followed up with us by phone just to make sure the car was fine and we were satisfied with the transaction. Sales Manager, Kent, helped us “seal the deal” and offered us a fair and reasonable price for the extra items we wanted for our Santa Fe (we know...we researched the items online and through other dealerships!!!). He said they don’t take deposit for to hold the vehicle . So I was drove there in hour than he said some one gave deposit for to hold tht vehicle by owner. How they can do tht...than other sales person came and he was saying they just sold tht vehicle.How dumb are they. I will never go again there. Waste my time. Such a useless sales stuff i ever seen

I purchased a car for my parents this week. I live in Texas, They live in Ligonier PA, so the process had to be completed remotely. Kent Smith made the experience a breeze. He was professional, and courteous. He treated my parents like his own when they came to the dealership to do the paperwork. They were very impressed with the way Kent handled the entire experience, He is a great guy.
Got a good deal on a vehicle recently. Shane was very knowledgeable and reasonable. He isnt aggressive or pushy about making a sale. We felt very comfortable during the negotiation process.

Service Dept. Called for appointment, told it would be two weeks. Arrived and mechanic said nothing wrong with the car, but found broken part and said I needed replacement part. He said when it comes in please leave the car vs. wait for it....Ahhhh, so then there is a problem! I was told to wait 4 the part (s) to arrive and I waited 2 weeks and they called to say part is in, but cannot schedule the repair for ANOTHER 2 weeks. So month goes by. Then I called night before to say I would be up 1st thing the morning of my appointment and confirmed opening time and upon arrival I was told they have no record of me on the schedule.So, the night before when I called, to confirm, and gave you my name, WTH? My service advisor called me 2x to tell me part is in and scheduled it, but he is not there night before or the morning I arrived-- They had list of items of things to check and kept car for 2 days to only install replacement part--which originally said there was no problem, yet they found a broken part a few minutes later. I was told no other problems existed-yet, there is. Its like they kept the car 2 days to make me think they really were investigating the problems with my car. Yet, the app tells you every time they enter/exit the car--few times in 48 hours...car was last moved 10a. the day before they called me a day later to say it was ready--Very disappointed. Same service advisor calls me, yet I have never met him. No personal or professional relationship there--I will not go back for service again. Offer of free oil change/inspections are not worth it. I will happily pay for better service. They treated me like I am stupid, they act like they are so surprised you are there for well known issues with these Hyundai cars.

DJ Logue was extremely helpful when I recently bought my Hyundai Tucson. I would definitely recommend contacting DJ if youre looking for a car right now. DJ has even made the time to check in after the purchase to make sure everything is going smoothly.
Absolutely pathetic service. I was recommended to go to a hardware store to get a replacement for my original car key. Something only a dealer can do and needs the VIN. After calling three times and not having anyone answer, even having to transfer to a different department to get someone in parts to answer the phone the fourth time. If I could give it a lower score I would.

We bought a Subaru for our daughter. Absolute regret this purchase!! We drove the car off the lot with an open recall, a whatever point inspection, a promise of 50+% on brakes. We took it to our local Subaru dealer to take care of the recall where we were told the wheel bearing needed replaced and the car had lights out. I brought the car to my usual mechanic and found out that both hubs on the rear need replaced as well as brake pads needing replaced. For the price we paid I expected to be told the issues that need addressed and not lies!! Not being willing to negotiate and being fed false information leaves me wanting to save future victims!!

I bought my car almost a yr ago with Luke and had a great experience. Time for me to get an inspection and I could not be happier with the service that John provided. I recently had a baby and didnt realize my inspection expired last month so of course I was frantic to get it taken care of. Well I showed up and realized I had none of my paperwork in order. I couldnt find my registration and my insurance card expired last month too. I was toting my baby around back and forth trying to get everything they needed to do my inspection. I ended up leaving and coming back later. Both times I visited John helped me tremendously. I am so greatful for his patience and kindness. I was a bit of a mess and the situation could have been a lot worse if John wasnt there to help me out. Mike Camlin I am yet again impressed by your staff and will continue to recommend your dealership to everyone.

Made appointment for a/c gave year and milage when making the appointment. Got to Hyundai and they tell me $150 just to look at it! Could have saved me time and $$ if I knew this when I made the appointment. Fixed myself with a/c refill from Walmart! Oh this is a 2017 3k over warranty coverage. No more Hyundais for me!!!!!!!!

Oil changes often take quite a while, and just called for brake service and GOOD LORD the price is astronomical!!! $39.99 for a brake inspection, $176.50 JUST for labor, plus however much they want for their brake pads! save yourself some money, learn to do it yourself!!!! Advance Auto Parts has the brakes for $24-$47!!! Can you say highway robbery?!?!?!?

Always a pleasure when we going in for oul changes and tire rotations. Had brakes done once and inspection. Helps that oil changes and inspections are free on new vehicles bought from them. Was informed Jan. 2020 that they even have a lifetime warranty on hybrid battery when bought new. Ioniq may be in the future.

I recently bought a 2018 Hyundai Kona from Mike Camlin Hyundai of Greensburg. They were one of the only dealers in the area, during the early stages of the Coronavirus pandemic, that would allow you to test drive a vehicle. The other dealers in the area wanted you to buy their car but wouldnt allow you to take it for a test drive! Who does that?!! Our salesman, Luke Wisnewski, was extremely helpful and made our car buying experience painless! Thank you very much, Luke! (BTW, you should ask for a raise, LOL!). After I drive the wheels off this car, Ill be going back to Mike Camlin for my next Hyundai.......in about 10-15 years!!!
