A “shout out” for Cadillac service technician, Paul “Shake “ Akey! While servicing my Cadillac which we turned in as a used car, “Shake” found my money clip under the driver side seat, he immediately called to inform me—when I went to the Service Dept. to retrieve it my cash and credit cards were intact— I offered a tip but “Shake” refused and said “I’m just doing what I’m supposed to do!” Kudos and many thanks to “Shake” for his professionalism and honesty which are in very short supply in this day and age. Smail Auto can be very proud to have an employee like “Shake”!! Kudos again! —

I was impressed at how I was treated despite the fact that I did not purchase my Cadillac from this dealership and the car is still under warranty.I was given a new SUV loaner for 2 days, car problem was fixed & car was washed. An incredible price was posted on the internet. My wife was excited about it and called the dealership. She has pictures of the listing and everything. Scott Seanor told her she was “nuts for thinking they would sell it for that price!”. Bait and switch? Honest mistake? Doesn’t matter now, that was unprofessional, disrespectful and disappointing.
I brought my car in for its first scheduled service. The service representatives greeted me quickly and courteously. While I was waiting, I was hospitably treated. The wait time seemed to fly by. When my car was finished, it was washed and delivered to me with a smile. Great guys, great service. What more can you ask for?

I leased a 2012 GMC Terrain and I loved it so much that when the lease was up, I just had to have another one. I then leased a 2015 GMC Terrain. This has proven to be the best vehicle that I have ever owned and Smail Cadillac has been the best dealership I have ever dealt with.
Smail GMC and Cadillac worked on my Chevy Cruze quickly and efficiently! They changed my oil and repaired a small trunk latch in less than 24 hours. The service was all under warranty and I didnt have to pay a cent!

My truck was due for an oil change. I called and talked to Troy, our service manager, on Wed. to see if I could get it changed by the end of the week (4th of July was Sat..) and he scheduled me for 9:00 am on Friday (which at the time was free for me.) Wed evening I found out that I had to help a friend at his shop on Friday and was needed there by 10:30... I called Troy and explained the situation and he said to be at the dealership as close to 8:00 as possible since it was a really full day for them... I arrived at 8 and Troy took my keys and asked if I wanted the truck washed when they were done? I said yes, if theres time... Well, at 8:50 Troy came in the waiting area, called my name and told me where to pick up my vehicle, oil changed, brakes, tires and fluids checked and washed.. To say I was please would be an understatement... but, then again, Smail GMC service is top notch and VERY good, to say the least...Thank you to Troy and the GMC service techs.
