Well, I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought a pack of Satin Strands tape in extensions from Sally’s in Latrobe. They were $100. The tapes were bad and were not sticky and fell out of my hair seconds after putting them in. I used about 4 strands until I determined the pack was defective.. took them back to Sally’s in Greensburg, and they said there was nothing they could do and they could not even give me a new pack. So now I am stuck with these garbage extensions that I will have to spend more money on replacing the tapes. I’m disgusted. AWFUL customer service.

The staff here always seem less than knowledgeable about their products for some reason. They always make it seem like youre bothering them when you need something. Good variety of products though and they have great sales a lot of the time.
