Charlie was amazing n stayed on hold with my crappie warranty company for over 23 minutes. All the while Cody and the other guy (I cant remember his name but he was working hard 2) anyways, all the guys here are hardworking, very diligent and most importantly they ate efficiently perfect at their job. They are there to change oil n brakes and they dont mess u around. Id go back to them again and the only thing I would say is jiffy lube is expensive at $86 for an oil change (but I dont pay with my warranty company so I appreciate the great fast in and out job they did. If youre in a hurry n is important to get that oil changed immediately (n u dont mind spending the extra money) then Id head here. Awesome people anza great job they did.

I sent my wife here to get an oil change. They were done in about 20 minutes and it cost me roughly $105, The service was great until I got stuck on the side of the road. I pulled out the dipstick and the engine is completely bone dry, while the bottom of my car looks completely covered in oil. They even left an old rag under the hood.I had to put oil in her car that was not really meant to be in the car just for it to turn over, yet the manager tells me that its impossible for there to have been no oil at all.We are paying customers...and I expected the service I paid for. I also feel as if we are being called liars as well as being ripped off.

These 2 guys are very nice and professional. Always out within an hour and they look over the entire car to make sure it was safe for us and let us know if anything was going to need replaced in the future

Service was ok and Charles did a good job on the inspection However this company over charges. Got my inspection done and it should have been at least 30 dollars cheaper that what I paid. For a one time expiernce not bad besides being overcharged. Just wont go back again.

If I ever need something fixed on my car, I’ll be going here! The people there are so nice and work hard for customers. The employee that fixed my car two times now has gone well above and beyond what is expected. They work fast so you can get back on the road without any worry as soon as possible.

The office was clean and the employees were attentive and knowledgeable. I had my inspection done. I felt like I paid more than I would have at my normal shop, but I was in a hurry and it was a last minute thing.

I never thought that I would ever use a Quick lube style place for my cars maintenance, but my experience with the manager and staff at this Jiffy Lube location was the best experience I have ever had with any company or local business. I appreciate the the fast and easy turnaround on my vehicle and the friendly and helpful service that I was given. All around a 5 star experience.

Excellent experience. Just moved to the area and was not sure where to go for an oil change. Staff were extremely nice, explained the options and did not try to pressure for more expensive oil or other services. Took less the 40 minutes. They even vaccumed the front mats in my jeep! Will be using this as my routeen oil change location from now on.

Today, David and his team worked very hard on my Toyota. They were able to replace the rotors and brake pads even though some of the bolts were frozen. They did a great job and I recommend this jiffy lube. Thanks guys and gal!

I don’t know about other locations, but the people who work here are terribly corrupt and consistently take advantage of their customers (especially women).I have had this conversation with many people. The men who work here will do anything for money as they work on commission, including lying about “necessary” fixes (such as way overpriced oil changes & break repairs). They also lie consistently on their checklists.I have never left a bad review for anywhere in my life, but seriously want to warn that these are not good people. Take your business elsewhere, there are many great & cheaper Mom & pop shops in the area.

Pulled in to have oil changed. Was told it would be a 45 minutes wait. Man said nothing he could do because there were only 2 people working. When I turned around I saw another employee on her phone. No wonder it’s a 45 minute wait. I’ll never be back!!

The staff here at the location on Route 30 are a great group of guys. Everyone is always ready to get my vehicle in and out in a quick manner. Not to mention how clean the interior and my windows are upon leaving.

I asked to get my oil, oil filter, air filter, and 2 fuel filters changed. They forgot about the fuel filters. They also pulled my truck so close to another car that it was almost touching.

I arrived at this location 20 minutes before closing time only to have the manager send one of his pit guys out to greet me and tell me that they are taking no more vehicles for the night. This is the second time that this has happened . . . amazing that ownership allows its management team to let $$$$ simply walk away . . .

They have always done good work on my suv. Lots of coupons online and in a booklet after your first oil change. $30 to $50 per oil change depending on what else you may want done. It may be cheaper to match the correct filter to the car, buy five quarts of the correct oil, top of all of the fluids yourself and change your own oil but they have it all done in 20 minutes and no waste oil or filters to dispose of

Prices are ridiculously high. 100.00 + tax for semi conventional oil and tire rotation?!?!?! And manufacturer recommendations are way off! I called ahead to see what the wait time was and should have realized why it was zero. Save your money and pay someone else!

Had a $90 oil change said on the statement that they vacuum the floors they were untouched. Said on the statement that there would be a sticker on my windshield couldnt even handle that.horrible customer service will never go back.

Weve all been there...something goes wrong with your vehicle and you dont know where to turn, so you go to Jiffy Lube. Nothing like having pseudo-mechanics working on your car, hoping they dont screw it up even worse, either on purpose or on accident.Ive had at least one horrible experience with this chain but these guys were decent the two times Ive been there. I had an oil change and a coolant flush done on my first visit. I had to go back because a gasket blew on the rear differential and it was leaking coolant.I believe they tried to overcharge me but I spoke with the lady at the front and got him to charge me for a half an hour of labor and not a full hour (in reality it literally took less than 10 mins but it was -1 degrees outside and I dont have a garage, so I complied).As with all shops, do some research and dont let them take you for a ride.

Buyer beware!!! Very overpriced!!! AND I dont trust them at all. $77 for a blend oil change? And then they charged me $6 ADDITIONAL for a special filter charge because my vehicle required a screw on filter. Seems to me that almost every filter since the 1960s has been a screw on. My normal Valvoline oil change charge is $60 total. I just went to this Jiffy Lube this one time because the location was convenient related to the other tasks I wanted to complete that day. Ill never go back.

Terribly slow service. Don’t know what happened to this place. Have been coming here for years. After my last three visits, I finally have to give up and find someplace quicker for an oil change.

Went in for an oil change, the employee checked off things that he did NOT do, I asked general questions and the employee had MINIMAL knowledge to the questions... we definitely left there disappointed.

Stopped in for a quick Oil Change and i was told my rear brakes were bad and needed replaced ASAP. I knew they had just been replaced in January and refused to let Jiffy Lube do their expensive replacement service. I told them they had just been replaced and they told me that obviously they did not. I still refused and after returning to my local area I took it to my local mechanic who took it apart and showed me that they literally made up their claim. Unbelievable that they would try to take advantage of their customers like that. Will never return to a Jiffy Lube.

My first visit to this location. They were very friendly and had no problem pulling up my information from my last visit in Ga. The service was quick and I was back to my xmas shopping in no time.

AFTER they drained my oil I was informed that because my car was all wheel drive it would be a higher price then posted for synthetic oil. And as far as the service checklist goes... Well thats a joke. Instead of vacuuming my floor a greasy footprint was left behind.

Not the best restroom for a business like it is. Dress code was not up to what would be expected.

Dont go to this location for state inspections. Every year I attempt to, they either dont have enough crew to complete the inspection or their equipment doesnt work. Ive been going to Jiffy Lube for years and have been satisfied with my service in the past, but this location is horrible!

Terrible Service. Took 4 hours for them to do an Inspection and Emissions and oil change. The receipt stated they rotated my tires, vacumed my vehicle, filled my windshield fluid and NONE of those things were done! I paid 160 dollars to wait 4 hours and have them lie. Will never go here again!

Didn’t have the oil filter, waited 45 minutes for them to find one. Manager not very nice, just bad service. Price was $50.00 ended being $63.00Bad deal here!

Great service told me a few things about my dads car I didnt know, replaced the oil bolt because it was stripped and showed me a couple other things I should know.
