TCC Greensburg has been great to deal with. I was in on a Sunday afternoon the first time. Corey was the only one there. We had to wait a while because there were a couple other customers ahead of us. When it got to be our turn, Corey was wonderful! He was very helpful and gave much needed information for us to make decisions before our purchases. He made us feel like we were the only customers he had to deal with, even though several others came in. He is a great asset to the store! Our second trip in a few days later was to pick up what we ordered the first time. This time Corey was with someone else so Sean helped us. He too was very friendly, helpful & patient even though the store was very busy. And, when Corey finished up with his customer, he came over to check on us & was able to finish out our transaction and get us in and out very quickly. Great job Corey & Sean!

Second time going to this location. Both times I ended up with faulty merchandise. I’ll just save myself time and go to the actual Verizon store in Columbus next time.

Horrible!!! Such rude people. I feel bad for employee joey I got told about 30 times how this was his fault and they were not responsible. Was given number to call regional manager but no answer and no voicemail that is cool for a phone company.

Matthew went above and beyond on helping us upgrade our account and saved us money. We just went in to upgrade our sons phone but he helped us with more.

Verizon had the charger I needed and cleaned the Lent out of the charging port whole of my verizon cell phone and was very nice so if you have any problems with your cell phone not charging I would take it to a Verizon store and they will figure out the problem and hook you up with a fast car or house charger and yes it is kind of expensive but the chargers they sell you are fast charging so it is worth the money to get a good quality charger with a lifetime warranty even so I am highly satisfied with Verizon wireless in Greensburg Indiana thank you verizon so much I recommend this store to my family and friends.

He ordered the phone and followed thru with a call when the phone arrived at the store. He assisted my husband with the setup and recommended (and provided details) for a new phone case. Sean @ Verizon is the BEST! I went on August 2 and traded my Samung Galaxy 5 for the new 10e. Once traded in we started the process of moving over contacts, pictures and most importantly, text messages. Over the years I really didnt know I should delete old messages. On the phone I had over 30,000 but I didnt want them all. Just the conversation between my brother and I who we lost to brain cancer just 4 months ago. The old phone was so slow we were having a hard time getting old messages deleted and so instead of giving up (which I wanted to do several times) he took my old phone and worked for a week on deleting old messages. I went in today and guess what! He was able to get all the old messages deleted except for my brothers! Not only did he not give up, he insisted we were getting those messages! If I could rate him a 12, I sure would! Exceptional friendliness and wanting me to have something so dear to me!

The staff are friendly and helpful...once they get around to helping you. They seem terminally understaffed. I have been in there a few times, and Ive never seen more than 2 workers, and usually half a dozen people in the store waiting to talk to someone.I guess theyre a satellite store of a larger store in Columbus, so they dont always have a lot of the older phones and accessories in stock, but they do have a good selection of all the new stuff...even a few brands and models I want familiar with.I think they do a good job, but Id like to see more people in there helping the customers instead of making us wait 20 to 30 minutes.

Generally my other experiences have been good here but my last visit really showed some true color. To say the least Ive wasted over 12 hours on the phone with Verizon over how much an employee from this location screwed my account up.

Awful. Had issues with them years ago, gave them another chance and they blew it. Didnt explain insurance at all and now Im supposed to pay a deductible to get my phone fixed. Then I get called rude by the store manager for pointing out their mistakes. I HIGHLY recommend no one going here unless you want poor customer service. This store doesnt care about their customers, only your money.
