Exceptional service. I use Staples for all my printing, office supplies and shipping. Very helpful, friendly and efficient. Matt is outstanding.

It was a great visit to the store. The people were helpful and very friendly didnt get what we went in for but because of the helpful staff we got something better and it was on sale for an amazing price. About half of what I was expecting.

I recently went to staples and I had a great experience. There were zero complications and the service was exceptional. The staff and manager,Sue Krehlik, were extremely friendly and helped me with everything i needed. To say the least, I will definitely be going back soon!

They were the typical officer supply store. Decent price, was really wanting one item, paid for it on line when got there it eased out of stock. But did have a substitute that was a little more expensive. Good place if you need it now.

Went to make copies. The employee from the copy counter was very helpful and pleasant.

Rude workers and the tags still arent accurate. Theres tags that says threw Mar.25th. And its Sept.

I bought an Acer computer at Staples November 2017. I brought it back in April 2018 because the computer had given me problems the last couple of moths by suddenly shutting down. I was told that this is a software problem and therefore not something they cover. I was told it was probably due to a virus and that I could pay $169 to get the virus removed. I refused to do this. I contacted Acer that told me that this problem is hardware and that they will take care of it. I am very disappointed that Staples would try to scam me. The Teck service at the store never really tried to do much to make sure it was not a hardware problem. They started of almost at once talking about the problem as a virus, and therefore a software issues. I will not recommend to buy a Computer at Staples to any of my friends. Staples (Greensburg) discharged my complain from the start.

I went in to buy holiday copy paper and they said they put it back and cant bring it out until just before the New Year for the sale. Its the 28th of December!

Service is good. Prices are high but they have some items you wont find elsewhere.

No you can’t return amazon packages here. Even tho it has a UPS. Whatever.

I just called the Greensburg Staples and asked for pricing on color copies. I told her online they are 11¢ each, and she said they are 59¢ in store. I asked why it was almost 6 times more expensive in store than online for the same exact service, and she hung up on me!!! This is why brick and mortar stores are closing left and right!

Self-serve, but friendly cashier.

Store not to well organized, sales items should be by in one area and clearly marked.

This is hands down the worst Staples I have ever set foot into. I have been there 3 times in the past week and have been dissatisfied each time. Hard to find staff on the floor when assistance is needed, staff cant answer simple product questions, long lines at the checkout because only one lane is open. All very aggravating.

Staples employees are the reason I shop at AMAZON.
