Almost no inventory to choose from and the staff is terribly indifferent. They expect you to make an appointment to shop because of short staff, yet they dont post that on their website. The prices are not good either. Not worth the trip.

Ordered a part from their eBay page. Ended up not needing the part. The guy running their eBay page quickly answered my questions and took prompt action to cancel my order and refund my money. Their customer service was perfect, even though I was cancelling an order. Will definitely come back to these guys when I need parts.

We are from out-of-state, and I purchased a brand new Polaris Slingshot, sight unseen, from Louis Powersports. Lisa was my contact, and I asked lots of questions. We agreed on a price and I had my bank wire over the funds. The Slingshot was delivered (part of our agreement) the following week, and it was 99.9% as described. There was one minor flaw in the graphics, but nothing to get upset about. They sent me a new set of graphics to replace the damaged one. Everything about the sale went smooth, and Lisa did great. We love this thing, and I wouldnt hesitate to buy another ride sight unseen from LP/Lisa again. I would say the vehicle was as described, and the sale was smooth. Been considering getting a new Polaris Ranger.... might just have to give them another call!

I had a great experience as a first time motorcycle owner! u2028u2028I really wanted the new Can-Am Ryker, a super cool three wheel motorcycle that is new to the market as of the time of this review. Louis Powersports is known as one of the “hub” dealers for Can-Am, so despite it being a little bit of a drive for me I went all the way out to Greenville, and past some other dealers, to deal with Louis Powersports myself. u2028u2028The sales team was easy to deal with, no pressure and super knowledgable. Lisa, the finance person was especially amazing. They made it all so simple, and quick. I went from walking in the door to driving off on my new 2020 Ryker 900 Rally in about 90 minutes. Seriously! u2028u2028Lisa had one of the technicians spend 30 minutes with me giving an in-depth overview of the bike and its features, letting me test it in the parking lot, and understand all the knobs and levers. To be honest the Ryker is super simple, a great “first bike” for someone not quite interest in all the speed and danger of a two wheel motorcycle haha. u2028u2028End of the day, I got the extended warranty just in case, and now I have the peace of mind that should anything happen to my Ryker that at least Louis Powersports will handle it for me, which is nice to know. I would definitely suggest that anyone in the market for a fun toy check them out, they took great care of me.

I had been calling around to several different states looking for a pair of sea doo jet skis when I spoke with Lisa from Louis power sports and she had the exact two models I was looking for! If your looking for off road toys or personal water crafts this is the place to get ahold of!

I am updating my previous post since I have received some compensation for the damaged chrome.Bought a 2012 ultra from Louis Power Sports’ website, when I asked about the condition of the bike I was told “The bike only has 600 miles on it, this bike is as close to new as you can get”. What wasn’t mentioned was that much of the chrome on the bike was corroded and pitted. The previous owner must have stored the bike next to a pool or something that damaged the chrome. Both mirrors, gas console cover, front rim, back rim, front fork lowers, jiffy stand, seat strap brackets and back luggage rack all needed to be replaced because of pitting. Not to mention the 12 hrs. spent polishing and cleaning the remaining chrome - not what I would consider, “as close to new as you can get”.I contacted the dealership immediately after the bike was delivered and complained about the condition of the chrome. I told them that I felt they misrepresented the bike when they said it was “as close to new as you can get” and the chrome had all these issues. They apologized and assured me they would make it right. After talking with the sales manager we agreed that Louis Power Sports would send a check to help compensate for the damaged chrome. A week later I had to call to check on the status of the check only to find out nothing was really completed yet. After a few more phone calls back and forth I did finally received a check a couple days later.I still feel that the bike was misrepresented and it is going to cost more than the compensation I received to fix the bike. But Louis Power Sports did eventually send the amount we had previously agreed to. So two stars.

Always a pleasure coming here! The staff is nice and friendly and have a no-pressure type approach. Even if you tell them up front your not purchasing today they will still show new products or try to educate you about the unknown.I last came in with a friend and while I looked around one of the salespeople toured me around showing new products and their cool features. We shared stories about our past experiences and had a great conversation.

Great service. What I heard was true. I am one of those first time buyers who had A LOT of questions. 😀 I bought my first Can Am Spyder. Ordered the Spyder F3 S Special Series. I took the three wheel motorcycle course over the weekend. During which other students advised that for the Best deal when you are ready to buy go to Louis Powersports in Greenville. True, True, and True !!!!!I called a few dealers around the DFW. When I called Louis Powersports I spoke with Keslie. I knew after talking to her that she would get the deal done for me. I came into the dealer later that day. I was promptly greeted with smiles from the staff who were eager to help. Keslie came out asked a few questions of what I was specifically looking for. And while I was out on my test ride, she was making calls to find my bike. She told me that she would find it. And she did. She was very helpful and friendly. I pick up a Can-Am 850 outlander and a Tyrex 800. They had all my upgrades in shop and on my bike before my trip. They treat you like family and don’t BS you. If they can’t do something they tell you that. I will be going back for my next set of toys when I break these. Thank you for your prompt and professional service.

Lazy employees. Not my job is their motto. Customer service is nearly non existent and they dont bother to ensure orders are correct. If you want slow service and incorrect items...this is your place. They are mostly friendly though!Update: Kelsie at Louis Powersports spoke with my husband and took note of all the issues we encountered. A good dose of customer service training will hopefully be completed soon for employees. She did everything she could to make this right! Unfortunately, we had to take our business elsewhere before she made contact.

Dont order parts from this place.

Order a radiator from them. It just literally was dropped off. The box was packaged well. No damage to the box but when I opened it there is a bent part, where it mounts to the 4wheeler. It can be bent back into place but that does show that the part was placed in the package that way.

Louis Powersports went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ATV, and stayed late to make sure I could leave with it the same day. They definitely earned my business!

Yesterday, I reached out to dealership regarding one of their 2019 Can-Am F3 Limiteds. We got within $250 of a deal but unfortunately they couldnt hit my number. That being said, I appreciated their candor and the time they took to answer my questions and even following up later in the day (in a non-pushy way) to see if I had any follow-up questions. Even though we couldnt make a deal, I found it a positive experience.

Every part I need has always been a special order part. Even lug nuts for my SxS. There prices are extremely high vs competitors. Guess thats what you can do when you are only powersports dealer in area dealing in new equipment.

And over all 5 star experience from Lisa the manager to the service manager to the delivery personnel extremely impressed and will recommend to all friends and family.

My quad was one of the only things that survived the Campfire in Paradise California, the key however did not. I provided Louis Powersports with the VIN number to my quad and they had the correct OEM ignition in stock. The ignition was packaged and shipped the next morning and 2 days later it was in my possession.I cannot thank Louis Powersports enough for their prompt service. I will definitely be using then again when looking for parts for my quad or my dirt bike.

All of the employees were friendly and really helpful. Even though I wasnt there to buy much, they were able to help me with an existing machine. The service department especially was terrific, and gave me some great info about local activities as we just moved to the area. They didnt mind my dog coming in with me (very well mannered, friendly, and on a leash) and they have free video games, which kept my son entertained while I got oil and local activity info! They appeared to have one heck of a great selection, so when Im in the market, Im going here for sure.

Decided to give this place another try after a very bad experience a bit over a year ago. Called for information and talked to @KelsieT. Refreshingly knowledgeable. Met with her later that day and picked out my bike. My 5-Star review is for her.The rest of the stay is friendly, but sadly not very knowledgeable or helpful.The day that I picked up my bike, I had friends come with me. They were READY to buy a bike but couldnt get anyone to give them a straight answer on its price or answer any questions. So, Louis lost out on an approximately $23k sale.

This place is going down hill. Ive purchased two machines here in the last several years. Always brought them back for the 20 hr service. Ive brought multiple customers their way also. My last and final attempt to purchase with them this morning was a joke. You would figure trying to buy the the most expensive unit they have in a down turn market would have been different. I followed the website rules. Sent in my trade, with pics etc. Received a value but, didnt get much in return for actually working a deal. I would say most people dont have time to play games but they sure do. I guess my money and return service isnt good enough. Definitely approach this place with awareness. Im going to antlers Motorsports. No hassles and straight forward approaches there. Im done with this place.

Called over phone let them know what time I would be in and what I was looking for. Showed up, and was told they were getting papers for me to go look at parts. After that I was ignored and waited 15 mins IN FRONT of the salesmen’s desk while it was empty, walked outside called the sales department asking if they wanted to sale a atv, they replied yes but I would have to show up in time before they close, I informed them I had been there for 15 mins in their show room, after all this they sent a salesmen that didn’t know the difference between a Can am and a Polaris. Long story short, I traveled 2 hours to another dealership and that dealership pick up louis’s atv I wanted Just to purchase from them(outdoor power sports) wouldn’t recommend Louis to ANYONE. Save your money and go to Out Door Power sports!!

He provided lots of information before I even got there, I shared all the backup info I had and he was well informed about other factoids of interest. We walked, talked and saw all the options on the floor, including what was ready, what could be added, and what could be easily added when I found more nickels. We talked to parts, we talked to service, we talked great zero percent financing options (I love to use other peoples money).Say hi to Tony in Service when you stop by the store (that man used to jump out of perfectly good airplanes, but apparently he has gotten better).And from a buyers perspective, the team did offer warranties, additional parts etc, but were very cordial when I declined. I appreciate that. (I might have been tempted by the prepaid service and warranty if I didnt intend to stash the ATV deep in the woods.)The Bad: Nothing Bad, but see The UglyThe Ugly: THE ONLY REASON THIS PLACE DIDNT GET FIVE STARS....The surprise substantial add-on fees for freight (expected) and dealer prep (unexpected). As a recommendation, the dealership should consider a small-print addendum to their ads and website that prices quoted dont include the freight and prep fees (and simply quote them). Everybody charges them, dont be shy, we can handle it.OVERALL: What a great toy store....highly recommend

Purchased 2016 Ranger Crew yesterday. Dealt primarily with Brandon and Curtis. Very straightforward and positive experience. Very competitive price. Good folks to deal with. I had not been to this dealer before, but heard about them through a relative. They were a little further from me than other dealers, but glad I made the trip. Also talked with their service manager while there and had good impression from that. Looking forward to completing the process next week when I pick up my new Ranger with accessories installed. Hands down the best customer service in the industry. I live in Houston, TX and drove 4.5 hours to their dealership to purchase a 2019 Can Am X3 Turbo R. Not only did they have the most competitive pricing on UTVs, Lisa (my salesperson) communicated with me back and forth immediately, every time. I was shopping between 4 different dealerships, theirs and 3 local shops in Houston. None of the Houston shops could beat their pricing or their financing. Lisa was the most responsive out of all my salespeople between the 4 shops, and she gave me the confidence in knowing that I was going with the right dealership. I was also in the market for a trailer, but it wasn’t necessary to get one. She was able to get me a Diamond C trailer and even rolled it into the financing. I made the trip up there and the unit, trailer, and paperwork were all ready for me to take delivery. Once I arrived, signed the paperwork, did a walkthrough of the unit and the trailer, and even gifted me some of their personalized gear. The whole experience was quick and pleasant. The whole team at Louis is a team other dealerships should take notes from.

Ask for all fees before getting too excited to buy. Other power sports dealers give you the up front price before going to the paper work. They spring other undisclosed fees after you make your best deal. They are very friendly and cheerful.
