I used to love going there to buy movies. Went in there for the first time in over a year today and they barely have any movies. I seen more cereal boxes and candy then movies.

I used to love FYE for physical media but now the store is mostly collectable figurines, t-shirts, etc. I miss CDs and movies! Its a shame how difficult it is to find older media now with physical locations like this going to merchandise only.

I love the name brand hair products. But they need more biolodge sets...cheaper like they use to be

My son LOVES this store. They have everything. Were a family of nerds basically and they cover every aspect of that. Very clean/friendly and knowledgeable staff

Went for pop funko and they had a few good ones and some good sells going on.

Can you give a 0 stars? Supposed 2nd in charge AJ just dropped the f word in front of my kid because a tag showed a lower price than what rang up. I pointed it out and he said I believe you, geez, you dont have to fn show the tag. Whats the point of an attitude and cussing?? Its her birthday money and the item came up more expensive than the tag showed. Sorry excuse for customer service. Did not purchase from this store due to this and I encourage everyone to do the same.

Best place to get your music cds.

I spent $1.91 in this store. They asked me if I wanted to sign up for VIP emails. Ok, whatever, fine. What they didnt say was those emails cost $12 a month! They STOLE my money WITHOUT MY CONSENT! For the last 4 months theyve been taking money out of my account! I want it back!!!!

Love the people there trying to help out and love the selection of funkos they have. Just wish they had a little more.

I feel like this place used to have a better selection of stuff. I might just be getting older though at 34 I dont know.

Was told we needed to have a mask to purchase something in the store. I offered to wear one just show me where they are. I was then told they didn’t have any mask. If you are going to make people wear a mask then provide one.

Got some great deals over the holidays. Great customer service too. Bought a boom box pill for $20. Just the week before I bought a Sony music pill for $50. Guess what? The $20 pill is louder than the $50 pill.. I 🤷🏾‍♂️

Love this place! Always have great deals on Funko pops plus if you are looking for movie they more than likely will have it or if you wanna sell some DVD/Blu-ray they may buy them! Anytime we go to mall this is always one of our stops! You cant miss them their stores located at the food court!

Where is they are generally comprable to most Mall store pricing oh, you can get some pretty good deals if you catch a sale right. I prefer getting novelty or collectors items there.Plus the people are really friendly.

The staff was friendly and store was neat. The checkout experience leaves something to be desired but it is the corporations fault not the stores. The associates have to get email, memberships, AND try to sell you magazine subscriptions. Its just alot. If you ask for me email FINE. But then email me those offers - dont make your associates do it while Im trying to check out.

They did have popular merch in their store, for extremely specific and not popular shows or movies. However, they offered nothing, no merch, except for the complete series of an EXTREMELY popular show for double what you can get it on Amazon for.

Into Pop-culture, this is the place to go. Soda and food from other countries is way over priced. They do have good sales.

FYE has a large variety of very specific things. They have tonnes of music and then they have pop culture items. If youre looking for music I would go here, anything else is better found at places like Hot Topic, Spencers, or even Game Stop.

Yes, it is a chain store. But the have lots of fun quirky stuff. There is also a linited selection of cds and dvds for those of us who remember when nothing was streaming or available for download.

Ive been going to FYE for a long time now. This FYE has been improved in appearance, but has fallen from being one of the best places to look for music, movies, or mayhem. .

I called for a simple question about a return. A woman answered the phone, and said something very fast, and I couldnt understand her, so I asked her to repeat herself. From this point on the woman was extremely rude and very short. Not very professional at all. This was at 11 a.m. on Monday Nov. 26

Dont ever bother going here, theyll set you up for a lovely little scam. Even if you see the $11.99 a month, its difficult to cancel it because they will lie, tell you straight up no or say they did while continuing to charge your card. I tried to cancel and had to clear my visa of recurring transactions and get a new card because I couldnt trust them even after they gave me a confirmation number.

Great prices on th older movies. Have an extensive vinyl section.

Perfect nerd or geek store. They have merchandise from all the major fandoms, some minor ones, and whatevers new. Also some uniquely interesting finds, like the specialty MCU cereals. Hands down, best store in the mall.

Neat place to find DVDs CDs n records

Ive had good and bad experiences here. Most of the time its great. I was lied to about their discount program though around Christmas and they wound up charging me like $12 a month and when I confronted them about it, they just gave me a phone number that was absolutely not helpful. I had to actually go through my bank to block them from more charges. So ill recommend the location for its selection, but avoid the program.
