Would rate a 0 if that were an option. I wanted to exchange an $80 purchase. Was told I could only choose a $40 item because of their current 1/2 off store wide sale. Needless to say, I still have the item. What is this?... Reverse shoplifting? If this is a valid policy, state it on your receipt.
