Caused my company to receive multiple bad reviews. One for an evap coil they said would take 2 weeks to get in and the customer called York and they told her they would have it in 2 days!!!! Then a blower motor UNDER WARRANTY they told me 3 days ago could be over nighted (mind you I’ve purchased from here multiple times) but now all of a sudden I don’t have an account. So that’s an extra day. Sent in the paperwork yesterday morning was told it would be overnight all to be told this morning “oh I didn’t do that over night it’ll be here Tuesday. Will find else where for York warranty parts. Take my advice for a supply house use Ferguson or Baker. They definitely don’t care about the end customer that makes us look bad.
