I cannot recommend Cadillac of Greenwich enough! First, Id like to thank Chris, the service manager, for being so accommodating to me. Despite the fact that Ive never brought my car there for service or bought a car from this dealership, I was greeted with positive attitudes and given a non-loaner car; even though they didnt have any loaner cars available or many cars in general. Both the service and sales departments are fantastic, you wont be disappointed.

I highly recommend Cadillac of Greenwich! I have leased my last two cars from them and I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone I have interacted with over the past 3 years. Every employee I’ve worked with (both from the sales and service departments) has been incredibly nice, patient and helpful. Chris went above and beyond for my recent lease to apply every possible rebate to get me within the price range I wanted to be in and also get the car I really wanted.Even though the cars are great, I most likely would have looked at the options available from other manufacturers after my first lease, but I was so happy with the people and the service at Cadillac of Greenwich after 3 years that I decided not to even look elsewhere!If you want a pleasant stress-free experience from the very beginning when buying a new car and exceptional service that includes pickup and drop off of your car to your home anytime it needs service (with loaner drop off while the car is being serviced), Cadillac of Greenwich is the place to go!

My experience at Cadillac of Greenwich was top notch! One of the fastest, easiest and most convenient car buying experiences I have had in a long time and I trade in cars quite frequently due to the amount of miles I drive for work. I had purchased a car from them years ago and decided to go back to a Cadillac Escalade from my recent Tahoe. They had the color combo I desired, rear entertainment for the kids and even managed to get the audio to work throughout the entire vehicle. Chris, Kamil and Ron at the dealership worked together as a team for us, made multiple trips to my house let me see the cars and delivered it! This type of service and convenience you don’t see a lot anymore and they accommodated my family and made the experience so easy for a mother of special needs children. I am so happy with my experience at Cadillac of Greenwich! I was in search for a very specific Cadillac Escalade ESV for my boss, and I must have called 100 dealerships. No one was as helpful, friendly and accommodating as Rondell at Cadillac of Greenwich. This rating relates to the service department. I called looking for a repair quote in regards to a left rear wheel bearing on a 12 SRX. I was immediately put off by the woman who answered the phone in service. It was as if my inquiry was a burden and I should be grateful for her assistance. In addition, apparently its my job as the customer to get a quote for labor AND parts? Could she not have called the parts department herself to create a grand total cost? No, I had to be forwarded to the parts department and it was my job to figure out the math. Fortunately, a very helpful woman named Harper spoke kindly and assisted with part information (hence a 2 star rating). Ultimately, it wouldve cost ~$550 for the repair. Found an independent shop thatll do it for $350. Ill keep the $200 and deal with a nicer Caddy dealership in the future.

This was the worst attempted car buying experience of our life. My wife was on the phone with a sales rep. from noon yesterday late into the evening trying to gain information and show we were very interested. We live 2 hours away and the next day my wife packed all three kids up in the car (all less than 5 yrs old) and drove to the dealership and called ahead to let them know she was coming for the car.They began appraising our car for a trade in so she could purchase the car she had been discussing with the sales rep from the day prior.Another couple who was from the community came in said they wanted the car my wife was going to get and the manager of the facility gave them the car before evening coming back out to tell my wife; leaving her in the car with the kids in the heat. He said that becuase they were long time customer he felt obligated to give them the car.This place has no integrity, no morals would never go there again. I couldnt believe what they did to my wife.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.Extended Version:I decided on Friday night that I wanted to trade in my 2017 Escalade ESV Platinum for a slightly newer (but otherwise identical) one with fewer miles. After a terrible service experience with a dealer in NJ, I wanted to be 100% certain that I’ll have CPO warranty until the 2021s start coming off lease in a couple of years. After searching the Cadillac CPO website, I found a blue/tan 2018 at Cadillac of Greenwich equipped exactly how I wanted and with fairly low miles.After spending most of Saturday morning explaining to my wife that this was a completely rational decision and that I had not in fact lost my mind, I filled out the online “start your deal” form and arranged to stop by around 4 PM (I live about an hour and a half away). The price on the 2018 was fair and the quoted value for my trade was about with what I expected, so I hopped in the car and headed to Greenwich.The experience at the dealership was flawless. My sales consultant, Tariq, was a consummate professional. After a quick test drive to make sure nothing was amiss, I confirmed that I wanted to buy it. Tariq and Chris, the business manager, made the purchase process absolutely painless. Actually, scratch that - they made it fun. Chris presented various protection options (tire and wheel protection on Escalades with factory 22” wheels is a must here in Pothole Village) and payment options, and we reached a deal.The only hiccup was that the 2018 had just arrived as a lease return a day or two earlier and thus hadn’t yet been through the shop (this was the Saturday of a holiday weekend). When I said I could just come back to pick it up, Tariq offered to deliver it instead. I accepted, and he arrived yesterday - right on schedule - with the new vehicle and took my trade back to Greenwich.I literally grew up in a GM dealership, have worked in senior management at a dealer group, and have a deep understanding of the inner workings of the business. The culture of customer service starts at the top and permeates an entire organization. From the word go, it was evident that Cadillac of Greenwich has the right culture (they reminded me a lot of Carl Sewell’s “Customers for Life” philosophy, which should be required reading for every dealer and its staff), and that their people live by it. If you’re in New York or New Jersey, it’s well worth the drive. My professional life is extremely busy and my schedule is generally very fragmented, but these guys made the purchase process fun and unbelievably easy.Finally, I’d be remiss not to give credit to Kamil, the sales consultant who responded by email to my original inquiry but was tied up with other customers when I arrived, and Ron, the GM. Awesome people all around. Go there; you won’t be disappointed.

I bought a Escalade from them. After a few months the car has engine problems. The cost to repair the car was over $3000. Tried to call and email the sales people and manager. No call back and no email back. When I went to speak to them at the dealership. The manager kept saying AS IS. So I’m writing this AS IS review. I would never buy a car from this place. Buying from a franchise dealer should have some support. They refused to call Cadillac to see if I can get any support from Cadillac. They refused to assist in any way. I would not recommend this place.

If paying $242.87 for an oil change and tire rotation is your jam, then this experience was okay. I found this to be far too expensive (having used dealerships like Ingersoll Auto and other GM dealerships in the area for years). They also said my Cadillac XT5 with low mileage that has squeaking breaks was “how it was made” so the breaks still squeak.

I would like to preface this with the fact that our purchase experience was phenomenal!! However, our service experience was much short of that. I have never been one to use the service department as we have our own local mechanic that does great work. That being said, because we had such a great experience in the sales department I figured we’d give the service department a shot... and with it being free for the service and free at home pickup and drop off who could turn it down. Now for the experience: the service dept called and said they’d pick the car up by 0830, however they showed up and hour later than that. They did spray inside the car to sanitize it... for themselves... however when they dropped it off the guy just hopped out and handed me me key. Clearly they were only worried about their safety and not me or my family’s. An oil change took 7hrs and they returned the Escalade more dirty than it was when it left my house... which was quite an accomplishment! I can say without question I will not be using this service department again, nor will I be recommending it to anyone. So disappointed after such a great experience in sales, as stated earlier. You expect much more from the dealership service dept when your vehicle payment is over $1000/mth. Very underwhelmed :-/

I brought my Cadillac Escalade in for service the rear screen was not working on my entertainment system and I had some problems with the noise on the front end and the steering column they made all necessary repairs within a day put it through the extended warranty and was off and running the next day, I am had a great experience with all of the service providers at Cadillac and a lot of extra help from the manager I am extremely satisfied with all that they do in the car they take with my car would recommend them to anyone

I can’t say enough about this dealership! Mike and Raj were both amazing. Completely over-the-top, jaw-dropping, incredible customer service. From having extra Velcro to re-attach my EZPass to the new vehicle (!!!) to having a cord for me to keep to connect my phone to Apple Car Play, they left no detail unattended to. They even dealt with another dealership for me (totally different brand of car) to take my other lease back. After a really disappointing experience at another Cadillac dealership, this team made me see for the first time that car shopping/buying *can* be a pleasant experience. Warren, the finance manager, was patient and detailed with all of the paperwork. The headphones were all charged for the entertainment system. They didn’t rush me, answered what seemed like 100 questions, and did it all with a smile. WOW, WOW, WOW is all I can say! The only other brand I can compare this level of customer service to is American Express, which always knocks it out of the park. These guys are THE BEST!!!

Im left wondering how a service appointment and subsequent conversation with the Service Manager at Cadillac of Greenwich, Mike Phillips, escalated to the point where I’m now scared for my own survival.After setting the expectation for same-day-service, Mike and his team told me that I would have to leave my vehicle with them indefinitely, and that I would only be guaranteed a loaner car “through the weekend”. Having made an appointment early in the week for Friday morning with Mike himself, I was assured that they’d take a look at everything the same day. The issue was not so much the bad news I had received - but the inability to communicate with the service manager over the phone after receiving this news, having left a message, waited hours, and having been told “you can see him when you come in” - compounded with his extremely hostile attitude and reckless behavior once I did so, that has spurred my interest writing this review.It had seemed from my perspective that Cadillac of Greenwich were happy to let my car sit around unfixed, and were in no rush to correct a number of rather unsettling issues for a premium car with 4-digit mileage. Had Mr. Phillips or his associates chosen to articulate the position they were in regarding Cadillac’s regulations of the procedures of warranty work with the same professionalism of Cadillac’s corporate staff, I can’t imagine the situation unfolding as it did. The crux of the matter, as relayed by corporate during a phone call I had after retrieving my unfixed car, is that all issues with a vehicle, even intermittent ones, must be fully reproducible on premises before any sort of work to be paid for by GM’s Warranty can begin - even diagnostic work. For example, Cadillac would not permit a dealership to disassemble a steering wheel if the customer reported intermittent noise coming from that location - even if the customer is able to produce evidence such a video recording of the issue occurring.This policy differs so significantly from the procedures I’ve experienced at other top-line dealerships (Lexus, Mercedes, Infiniti) as well as independent mechanics, to the point where I was left feeling jaded that Cadillac of Greenwich was refusing to address my issue in a manner that respected my time. Rather than calmly explaining this policy and its reasoning (namely, liability) to me, Mike decided to raise his voice with dismissiveness - “I don’t care what video you have on your phone - that’s how it is”.Crucially - rather than caring to explain why one TSB applied to my car but not another, Mike took a condescending attitude and began shouting at the top of his lungs about having “35 years of car business experience” continuing on how as a customer “you’re not in control - I am. Because it’s my dealership. And I can refuse to service whatever I want. Now give me my keys - and get out of my shop”. In the middle of this tirade, he ripped his face mask off. I can’t help but speculate that the plexiglass barrier in between us may not have been adequate to prevent the spread of COVID and certainly violated both state and federal guidelines for virus transmission prevention in an indoor space.Mike ranted and raved about how I was “wasting his time”, when from my perspective - that’s all his department was doing with mine. Rather than explain his situation regarding the policies to me as his associates at Cadillac Corporate did, Mike made me feel threatened, abused and degraded. I’d like to add that I’ve never been asked to leave the premises of an establishment before, in my entire life.Would Mike have treated me this way if I looked or presented myself more like his usual clientele base? Unclear.What is clear - given the Service Manager’s hostile attitude and seeming inability to follow basic health and safety procedures, I can’t in good conscience recommend you take your car to his department for any reason - and have serious doubts about returning to their sales floor.

Just leased an XT6 from this dealership and the price/experience was amazing. The sales manager Ron gave me a quote over email and there were no surprises when I showed up in person to sign the contract. Due to Covid most of the paperwork was done before I showed up to the dealership so I didn’t spend all day in there. Highly recommended dealership and they also show support to first responders.

I live in upstate NY, the vehicle we wanted to purchase was at Cadillac of Greenwich. The Cadillac I was looking for with AWD is rare. Ron answered my call and in 5 minutes we were friends, in 20 minutes I had a fabulous deal on the Preowned Cadillac I wanted. Ron personally delivered the Cadillac to me at my daughters house in White Plains. With in 15 minutes the deal was done paperwork was signed and I was on my way home. The vehicle was everything Ron had promised. Very professional, kind and accommodating. The experience was short and sweet in a word AMAZING. I was treated like they only customer in the world. If this is our new normal, it’s wonderful. I would definitely drive 3 hours to purchase from Ron again.

I test drove (and ultimately bought) a car I found on an online search. This was the first car buying process for myself, so I dont have much to compare it to, but I think it went well! Frank was the sales person I did the test drive with - he was so friendly and happy to help me out with all my questions. Ron did my purchase and walked me through all the steps that would need to happen from start to finish including mailing forms back and forth since Im located in Boston. Unfortunately, I was making my purchase at the start of the Covid pandemic - Fortunately, Ron and his team were dedicated to getting my registration completed, and though it took a few extra days due to closed DMVs in Massachusetts, they did it! I honestly was not expecting to buy a car that day. But I walked in to look at the brand new Cadillac Escalades and I met Rondell. He was one of the best salesman I have ever come across. He 100% made my process as quick and painless to the point where I buying the car was just a function of the service he gave me. First he quoted me an excellent price and then offered to have the vehicle delivered to my home to test drive. After I did, it took him less than an hour to come back with the paperwork to sign and I had a brand new Escalade with no hassle. I absolutely love my truck and so do my kids. Was looking at used Jeeps online on Sunday and sent an inquiry, Ron Douglas called Monday morning and answered all my questions, then got credit approval and we pretty much finalized everything before noon. The asking price was fair to begin with so this was a painless, no haggle and easy decision. The next morning I drove 2 hours to CT, test drove the Jeep and was home in PA with my new Jeep in time for lunch.I’m very pleased with the Jeep and the short and painless purchase process. Ron answered my questions quickly and it was obvious he knew the car and was well prepared before we spoke. In fact, Ron knew more about Jeeps then salesman I’ve spoken to at actual Jeep dealers. I went to Cadillac of Greenwich to lease my first car (the xt-4 premium luxury)! I was helped by Raj and his manager Ron. Id been car hunting for 2+ months, and been to many dealerships. At each dealership Id feel a lot of pressure to make an immediate purchase, except for at Cadillac. Raj and Ron were the only people to really talk to me, get to know me, and help me make determine if the car fit me and my needs. They were personable, informative, and answered all my questions. The customer service experience was excellent, and I really enjoyed working with them. Ive only had the car 24 hours, but I know I made a great choice going with Cadillac, and working with the Cadillac of Greenwich team! Highly recommend swinging by here if youre in the market for a new car and asking to speak with Raj or Ron!

Always satisfied at Cadillac of Greenwich. The service department is outstanding, and I am always made to feel like a top priority. I love that my vehicle is returned with a fresh wash after each service appointment! My office is close by so I drop the truck off, I am always offered either a loaner car or a ride back to the office. The staff goes above and beyond my expectations!
