Rich was super helpful in assisting us with choosing the right item, color, and size for our back deck. He was very informative about the product and provided us with realistic expectations for when we can expect the item to be delivered taking into account COVID delays. My wife and I purchased several rocking chairs and we had some issues with them. Patrick worked with us to resolve the issues with the vendor and was very professional and helpful. We really enjoyed working with him and appreciate his assistance in resolving our issues.
We purchased a fire-pit from the Scarsdale store .. Patrick provided a level of customer care and support (even during this pandemic) that was exceptional. We arranged for me to pick up fire-pit in Stamford. When I finally freed up to call for pickup (several weeks later), the warehouse was closed for the holiday .. I reached out again to Patrick expecting that I would have to wait until the new year. Not so !!! Patrick found me a replacement (actually a more desirable one) in another nearby local store and took care of everything so I could have the product in hand before the new year.Wow - this is the definition of service !!!!Wouldn’t buy patio related anything anywhere else and Patrick and Patio.com now have a super happy customer.Happy Holidays.Regards,Eric
I can not say enough about the amazing experience I had with Rich. First off, we are in new waters here. It’s impossible to order grocery food never mind outdoor furniture. Not the case with Rich! He is extremely knowledgeable and on top of everything, so friendly and kind. I felt like he looked out for my best interests, he took so much time to explain things to me and walk me though the different pros and cons on just about everything. Rich always answers your call and follows up. He even calls companies on speaker phone so that you can hear what’s going on. Total transparency. I love the fact that I’m in the know and can hear the lead times myself. Other places have lied and told me things were coming quicker to get my business. Rich is honest, knowledgeable, funny and kind hearted. I never thought I would have fun shopping for outdoor furniture. That is the case with Rich. I had a HUGE Order- lounge chairs, multiple seating areas, dining table and chairs and he went above and beyond for me. I even ended up ordering chaise cushions from a different company based on him showing me everything. I never even thought to do this. I never felt like I was bothering him. At times, I would change my mind and be slightly indecisive and he never pressured me or made me feel bad. I highly recommend working with him. On a side note, I even traveled from NJ to work with him. I had called several furniture stores in NJ and was getting no where. I called patio.com and was so lucky to get Rich on the phone. I could tell from the initial phone call that he was the expert I needed! So glad I found him.
My experience at Patio.com was nothing short of spectacular. After spending 3 months during Covid-19 trying to order patio furniture, I decided to venture to Patio.com knowing they were open for business. I showed up unannounced, not having an appointment, not knowing the protocol, and then was approached by a friendly salesperson. When he found out we did not have an appointment he invited us to wait for a few minutes before going inside. We did, met a young summer intern, got some ball-park figures, and made an appointment the next morning. We met with Rich, the man in charge, who then began to educate us on the process. The process being a catalogue search and inventory verification. We were VERY lucky to find our first choices in stock for delivery 2 days later. Rich was transparent start to finish, in terms of delivery time and availability. We were lucky, but I know he tells people the real deal. I cannot recommend Patio.com enough--both in terms of the quality and their excellent customer service.
I was recommended to Patio.com by a friend that has used them in the past, and was told they had high quality outdoor furniture and great prices.We placed out order in February, needing the furniture to be delivered in April. Not expecting the CoVid-19 virus to to hit, I called the store and actually received a call from one of the owners assuring us that we would get our delivery. Our furniture order came in at the end of April, the quality of the furniture was outstanding but the best part was the great service we received from the salesman right through the delivery. I just saw the new showroom location. Love it! Great location. It has 3 separate floors and is so much bigger inside than it looks like from theoutside. All the top patio furniture brands are on display. Rich and his staff are so helpful and knowledgable about all things patio and beyond. Thank you for all your help with choosing the right pieces.

Rich answered my call on a Friday night at 7:30pm to help me troubleshoot my heater. That service is why I cancelled all my amazon.com heater orders and will ONLY order from Rich. Had problems with an umbrella that I purchased from the Scarsdale store. Patrick from the Greenwich store was helpful and so much more knowledgeable than Galtech customer service. He even offered to facetime me to help me with the Umbrella. Excellent customer service.
Great selection, delivery can be within a couple days if the items are available at their warehouse. Go inside if you need someone to help you. Theres a few arcade games in there as well, which I thought was pretty cool
