Always need to stop by OGGI 5 when we are in Greenwich for meetings. Love the collections, never disappointed. Styles are very flattering, OL blouses and pants, cocktail dresses, basics, you name it. Some unique finds that got many friends jealous :) Reasonable prices, great customer service, the owner Olivier and his staff are very warm and helpful.

Was there recently & bought a pair of earrings— owner was very helpful—- the store is full of beautiful “goodies!”

Just entered the store in search of a very specific clothing item and 90% sure I was racially profiled... 100% sure the salesperson was incompetent of providing any type of customer service.Not ever did he ask if we needed help, nor did he greet us... and when I asked for the price of a necklace and bracelet on display, which are not even made of precious metal, he simply said “I cannot tell you.”Way to lose a sale, but I’ll never even consider stopping in. If you don’t look like a million bucks I don’t recommend you come in unless you want to feel terrible or do come in if you want to completely waste your time.
