We have used Minuteman Press for many years - they are consistently helpful, very responsive and always quick to deliver a perfectly printed product! I never stop to write reviews, but I wanted to take the time because I cannot recommend them more highly! They have helped me time and again when I been in a pinch to meet a deadline.

I love this place. You get very personalized customer service. Cris, the designer is amazing. It’s faster than any other outsourcing printer I looked up online, and since I’m not paying for shipping, it even ends up being less expensive. Support the US and our local family businesses like this one (yes it’s family owned) and go here!

Minuteman does quality work, and customer service is excellent.

Quality of the work is extremely poor and they do not follow instruction. David urgently needs a lesson in customer service and how to politely speak to people instead of being accusatory and unpleasant to work with. Would never submit a job here again.

I brought a small job to them to try them out for services for my job at a Cancer Foundation. Not only did they not call when the order was ready, but when I arrived, they charged my non-profit organization sales tax AND did not put any of the paper back in my original boxes OR give me new Minuteman boxes or even a bag. Either they are cheap, lazy or dont want new business or all of the above. They put loose paper back in a carrier I brought and it was already falling all over before I left store AND it was pouring rain outside. When I started to complain, one of the older men stepped in and asked if there was a problem. Even after I explained, he didnt offer to remedy the situation, he just walked away like a COWARD and BAD BUSINESSMAN. I would NOT recommend this place EVER.
