Michelangelo could not have been more helpful. I was in a serious rush and was using a unique logo - they not only did an incredible job with the engraving, but also got it to me in record time. I cannot recommend them more highly.

They always go above and beyond to accomodate. I was purchasing an item for first communion and they offered to do the engraving within the hour before closing. THEY OFFERED. I was too embarrassed to ask. This is the BEST CUSTOMER service.

The other positive reviews are well warranted as the owners of Michaelangelo of Greenwich could not be more accommodating. I had a quick turnaround request to engrave executive pens as a gift. I found this business by Google-ing engravers near me. I went in and not only could they accommodate my quick turnaround, but they were also more cost efficient than other companies with whom I spoke. They do the engraving on site, so you dont have to deal with a middle man. Quality is also excellent and to top it off, they are very nice people. Cannot say enough positive things about them and fully recommend supporting our local, small businesses such as Michaelangelo of Greenwich. Ask for either of the owners, Gail or Mike, and they will take care of you.

Wish I could give them a lower rating than 1! Totally unprofessional- they engraved an item upside down and tried to charge us $130 to fix it! Safe your money, time and sanity and go somewhere else!

30 bucks to engrave a small plate for a trophy that would have cost $10 anywhere and its atken tehm weeks and havent heard anyting. Worst business ever!
