The place could use some sprucing up. It feels old inside. The products and selections are fine. It would just nice to see updates and decor.

Love the bakery products and certain items not available in other stores. The employees are really helpful with a good disposition so refreshing compared to other stores.

Always lots of things to see and purchase from. They have a great selection of fresh and frozen food, drinks, and snacks. Always impressed with the freshness of the cooked to go food in their deli section. Never too crowded, and always an easy checkout.

Love the buy one get one free select meats and their $5 fruit bowls! Their weekly sales are good some weeks and some of their items are overpriced.

I had to purchase 3 things….. there were lines at every register…. I go to the service desk where 3 employees including the manager are standing talking and ask if I can pay because I’m in a hurry. They told me no we don’t ring people out here because then everyone will want to do it?sorry for interrupting your social hour but Isn’t that your job? Then the other day I was there and the nice black kid in the bakery put extra chocolate on my cake and the manager starts yelling at him. I told her I asked him for it and she said he knows better I said I’ll pay for it it’s not his fault. Rude, stuck up, people here. I’ll pay more and go to cvs next time

I love Greenwich Acme markets, I am greeted by the staff every time. Its just pleasant there!

I dont shop here on a regular basis but I would definitely come here if it was in my neighborhood. Good selection, produce and vegetables were fresh and there seemed to be a wide selection of products to choose from. The isles were a little tight but its an old school supermarket and I prefer that as opposed to the megastore grocery store.

I like the ACME market as it has all the things you need at reasonable prices (for Greenwich). Its closer to us than the others, so very convenient.

Well laid out and I like that there are well stocked. I jumped in on a lark and they had ample supply of the advertised free item. Very clean store and friendly staff.

Slightly better than the competition across the street but that’s not saying much. Parking lot is a nightmare.

I used to really like food shopping at ACME. The store is just the right size that makes navigating around the aisles fast and easy. I can easily find what I need within minutes of walking into the store, sometimes with the help of their friendly staff. However, this was the THIRD time I almost bought an EXPIRED FOOD PRODUCT DISPLAYED ON THE SHELF. I spoke to the grocery clerk, and the manager (John) about this and they apologized. I still shop here for the reasons mentioned above, only now I go here less often for I do not trust them 100% anymore. If you shop here, TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTION AND SPEND TIME TO READ THE EXPIRY DATE OF EVERYTHING before putting them in your cart.

Horrible, horrible customer service at checkout. This woman (Francesse) was aggressive, shoved the food down bags, slammed the bags of food on the counter and felt the need to shout at the customer because I asked her to please use the other two bags I had available. I even offered to help her but she decided to shout. I’m still in disbelief with the way I was treated.... this cashier was so combative, I would expect this type of negative attitude in a New York City street, but not in a place of business that offers a needed service to the public. A customer should never be attacked in this manner, not now or never. I hope corporate decides better train their staff.

Aisles are narrow and checkout needs to be modernized

It can be a little costly (not Whole Foods costly but not as good prices such as youll find at Stop & Shop or ShopRite}. But its a convenient location here in Rye Brook, with a CVS and Dunkin Donuts in the same plaza!

Friendly place with plenty of parking. Only purchase sale items as other items are too high priced. It resembles a small town store with a folksy atmosphere. Employees are very nice but it could use some updating. Yet, I will continue to shop there!

Another tired Acme Market ... the place needs an overhaul to compete with Shop Rite, Whole Foods and Wegmans...

This store has cheap items like those found in low end supermarkets. There is no salad bar. Worst of all they charge 10 cents for every cheap paper shopping bag. The ones with the handles that fall off. They are putting so many people out of business. Paper bag manufacturers, artists that design the logos, paper goods salesmen and factories, deliverymen. I wont be shopping here

Very nice neighborhood grocery store with, surprisingly, quite a few organic items. (Only a few organic vegetables though.) I have found the employees to be both helpful and nice.

Small old-school grocery store almost a twin of the Stop & Shop across the street until it was renovated. Follows the same general trend as most of the other Greenwich supermarkets. Come here if you just need a general item in a quick visit.

You know what? Sometimes old memories get me into trouble! When ACME market first appeared in town, all I could think of was those silly old commercials with roadrunner and wily coyote - beep beep! The name kind of turned me off. Silly me. We started shopping here about 6 months ago and havent looked back! The store isnt huge, they may not offer 50 different tomato sauce choices, but what they do sell is well thought out, fresh where applicable and fair prices. Plus, with the clipless coupons app for your phone, my average savings is about a THIRD OFF OF MY BILL! Add the gas discounts also stored on the app, Ive been one happy camper. Actually, the whole familys happy. Lesson learned: Dont judge a store by its silly name. BEEP BEEP!

I love shopping here and the staff are SUPER nice! I have one problem.. They transferred Alfredo, an awesome employee whom myself and everyone in my office would love visiting at least 2-3 times a week! He would make us the best pizzas and sandwiches, we would go there especially for him. Ive been in there a few times since with different co-workers and everyone asks about Alfredo.I was told by one of his coworkers that this was a lot farther for him to commute to his new store. If this is true, Im so upset that someone I really feel took pride in their job/was a part of the community was transferred farther away because of the Acme brand takeover.

People there are very nice and helpful. I enjoy doing grocery shopping there.

Not too much store unique food. The lunch meat was basic. I liked the initial promotions to bring in customers. Some prices were decent. Produce and organic section not too impressive.

I lost my wallet last week,the customer service at ACME was so great.My wallet was sent to the customer service desk by a kind person. The lady at ACME customer service saw my CVS pharmacy ID and contact the CVS to get my contact info. She tried many times to reach out to me until I realize that I missed a series of call several times. When I got to know that my Wallet was founded and I cannot help crying. My driverID, my banking debit card, my credit card, insurance card,and other important documents are all within the wallet. So many thanks for the lady at the customer service. I never expected that someone can reach me by phone regarding my lost wallet. Appreciate it so much. There are many wonderful stores in the town, and ACME is the best!

Great place to shop for Groceries

Best little grocery store in town...

Very clean place. Inexpensive prices. For a regular supermarket its a good place to shop.

Normally I enjoy shopping at this Acme. Its small, but well stocked. The last few times Ive gone to this location the aisles have been blocked with employees restocking shelves. Today, I had to ask them to move because they had literally blocked me in as they worked. Today I also had a nightmare with my cashier. He hit total before I could enter my savings card in. Then yelled at me that hed have to re-ring my whole order to enter it. I stayed calm and told him to re-ring then, whats the point of having an app to add coupons to your card if the cashier doesnt let you use them?? He was mean, the manager blamed his culture as if thats an excuse. Theres a wonderful newly renovated Stop & Shop across the street. From now on I will be going their, they have self checkout and the machines dont yell at customers.

Pricing is a little high. Parking can be challenging. Pablo in the deli is fantastic and delightful.

Don’t judge this books by its cover.... looks and feels like a bla bla bla market however this ACME store loves bundling brands with their own displays.... I guess that’s kinda smart. Surprise was motor oil and coolant!!! They might not have the wholefoods look and feel but they clearly think out of the box.It’s in the detail

Edit 8/2/2019 to update renovation info:Fine neighborhood market with the Greeenwich price premium. But nothing particularly special. Challenging parking lot: smaller, more speeders, more prone to fender bender bc of tight turns, & more disagreeable customers customers in a rush (not sure why).
