Great guys, theyve got everything you need and if not, theyll order it. Trey was especially helpful! Much better than Lowes or HD.

I’m not sure where the “true value” comes into play. Their prices are much higher than other hardware stores in the area and the staff are incredibly rude (over 5+ visits over the last 6 years). Their U-Haul rental services are run horribly, and the guy in charge of renting them out will charge you for the insurance (even after verbally declining it in person). The same guy also refuses to print receipts and says “you need to contact U-Haul” to find out how much he is charging you. I am all for supporting local businesses, but it almost feels like they’re trying to convince their customers to leave and locate the nearest Home Depot.

Been here multiple times—they treat customers poorly and charge high prices. I gave them multiple chances as they are in a convenient location, but its just not worth it to deal with their attitudes.

I can’t believe there’s a single person out there who doesn’t love Greenwich Hardware! They’re always open, eager to help, and they stock EVERYTHING. When I first moved to this town they gave me a free garbage can, and a bunch of other stuff...I was won over immediately. Anyway, give them a try. They’re a local store quickly being phased out by Amazon and big box stores. When these guys go, we’re in trouble.

Ive been going to Greenwich Hardware for years. I just went there today and once again I received the same, courteous service I have always gotten.I would highly recommend this store.

They were really helpful. Stopped me from putting regular gas in my snowblower (would have ruined it) much more helpful than home depot.

Great place with a large selection of items, services and first rate service. Also, glad to they have U-Haul.

Great another local hardware store for a Quick Stops phone fixes

This place has always stocked what I need. Open on Sundays ! Only reservation is the new location on RR ave, which is not nearly as convenient as the old one off the avenue.

Basically these people just aren’t nice. Simple as that.

The staff does not treat customers well. If you value service go elsewhere.
