Best UPS store I’ve ever been to on the East Coast! Carol and her team were super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my shipping needs. Highly recommended!

The staff is stellar at the Greenwich location. Linda, Carol, Ang, Thomas and the gentleman who packs everything in the back office are all professional, friendly, and provide excellent customer service!

I showed up to the store at 6:25 PM. The doors were locked and the store was abandoned the closing time is 6:30 PM. Nobody answered the call and I was unable to drop off my package call sap I’m likely to skip this location. This was not the first time such a thing happened, sometimes even if I arrive 10 minutes before closing there’s no one to be found.Easier to dispense of this and take my business to FedEx across the street.

Don’t understand the door says it closes at 6:30pm. I went in at 5:30pm (Thursday) and said they were closed. Very unprofessional!

Awful customer service. The dark haired woman (Linda maybe?) is so rude, acting like youre inconveniencing her by asking her to do her job, and Carol is very unhelpful as well. The first incident I had with them I went in and the dark haired woman told me they definitely did not have my package after calling me to tell me it arrived, but when I asked another man who worked there to double check of course they found it after looking for two seconds. Second incident, they lost my package by sending it back to the hub but never updated the tracking number and keep telling me they will call me back but never do.

Wonderful experience. Manager assisted me with documentation in such a pleasant and professional manner and the gentleman who notarized material was so helpful as well. I really appreciate the great service!!

Gosh these folks need customer service training. Also that location smells like dog. Im choking whenever I go in there. It was a simple request....send an Item back to amazon....they put me through so much. They could have told me how but their condescending approach was less than I was expecting.

Awful place. Went to do shredding a service they told me they offer. Secure bins full. You ha e to leave your important private documents in the open. Garbage store. Will never go back

Standard pack & ship place. Slightly pricy for them to pack my item, but straightforward if not the speediest possible. Parking extremely challenging here (all the options take longer than ideal if you dont get lucky with a street space on Putnam AV)

Heavy set women was extremely rude. Already had a prepaid shipping label and she started questioning everything and what was inside as if it was any of her business. We ship thousands of packages a year with UPS and can easily switch to USPS or FEDEX. We dont need the hasstle.

Not effective or accountable to their own faults claiming they delivered packages when they never even drove by the neighborhood on the day the claimed delivery

Staff was helpful, friendly and very quick. Parking on the other hand is atrocious.

Horrible customer service, its like you annoy them by just walking in there. Had an issue that couldnt be resolved, which wasnt even the brunt of the problem, but the attitudes towards me as a customer was beyond rude. If youre going to talk about a customer, wait until theyve left the store. Less than 5 minutes in there and I will never do any business there again!

Ups in greenwich is staffed by morons. Id rather walk then give them the job.

I walked into this store yesterday to ask for the free UPS boxes/sleeves and they told me they didnt carry any and that i would be required to buy them. Dont UPS stores offer these items anymore? I believe they where just looking to charge me for something i could do myself for free, shameless. I will be going to another location from now on.
