The employees here are always really nice, The location is really good. A lot of times they are out of stock on specific items that I have been looking for, it’s hard to say whether I just come on the same days when the things are sold out or if the things are on sale. Plenty of space for parking and definitely better the location closer to me off of 225 in Aurora

Very disappointed to have arrived here knowing they are open until 4, doors locked and no one answering phones.... hmmm.

My girlfriend and I always shop at this store and we enjoy the customer service. Whenever she walks in, the employees that work there during the week know her. We went into the store this past Sunday to buy a few items, and the employee that was working which she had never seen before made 2 mistakes on our transaction and over charged us. After we left the store and reviewed our receipt, she realized the mistakes. At this point, we were very far away from the store and had to drive all the way back in traffic to get the issue resolved. Upon arriving and fixing the mistake, the response we got was not very professional. She did not say sorry or even seem a bit apologetic. We sensed an attitude and felt like it was our mistake she overcharged us. Our time and weekend was wasted and we didnt feel we got the customer service we deserve. We will not be going back when that employee is working anymore.

I was really looking forward to the opening of this store. It was going to be so so nice to have a beauty supply shop in my neighborhood. I went there shortly after they opened to buy some hair products but was turned away because they only serve those with a beauty license.

The staff is so friendly and always willing to work with you and do special orders for you!

I dont love them. However, it is important to note that you can only buy product if you are a licensed beautician/cosmetologist with a number.
