This place is really cool! Even just to come in and walk around and see all the bikes! Coming in to get maintenance done is quick and they check out everything and break it down for you. I bought my 17 GSX-R 1000 there and Joe was a very helpful guy and made going through the process very easy and comfortable. Ive been there often when other people have been buying bikes and everyone on the staff seems more into trying to help you get what you want rather than pressuring you into something. Great place. Will always go back for anything to do with bikes first before anywhere else.

I was really interested in Ducatis and they have quite the inventory, having a separate section just for Ducati. Theyve got all the bikes you could ever want.Ray Kelly was tremendously helpful to work with. He patiently walked me through the different aspects of each motorcycle without being too pushy. I ended up going back in a couple of days after the visit, since I didnt have my gear to test ride the first time. Though there were delays due to a lot of folks buying powersports, I got to test ride a couple of bikes and bought a Monster.They were very reasonable with their pricing given the COVID crisis and a shortage of motorcycles in the country. The deal and paperwork was done within a few hours. I had the bike delivered the next day. Its a dream to ride it and Im glad I stopped by Fay Myers.Theyve got a nice selection of accessories to go with the bike as well. They carry pretty much every brand except for Yamahas, BMW and Triumph. The offer you a discount on accessories if you buy the bike. Also, delivery is free.Be aware that they do not list their motorcycles on CycleTrader, etc, so I had no idea they existed till I drove by. So if youre looking for a bike you dont find anywhere in Colorado, theres a high chance they might have it. Check their website and talk to Ray.

These guys are the real deal. I requested a quote online, and Bryan got back to me almost instantly. I told him I didnt want to play games, and he responded with the best Out-the-Door price that beat the other Denver dealers. I had to drive up from Colorado Springs, so when I arrived to sign the final paperwork I was in and out of the finance office in less than 10min, and was sitting on my new bike going over everything. All in all, the entire process was less than hour of my time. Now thats no nonsense. They respected my time, and didnt jerk me around. Looking for a hassle free experience? Service told me my bike needs about 11 hours to get the 7500 mile maintenance done so when they let me know my parts are here and ready I took my bike to the shop next day morning.They finally left me a massage this morning 2 WEEKS LATER and said that my bike will be ready this afternoon so I call back later was told my bike should be ready around 4:30pm but better wait for they call me before I go pickup my bike Unfortunately no calls at all. So I left 2 massages to find out what is going on but no one calls me back from the shop again.If you are taking your bike for the service better make sure when can they start the work before drop off your bike otherwise you may not be able to see your bike for a while.

Normally I’d rate 5 stars for these guys but after using the service department for the first time a few weeks back, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. $139 for labor per hour is a bit insane. Was charged $900 for a rear brake flush, fork seals, brake pads, and an oil change…Don’t get me wrong, they did good work and I have no beef against the guys who helped me. But the pricing is a bit outrageous.Communication also could’ve been better. It’s tough getting a hold of anyone on the phone. It’ll cue you up as the next person in line and say estimated time is “one minute”, but it’ll just repeat that for 10-15mins…so again, nothing personal, just could maybe use an upgraded phone system that doesn’t dangle the carrot like that.

Worst experience in my life. Theyve had my bike for over a month for a fuel pump... they say theyll call back and never do... went to find out what was going on and was told by Billy rudely that I was too persistent this was after a week of no response... asked him if it was the fuel pump he laughed and said no. The. The following week mind you 9 days for a diagnostic after I had an appointment was told oh yeah it is the fuel pump.Now its been over a month and they still have no answer so I said Id pick it up and do it myself!! Called two places will have parts by Monday. They are a joke. They dont care about customers! They are rude and inconsiderate of customers time and money.Stay AWAY

Tony King one of the sales guy helped me find a bike that was a great fit for me he was the best! I did notice a few things wrong with the bike I bought that I wish I would have known before purchase granted it was used but rear brake lever wouldnt activate the light simple fix and the valves are ticking on my bike wouldnt have noticed till you rode it around a little bit. I would have had no issues paying 400 or whatever to have them fix it but ill probably take my business else where.

I am so impressed with your service department we called and said our slingshot needs several items in different recalls and we lived in Durango and had not been able to get some of these done and one was classified as urgent and we were coming up for my husbands class reunion the service department agreed to allow us to bring the slingshot in literally the morning of the class reunions to at least check all the warranty items that needed to be checked two different items needed to be fixed one they had in stock another they found in the Denver area and we are in and out in one day while were literally 7 hours drive away and you got it all done when we needed to be up here instead of having to have a strive a second time with winter coming on Matt Neilson has been so helpful getting all this done I think his boss is Devon mundell you have gone above and beyond the Call of Duty to be able to get this all done in one day my husband and I thank you and youre making his class reunions even better thank you thank you thank you I am so impressed

Riding from Montana back to Texas. Light bar bolt broke off and has the lights flapping around.Stopped in and talked to Devon Mundell in the service department. While they were weeks out for scheduling, Devon spoke with the service manager, whom spoke with the shop foreman and decided they could squeeze my bike through.That service was awesome. The communication between the shop was stellar, and appreciated. I didnt want to ruin anyones day.

Second new purchase from Fay, and each time the Sales guy is great, Ray knows the product knowledge and answered everything i wanted to know about the new dirt bikes.The fall in my experience lands on one of the finance guys. In front of me, he was rude to other employees, dismissed an issue as my own fault, for purchasing gap the first time when I never needed it. True, but...come on bro, it was my first dirt bike, I didnt know they keep their value hot off the lot, and its my fault for not knowing? Ok.So just beware of the add-ons, do your own due diligence cuz they have a snake in finance who does not have your best interest in mind. You can probably buy any of their products somewhere else and just cash out your purchase as-is. Good luck 🤙

We bought 2 jet skis and a trailer from Scot and he was soooo easy to work with!! Very friendly and knowledgeable, very cool guy. Vincent in finance was very efficient and got us out the door quick!! Can’t recommend Scot and Fay Myers enough!!

Their service department sucks. I had an appointment on Wednesday the 13 th of October at 10am. I got there at 9:40 am. I was told that as soon as they put nitrogen in a motorcycle tire that I would be next. I called late Wednesday to see if they were done. Left 3 messages. the recording said I was 2 nd in line. Estimated time 1 minute. No answer. Recording said they would get back to me in 10 minutes. No phone call. Left 2 messages same thing.Left 3 messages Thursday and Friday. Same thing.1:00 Saturday they call and will be starting on it soon. Picked up Tuesday morning at 10 am.They tell me my 10 am appointment was just a drop off time Wouldnt recommend them to anybody.

Great experience purchasing a bike from Fay Myers, the entire process was seamless. A special shoutout to our salesman Dan Zosky, he was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his job.

These guys are pretty awesome, after a bit of miscommunication they realized I bought my bike new and adjusted my suspension for me on my Diavel 1260. Seriously it rides way better now, it supports my weight and bumps are so much easier to handle. They helped me get my gps tracker off of my old bike as well when I forgot I didn’t grab it.

Our salesmen, Chris, was patient, kind and attentive. We were not buying a motorcycle, just a scooter, but he answered all my questions and I never felt rushed or dismissed. Even when we had to come back for issues with my scooter, he got right on it and found the problem and solution! Always go here for any motor bike needs! Oh and the coffee was amazing 😁
