I dont believe you sent me the correct filter for my unit. I installed it, but the indicator says it needs to be changed immediately after I put the new one in.

Prompt delivery. Had to view a utube tutorial to install. No directions w refrigerator or new filter. Flushed after installation and satisfactory flavor of water. Then serving to a guest shortly after, produced a distinct filter flavor. Only happened once. Overall satisfied. Would have liked directions.

I was so happy to find all the filters I needed in one location. The website was easy to use and my order was placed. I received part of my order but not my air filters. The tracking shows my order as delivered. Customer service continues offer excuses about shipping but I’m out $65. I won’t order from them again.

I was nervous when I bought this product. However, after installing it I am very pleased and will purchase more! I was using another brand since I bought my refrigerator nearly 15 years ago and it no longer worked properly. I bought this product in hopes it would work, and it did! Placed an order for refrigerator filters. Much Cheaper price than competitors. Shipping did take a few weeks & came by Fedex. Will order form them again. Have several selections for all you filter needs.

Not as good as fridgidaire original filter. Have to toss the first two cups of water that smell like sulphur before I get a cup that has no odor. Filters came quickly so that part of the order process was good.

I would have rated this company higher, as the product is fine. However the shipping is awful. It took more than 2 weeks to get the package. They use DHL, which then has to get transferred to the Post Office, which then takes forever. It goes all over the country before it gets to you! If you need these filters right away, think twice.

This is by far the cheapest place to find a quality water filter replacement. Literaly $40-$50 cheaper! I will highly recommend to all the people that I know that need a replacement filter.

I got the filters in and they work like a charm. My water comes out faster than the whirlpool brand allows and i have no issues with them.

Prices no longer competitive. Last year I saved a bundle by ordering from Filteroutlet.com. This year, even with the discount code, FilterOutlets prices were even higher than HomeDepot.com. I ordered from Home Depot.

Over priced filters. Good thing I had a coupon. I paid for shipping, but the first 3 days the filters, the filters didn’t leave their warehouse. Next time I will drive to Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Ordered two filters for my hot tub, they were the wrong ones and wanted to return and exchange for the correct ones.I contacted them on their website and filled out a form three times. I called the number a nobody answers. I didnt hear back from them at all for each request. i finally bought the filter on amazon (way cheaper and quicker) and apparently i am eating the 60 bucks i spent here. save your money and go somewhere else

Absolutely the best customer service ever.

We installed both filters and they fit perfectly in our Jacuzzi J345 Hot Tub. The only drawback is that they are closed top filters which means you cannot install the sanitizer inside of filter.

Not work it. Slow processing of the order, terrible shipping services. After a week, waiting for my order, it got lost. They saud they will ship a replacement but that has not happened yet. I suggest you look else where for your filter.

The filter I recieved wiggles in the spot once its put in. The original did not..it doesnt leak as I have noticed but it is loose.

I have ordered in the past and I have no issue with the product. They say order by 2 p.m.and ships the same day. What they really mean is they will charge your credit card the same day and ship when they get around to it. It has been over a week since my credit card was charge and cleared, and all I know is it left the Fedex facility two days ago. Their disclaimer is we ship most blah, blah. My filter is very common. Again, this is not the first time I ordered, but it may be my last. Just be honest about shipping, etc.
