The staff here are amazing human beings who should give themselves a pat on the back. Was there during a tough situation and they reacted with class and grace to keep their customers and employees safe.

This place is always busy but there was staff available to help. The girl that helped us was awesome! I had been looking for a specific warmer nightlight and couldnt find any online so we took a shot and checked out the mall. The only one they had was the demo plugged in...she unplugged it and sold it to me. Made my day. I wish I knew her name to give her a shout out. But if you go in there shes young, glasses, and long blonde hair 😁 And of course I will go back...Its Bath and Bodyworks!!

There wasnt much to appeasing to try. Everything seemed pushed together and no one really asked if I needed help. Had to try and find something myself.

Love the scents but just felt like I gave an arm and leg for what I got. This is why I dont shop here.

Nothing I wanted was in this store, but when I looked up online what I wanted & where it was available, it was NOT there!! I searched online 30 minutes prior of me driving over 2 get what I wanted... it was NOT there. Online it showed plenty of it in stock & available. Im really getting tired of this shhh. Employees were rude & acted like customers were an inconvenience. I noticed what they try to do to lure customers into their store & it was quite pathetic... lets spray room spray out towards the mall to drawl customers in.... too funny & pathetic. Done!!

I always love this place and definitely loved the 75% off sale. I was able to get lotions and body wash plus perfume for 3 dollars and some change. The staff is always super nice and I usually end up spending too much however it does me awhile.

The mall staff are always super nice when we come in! Even when its busy. Their COVID precautions are VERY obvious. You SEE the employees wiping down counters and doing everything they can in their power to ensure youre having a safe experience.

This is the worst B&BW store I have been to yet. The manager and associates are terribly rude. Customer service is awful and definitely not what I have come to expect from B&BW. I can only recommend you avoid this store.

Found everything i needed and the workers were very nice and friendly.

Bad experience. Social distancing does not apply at this store. Most stores at the mall were limiting ppl who could enter at a time except this one, and odd time trying to move/stock display when store so crowded.

This store has the white barn addition for a fun and rustic addition that sells some pretty amazing candles. Its impossible to prevent my wife from stopping here when we are at the mall. (secretly I dont mind because I actually like the products meant for men) Great place to grab body wash, soap, candles, and air fresheners. The staff are quick to supply coupons which help a lot when its time to pay. This is definitely our favorite Bath and Body Works location.

This Bath and Body Works has a White Barn store attached to it.Its almost always fully stocked and someone always greets me when I go in.Sometimes its hard to find someone to help you once youve made it past the door though, and the layout is sometimes confusing because things I would expect to be in the White Barn side are in the main side and vice versa.Overall, this is a good Bath and Body store.

On Google it says this place is open to 9 p.m. I drove an hour yesterday because of this just for Bath and Body works for it to be closed. You need to have the correct info. I got there and there were paper plastered on outside saying they will be open June 5th. They need to have their information correct. They did awhile ago saying temporarily closed but when checking yesterday it said open till 9. This is a disappointment Exspecially driving an hour.

I always have a great experience at this location. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable of products, wide selection of items. It’s a very inviting atmosphere, much better than the Southport location where there employees are rude and racially profile their customers.

I am giving this store a 1 star today because of the rudeness of Gigi. WORST CUSTMER SERVICE EVER. Find a new line of work, interacting with people is not your bag.

I called the night before asking whether they had the twisted peppermint 2 in 1 bubble bath in stock. I was told yes that there were plenty left... I drove 1 hr and 30 minutes to get to this store, only to find out that THEY INFACT DID NOT HAVE IT.. NOT ONLY THAT BUT IT WASNT EVEN A THING... FUNNY THING IS I BOUGHT 1 ON BLACK FRIDAY AND THEY HAD THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR IT. I pointed this out to the guy and he said well people use the shower gel as bubble bath. HE STILL HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THERE WAS NO SUCH PRODUCT. EVER.. A little peeved as I shop online all the time.....

I was dragged in here during the annual $9 candle sale. Men where muttering to themselves this is crazy and what have I gotten myself into. On the plus side my house smells great!

Had a great cashier over last Holidays Xmas 2016. She had hired alot of Xmas help young people (teens) and they did not wanna show up for black friday. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I could only imagine the stress she was under that time of year. I would definitely recommend this store and that Manager. As far as merchandise available that store always has what Im wanting!

I love there products here and buy when the have all the special. Sales. My biggest issue was that at this location every five steps I too I was being questioned by an worker asking if was finding it everything of. I dont know ow if they get a bonus or work off of commission, but I was insane. I could bairly look at any product without get additional information about it and about the special on that particular product. It was so annoying I left. I did not have that issue at other locations. But I do love the products here.

With the intention of finding only one soap during the one day $3 hand soap sale, I was assisted by a kind gentleman, and swiftly rang out by a young lady. I found a fragrant soap I needed, and had an overall pleasant experience.

Just left, lady was VERY RUDE. I asked normal questions about the lotions and she made me feel like not only an idiot, but that I said something wrong. She didnt ask me if anybody helped me like she did the lady in front of me. And nobody offered to help me anyways. Never will return to this store
