These folks are A Plus in customer service. On three separate occasions they have gone above and beyond to take care of a problem. There is a dealer thats closer to me than they are but I wouldnt think of going any place else after experiencing the way they take care of their customers. I recommend them.

While the employees are helpful and professional the company is a greedy and uncaring company charging exorbitant prices even to professional customers. Where I purchased product across the street at half the price quarles was charging for the same product. Upon complaining of the price the employees stated Bill Quarles set the prices Greed in this country is killing the country and world.

Like their equipment they offer and options and the owner, but the majority of the staff act like they are doing you a favor to be there or answer the phone and their favorite response about questions on maintenance is I dont know Id have to look it up, which they dont! They are NOT friendly or helpful and do not provide good customer service after they sell an item! The staff needs to remember, customers have choices and try to support their local businesses and that is what provides their jobs!

Purchased a tractor package last weekend, very great customer service. I was greeted at the door, during the walk around of the tractor several employees intriduced them selves and thanked me for doing business with them. Very thorough walk around, great salesman,all around great experience, oh and the price was the best around that i had found!!! Very highly reccomend and ill be buying from here from now on!!

I recommend Quarles to everyone. I bought my tractor Package from them a little over a year ago. The price was unbeatable, so I had to pull the trigger and pay them a visit. I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect, even when I took half the day to figure out exactly what I wanted 🤣. Also a shout out to the finance department for going above and beyond. To top the purchase off the owner came out and shook my hand himself, now thats how you do business if you ask me. Highly recommend! No pressure, had to ask for a salesman but very attentive. They have the customers best interest in mind- thinking about what we need and the price range that suits us the best. Even went through the tractor step by step according to our previous knowledge so that we know how to use it. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice! As if here needs to be more...they fed us linch while we were waiting on paperwork...talk about customer service! Look here first and go no further!

The best service from a Kubota dealer. They are prompt, they explain what they are going to do and they do it. We have purchased 3 tractors from them, it is a 3 hour drive for us from Clarkridge AR to have the tractor serviced but refuse to deal with the local dealer in Mountain Home, AR and the one in West Plains, MO.Service is great in all departments, sales, service, office etc. Keep up the good work everyone. I have never enjoyed a major buying experience more than I did at Quarles Kubota! My wife and I, and another couple ..drove 4 1/2 hours to buy our new tractor!...And it was worth it! The financial paperwork went very smooth (thanks deanna!...and she gave me a new Kubota hat and T-shirt)...Bill Quarles was very helpful and friendly!...He even cooked us up some burgers in their 50s style diner!!...for free! Another helpful employee (sorry, cant remember his name) spent a good 30 minutes explaining, in detail, how my new Kubota works...and maintenance! ..I did alot of research beforehand on prices and financing on Kubota Tractors...NO ONE can beat the deals here at Quarles!! I give the highest recommendation I can give to Quarles Kubota!!
