A was good except price. Its getting out of hand. And consistency. In July all I could get is mobile synthetic. It was like 50-70 bucks. This time its 90 and a 10 dollar fee for mobile synthetic. Waaaay to expensive at jiffy lube now. Will go elsewhere

I am 50 years old and a former business owner myself. This was absolutely one of the best experiences I have encountered in the business realm. From top to bottom everyone did their job in unison to accomplish one goal. This level of exceptional service is not the norm today. Great Job!!! Way to raise the bar..

People who worked on the car were personable and efficient. Only unpleasant thing was the price. I had a coupon for a $20.00 oil change and needed a cabin filter. I expected to pay $20.00 plus the price of the filter but the price ended up being $124+. To me this is false advertising.

Very personable, professional, and timely. I say in the car and they were done before the inside got hot. If Im back in indy and need an oil change, I would definitely go back.

They now change your oil while you are in your car/truck, instead of sending you to the waiting room. This would be wonderful for a mom or dad with one or two kids strapped into a car seat. However what doesnt happen is that your car doesnt get vacuumed. Receipt is marked declined. So tradeoffs. I do love the way they record oil preferances by vehicle so the next time you are in, they verify what you had the last time. Quick in and out. The car in the bay pulled out shortly after I got there.

The guys were awesome! They talked with my super inquisitive 4yr old, answered all her questions, and never once seemed annoyed by her. I will be back, simply because they were amazing!

This is one of two places on the south side Ill let touch my vehicle, including the other Jiffy Lubes. The other jiffy lubes swere they cant do a tire rotation on my vehicle.. Ive had some really bad experiences, between Midus not putting oil back in my car, Meineke breaking my hood latch and denting my hood, and another jiffy breaking my glove compartment. The assistant manager Keith takes care of my car, knows what hes doing, and has went above and beyond the last couple times Ive been there. Great service!

Im never going back to this location. I now have stains on my driveway because they were careless with the oil they removed and its now all over my vehicles. They also didnt reattach my panel underneath and it was dragging today. Trash technicians

Great experience! Had a nail in my tire after only having the car for a few weeks and they were able to patch it and saved me $300 for a new tire.

After leaving thinking they did an amazing job. not even 10 miles down the road my Duramax started kicking real bad and locked up due to the wrong oil and wrong reading level. after taking it to a different shop needless to say I have to pay close to $12,000.00 for repairs

I had to change my review as the whole staff has changed. I drive a fleet vehicle and we use Jiffy Lube as one of the places we can go. I drove in and was asked to turn my lights on so they can check them. My headlight has been out for a couple of days. They stated the lights all worked just fine even though the headlight is out. The oil change and filter change went fine I just wish they really looked at the check list that is provided to them to check your vehicle.

I provided my own full synthetic oil and high mileage filter and was still charged 49.99 for an oil change. Headlight was bad. Was Charged $10 to replace with bulb I provided.Yes I provided the filter AND oil for my oil change.

So I took my girlfriends car in for an oil change. No issues prior, meaning no leaks. Notice 2 large oil spots on the ground over the next 2 days. I call them and have my girlfriend take her car in. So they tell her that the wrong gasket is on the drain valve bolt. My girlfriend doesnt know anything about cars, so she takes their word. I come home and theres a 3rd oil spot now and she tells me what they told her. So not only did they lie to a customer and made something up. But they didnt fix the issue that they caused. Also looks like they put the oil in with a super soaker. Oil all over. Have pictures of everything if anyone has any doubt. Terrible service, terrible price, and Im absolutely putting the word out every chance I get, and I work in the transportation industry.

We went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and because we had a brake light out. When checking the lights, the service tech said everything was ok...until we told them the dash was saying there was a brake light out. Suddenly they saw that. However they didnt know how to change it and could we come back tomorrow. It took me one search on the internet - 3 seconds - to find the how to change a brake light on my type of vehicle. Maybe trust them for an oil change and not much else. PS - I will not be taking it back for the brake light fix.

The gentlemen @ Jiffy Lube are phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and most respectful. Steve and Keith made me feel comfortable and at ease and were very honest and trustworthy. I will definitely be back!!!

Steven is the G,M, he was very helpful. This shop is very orderly and clean. The employees are prompt and courteous. The folks working under the car and under the hood, are very knowledgeable. This group is going to be hard to beat. A+++ Ill be back.

After a visit here a few weeks back, An issue arose in which I attempted to reach out to the Store to ask a question. It took a few weeks, But upon ( Steve ) The Store Managers return, He called me up and we discussed the issue. He had no problem settling the issue I had. I know a lot of people whine and complain about a service industry businesses “Lack of Service” I can’t be one of those people. Steve was quick to resolve and take care of the issue. In which I was extremely thankful. I don’t normally go to Jiffy Lube, But, I will from now on. I normally do Oil Changes to my truck and the Mrs SUV myself. But, After this experience. I will be returning to this location. There are two others closer to my home, But, Seeing and experiencing first hand their and his commitment to their customers. That’s what customer satisfaction is all about and they’ve now gained a customer for the rest of my walking upright days. Thank you Steve and thanks Jiffy Lube. Please, If ya would. Stock Mobil One Full Synthetic Oil and Filters! That’s what both our vehicles use!! I’ll bring it if I have to. Again, Thank You!!!

They run a scam on tire rotation. I went in fine and after they balanced I had a huge vibration. Took it back in they said they’d balance tires no charge yen after they get tires off its 24.99. DOMT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM

Quick, efficient service

This place did a wonderful job. They noticed my breaks were grinding when I pulled up and measured the pads for me. I told them I could only spend a certain amount on an oil change and they worked with me to make sure I could get it done. They had a nice waiting area and a big glass window into the shop so I could see them working on my car.

Great service, place was clean and mechanic and assistant manager “Jared” take time to explain the problem and answered my questions patiently. The mechanic Keith is very good and knowledgeable about cars at this location. I have been to many mechanics they are the worst and crooked.. But this location have caring staff willing to work with customers of the community in professional manner. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM And would definitely visit again in the future.

Good for the oil change, and fairly quick. I got home to discover all of my original valve stem covers had been replaced with the cheap grey ones, half screwed on and one missing. I realize that this is an in an out establishment, but at least take the time to actually screw the covers back on if youre going to check the tire pressure.

Just got completely blindsided for a $653 bill regarding brake pads when just a few days prior, I had no inkling that anything was wrong with them. They said my brake fluid was ok four days prior to that. Spent over $700 in four days. Incredibly disappointed and will not be returning to this or any Jiffy Lube ever again.

I got a signature service oil change I had a coupon from out of state and they honored it.they even allowed me to stay in my car while they did it which was convenient for me since I had my kids with me and my baby was sleeping didnt want to wake her up . All fluids was top off and new oil change sticker was put in window I will recommend that place and I will return when I need other stuff done

Little unorganized. Did not check lights, air filter. Normally they do.

Came here yesterday. They couldnt get filter off. Came back today. Manager was in and had a hard time. Not sure what there problem was. I have 2014 Toyota. Ive had this problem with another Jiffy lube before. Hour later oil and filter changed.

Amazing people best service anywhere

If you fill synthetic oil then ask them to use synthetic oil filter. They will not automatically use synthetic filter which is essential to keep the synthetic last longer than 3000 miles otherwise the regular filter that they use is good only for 3000 miles. There is a $10 up charge for using sunthetic filter.

Ive always had great service here. They let you know what is needed, but dont try to push anything extra on you.
