This place is a joke. Husband found several vehicles on their website that fit our needs/wants and budget. So we went in and they run our credit and all that and husband starts showing the salesman the cars online he was interested in. First two he showed him-one was being driven by an associate and one had transmission issues. Why are they even posted?? So salesman pulls a car around for us to test drive that he says fits budget and wants. Ok. Only the driver door lock works from the controls on keys or interior controls!! We had to manually unlock the back doors and passenger door. Big red flag before even driving! We return from test driving (clearly desperately needs alignment) and point of the faulty locks and he seems surprised, but then sits husband down at his desk that has the paperwork for the car on it that clearly states this is a known issue! Along with non-working windows, non-working windshield washing fluid system, coolant leak, “oil level issues” and a recall. And yet they were asking almost $13000 As Is with no warranty! And none of these issues were discussed before showing us the car except the “small coolant leak”. Ok so benefit of the doubt, maybe it would have all been disclosed after the test drive before sale. So husband starts showing him more from their website he liked. Every single one we were told was sold or had issues and we couldn’t see them. Oh and now the associate driven car is sold is why we can’t see it-even though we didn’t ask about it again. 🙄 The deception through the entire process was unsettling.

If I could give a negative Ive would. Buying and trade process with the salesman was great. However everything after that had been a hassle. To start they lost the POA paperwork to file for my title on the paid off car. Fast forward 6 weeks still dont have paperwork to register the vehicle purchased from them. They still to this point have not paid off the loan on the vehicle I no longer possess and currently still have to make payments on. Since this process Ive traded in my truck at a competitor. Loan was paid off within 2 days after the transaction. Plate paperwork was done within a week and it was flawless. Never have had this process take this long else where. Was told by the sales manager that this length of time to get everything handled is standard. Never have I done business with a dealership that took this long. Was pretty much blown off after expressing my frustration. Told the funds were over nighted 13 days ago. Yet the original finance company still has nothing.

I purchased one of their “certified” pre-owned vehicles and upon receiving the oil wasn’t changed, the radio didn’t work properly, as well as being told by an authorized dealer that I need brake pads and rotors. Talked with a manager and I said I’d ring the car to them and let them look at it, he said he’d call me back to confirm an appointment and I never received a call.

Dont buy extended warranties, they dont do anything. And if you purchase a vehicle, make sure to check your drain plugs before you leave the lot. Friend purchased vehicle a few months ago and transfer case got destroyed from a loose drain plug that fell off and drained all the oil. Dealer denied any wrong doing but they were the last ones to service it. It was an auction car before we purchased it. We havent even had our first service done to the car yet and transfer assembly went bye bye. Aftermarket warranty company declined the repair and dealer denied wrong doing. Now paying out of pocket for something were not a fault for..... Should take out the word certified from their name. Claim they did an inspection but if they did an inspection they would have checked all the fluids, even if theyre not at the milage to be changed at, they probably just marked it green/good on the inspection list without actually checking...

I purchased my vehicle from Andrew Barton today. He understood my needs and didnt ever try to pressure me into a vehicle with options that I wouldnt use. TJ Shackelford is always a pleasure to negotiate financing. They both were mindful of the payment I was comfortable with and made it happen. I drove 90 minutes from Kokomo, IN to Greenwood IN to purchase this vehicle because of my experience with TJ the last time I purchased from Hubler. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with this purchase. Ill go back to Hubler when Im ready to purchase again.

3 months later and I’m still so impressed by Grant, my sales manager. He was so great and I was nervous with the car buying process after totaling my vehicle. I wouldn’t get out of the car fearing the high pressure sales techniques I’ve heard so much about. Grant came to my car asked a few questions and we drove the lot in one of his picks (it was January). He let me test drive a few, then even let me take one home for a few days since I didn’t have a vehicle. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was worried about bringing the vehicle back and declining it since I had found something elsewhere, but he was so nice and asked me what I chose and wished me the best. Thanks for the support.

I will never recommend this place the practicality. Forced me to write a good review before the deal was even done. I was told the vehicle I was purchasing cost 20,000 then after the deal was done informed me that I had almost 100% interest rate my credit is about 650 my history is not bad Then 3 weeks out they call me telling me I need to turn some information in soon as I got there with one of my clients they had me sitting for hours then took my vehicle after I done paid over 1500 dollars .

These guys were very helpful. We arent prime customers for a car lot and they really went above and beyond to help us get into a vehicle. Jonathan Meier was our initial contact and he was amazingly helpful in regards to our needs. I would recommend 10 out of 10. There was no pressure and only helpfulness.

They used yo-yo financing on me or conditional delivery which is where they allow you to drive off the lot with a vehicle but then have issues with your financing. In my case, they said Fedex lost my loan paperwork. You then have to return to the dealership for higher financing and down payment because they have ran a hard credit pull about 6 times. The CONDITIONAL DELIVERY FORM will cost you most if not all of your down payment if you try to return the vehicle. Indiana Attorney General said its not against the law in Indiana but is shady business practice.

It must first be known that I despise any sort of purchasing that I am forced to be at the mercy of someone who is selling me that product. I have needed a new vehicle for at least 5 years but continued to put it off for no other reason than I did not want to deal with car dealers!Today was the day, I could not put it off any further. After looking through what had to be every car in Greenwood into the wee hours of the morning, I found 2 options that I was willing to at least go see. Fate would have it both were at Hubler. So off I went this morning angry AF because as stated I loathe having to deal with sales people, especially on something like a car.We pulled into DriveHubler and I looked at my boyfriend and said think I can actually get out before someone jumps on us. We both laughed and I got out, of course in typical car sale fashion there was magically a sales person. I started walking towards her, because come on its rude to just walk off, and I was greeted with what had to be the most pleasant smile I have seen since moving back to Indiana 4 years ago. Olivia introduced herself to me and vise versa, I said hey we are just gonna swoop through the lot see whatcha got and then come grab you if thats ok. She IMMEDIATLEY picked up on my vibe of, yo let me go look before you start asking for my blood sample and 1st born, and said yep I will be right in there.After looking real quick we head in and another sales person showed us where Olivias desk was. She came over with the same enthusiasm as she had outside, and I said look I found what I want online already gave her the straight up about our credit and then let her walk us through the rest. I think she could tell I really didnt want to be there and wasnt in the best mood. That did not stop her from making that small talk and getting to know us a little bit. She was straight up and honest with us about everything. We small chatted and joked while we worked on getting all the paperwork for the application together, submitted it and went to lunch. Olivia sent me a text about an hour later saying she had an option for me. I thought oh sweet ok this went smoother than I thought and Im not going to spend my entire day doing this. Once we got back to the dealership Olivia broke the news that the option they had was not the car I originally come for but had a better option. Im thinking oh great here we go. Nope, she was for real they really did have a better option that honestly I didnt even know was doable for me without going above my limits. Marvin and another African American gentleman, I forget his name and feel awful, did our finance paperwork and application. Let me tell you those two were ON IT! I have never purchased a vehicle so quickly. Not only were these two and Olivia quick, they were friendly, chill, and personable. Yet somehow still remained professional. I was IMPRESSED to say the least. Olivia made sure the car got cleaned, and a full tank of gas while Marvin did our final contract and we signed all those papers. Before leaving she made sure to show me a bunch of little tips and tricks for some of the features of the vehicle and home I went with my brand new to me Mazda CX-5.The team here really sets the bar for customer service when it comes to car sales. Thank you again Olivia I am so happy with my new car and the entire buying process because of you.

Just purchased a Mazda CX 5 from James K! We had a wonderful experience and James K is by far the best sales person I’ve ever worked with. The whole Hubler team was excellent! I bought a truck from them roughly a month ago. When I originally inquired about the truck, I was only able to view it online because the truck was at a different location. My sales associate, Grant was very helpful in making arrangements to get the truck to their location. When the truck was picked up it was pouring rain, so obviously was difficult to pick out any body damage, etc.. the truck looked like it was in overall good condition. By the time the deal was closed, it was sunny out and the weather had cleared up. I did a walk around the truck to find out there was multiple dents, stretches, and paint defects to the body. The running rails were also broken, and missing caps, along with the truck bed liner pieces being broken/damaged. One of the managers told me that he would have the body work fixed/completed which is the only thing they have done. We also came to the agreement that I would fix the running rails myself, if they agreed to replace the truck bed rails. After dropping the truck off for 4 whole days this issue has still not been fixed properly. They replaced the pieces with used ones off of another truck, and broke them in the midst of installing them. Instead of replacing them again, they just decided that it would be okay to glue the broken and cracked rails down to my truck bed. I received a call from one of the managers after I expressed my frustrations. Long story short, he told me that the fixes were, “good enough.” & that my expectations for a $40,000 truck were too high. I understand that when you buy a used truck/vehicle that there are going to be minor flaws. But, don’t agree to fix multiple issues that should of been resolved before the truck was sold to me or anyone else for that matter, and then not follow through. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from this location, and after this experience will definitely be my last.

After several months of searching for a vehicle I liked I finally found one at Hubler Pre-owned. Set up an appointment and went to look at the vehicle. Got to the dealer and the car was pulled up and ready for me to test drive. I loved it. And Mr Kasper helped me drive home in that same vehicle that day!!! Everyone at Hubler was very nice. They play a song over the intercom when your purchase is finished. Lol. The purchase went very quickly, I had expected to spend half the day there. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They were great!!!

2 hours of my life Ill never get back. After they ran out credit and presented us a truck that I didnt like and didnt fit our budget. I told them Im going to walk its a big fat no! The sales person had 3 sales team tag team on us try to talk to us into buying the truck 3 times! After I said no and explain myself several times why I couldnt do it! Im never setting foot in that store again. I took my business elsewhere and Im happy with i can afford and what I wanted and fit my needs. That store needs to retrain their sales people!

Recently got my vehicle detailed here. And the quality is terrible. The manager i believe his name was Bill. He was very rude and harassing at times. Will not be returning

We have been car shopping for a couple months now with no luck in finding a car that was what I was looking for. We stopped by to just take a look at what they had. Bailey greeted us immediately and we was able to tell him what we was wanting in a car and that same day he texted me exactly what I wanted. 3 days later we signed the papers and I am now the proud owner of an awesome car thanks to the entire team that helped us. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating to all our needs. Bailey Roberts is the best salesman I have ever dealt with and we for sure will be back for our next purchase. Saw a vehicle posted for sale by this dealership and went to test drive it same day. Salesman advised me that the car needed a few repairs, they would call me when it was done to come back and make the purchase. I called a few days later to check the status, only to be told the vehicle was unrepairable and they were sending it to auction.Fast forward to almost a month later - they still have the vehicle for sale. Not sure if they just didn’t want to sell it to me, or if the salesman didn’t know what he was talking about. Glad I purchased elsewhere.

Bought a used van, less than a week later the TIPM box went bad. I called and the salesman started yelling at me that it was as is. Then I spoke to the manager who offered to give us an equal value trade, he said he would contact me Thursday, I called twice and left a message, no return call. Sleezy group of scammers there.

Horrible. I purchased a car, 6 days later I dumped $3200 in much needed, unadvised of repairs into it. I had conversations with the salesperson, the GM, and the sales manager. No one had any answers except Im stuck with a vehicle and all of the repair bills. Never again will I buy anything from Hubler. I will continue to run their name into the mud.

I told him I had found some cars online, so this helped him to know what I wanted and my price range. None of the cars I saw were available, but he found exactly what I was looking for. 2 weeks after I bought the car, it started making some strange noises. I called them and they got me into the shop right away. Fixed everything, gave it a fresh oil change, and even threw in a couple of car wash vouchers for free. On top of that, they made sure I had a rental car to keep me going. I highly recommend going here for your next car.

Just bought a used car from here. Service was good and salesman was very friendly. I would buy from here again.Edited:I reduced the stars I gave them because to be honest a week after we purchase our car its been nothing but a headache. Ive been very patient with them but there is only so much one person can take. The manager is trying to make this last bit of the process as painless as possible but it very unlikely i will buy another car from them. I expected more from such a big company with what i thought was a good reputation.

So I bought a Ram from these guys back in october and they did not tell me that it had been a accident. They told me it had a mirror replaced. They showed me a paper that didnt show all the things that had been replaced. After I purchased it I decided to just look again and it had been in a bigger accident than they told me. I told them I didnt want a vehicle that has been in a wreck. So I decided to take it back and trade it in. The appraisal they gave me was basically half of what I paid for it. After I took it a couple other places they were still the lowest appraisal of them all. Thankfully Andy Mohr was able to help me and got me out of that truck and fixed my situation. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else if your looking to buy.

Best buying experience I have had. Tyler Hicks was amazing to work with. Very patient and very thorough. He listened to what I was looking for and delivered. The whole staff was amazing.
