Of all the dealerships/used car lots that I have been to (for family to purchase a car) Dream Auto was by far the smoothest experience Ive seen. Bought my first car from here today and I couldnt be happier. Pulling into their property, there are plenty of flashy cars to catch your eye if you enjoy the finer things like myself. I instantly fell in love with a 2014 Audi A4 parked right in front of the property front, but thought that I would have to sell a kidney to be able to afford it. The reality of it is that I walked away with said car for a fraction of what I thought it would cost.While waiting for paperwork and forms and all of that business stuff to come back, there was lots of room for small talk. My boy Genaro was really friendly and answered all of the questions that I had. After a short while I ran out of questions related to brand new car, and wanted to get to know the company a little bit. Upon walking in the front door you can tell this was a close knit, family style type of business, so I asked if it was and he explained that they are all just a bunch of childhood friends who all had an interest in cars. While price was my motivator, once he told me it was a smaller startup type of deal i knew that I had chosen the right place. He could have fed me lines of bs to get me to purchase a more expensive car, warranties, etc. The boys over at Greenwood Dream Auto really are concerned about the consumer and not the commission. Local businesses like this must be supported!If words arent enough for you here is a picture of me smiling with my new car.

Customer service let’s just say it’s BAD. Dealer is not clear on what they’re doing! I would not recommend this dealer to anyone ever. I’d much rather go somewhere where my time is actually taken seriously and not wasted! 0 out of 5 stars

This place doesn’t deserve a 1 star But a 0.I don’t write reviews but he deserves a review so customers know what they are dealing with. Josue is the owner of the dealership told us the Vehicle is available no one put on offer on it to come by. After 5 hours of us getting their we met Josue who let us test drive the car work the deal to tell us some one is here to buy the car 😡REALY ..I AM SO DISCUSSED. I understand deals fall thru but he basically sold the car and had us drive all the way there COULD NOT CALL US to tell us that AND LET US DRIVE IT. Please think twice when visiting this place. He broke my sons heart We took him their to surprise him. Great job Josue hope you your happy.

Came in with a price in mind and came out with a luxury car, the price i wanted and an extended warranty. I am so happy with my purchase! I couldnt have done it without the greatest car salesman ever, Jay Layton!
