I was surprised with the number of choices there were. There were at least 10 different flavors out on the day we visited. The gentleman behind the counter provided good customer service and was patient as we decided what we wanted. We purchased four flavors to take home. All were good but my favorite was the Classic Chocolate Chip.We tried the Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (edible cookie dough with mini chocolate morsels). The Lady in Red Cookie Dough (edible cookie dough red velvet with white chocolate morsels). The Mint Dynasty Cookie Dough (edible cookie dough with mint and mini chocolate morsels). The Life of the Party Cookie Dough (edible cookie dough cake batter flavor with sprinkles).

The guy working the counter was awesome and very sweet. He gave us several samples and was very patient. We love you guy at the counter. #theplace #thegirlthatdroppedthedough

BRUH. this is the best cookie dough I have ever had! They gave us 4 free samples too! The service was quick, the man was very nice, and Dang that is some good cookie dough! Would go again 100%

The store and employee were nice. The cookie dough did not taste good. I got the best seller brownie flavor and peanut butter also. It gave me a tummy ache.

Over all flavor was pretty good. It needed something to go with it. On the pricey side for just two small scoops and a Gatorade .but kids loved it.

The cookie dough was pretty good and had some good proportions. However, the service wasnt the best. It was almost anxiety inducing. Also, I would suggest better spoons. My spoon broke while trying to eat the cookie dough. I ended up eating it with my mouth.

Cookie dough was great. But my experience at dough life was far from it. When we walked in the lady kept her head down looking at her phone and never acknowledged us. I have never been before so of course I have no idea how it works? What’s the costs? What are the flavors? With every question we asked came an eye roll and attitude. Honestly the whole thing made me not want to come back even though it was yummy. Get more friendly helpful staff please

I wish I could put no stars. Literally an awful experience. The girl didnt say anything when we walked in, even after I said hello. I should have walked out then, but I gave it a shot. It does not even taste good, the girl also had to use both hands to scoop it. My friend and I only ate a couple of bites and we were done. Terrible customer service, gross cookie dough.

I dont know how this has been open since the holiday season & today was the first time trying it?! Our experience at Dough Life today was great. My daughter & I went in initially just to look at options (we were still full from lunch), but we ended up getting a small to go! It was excellent. They had several different flavor options. The woman working the counter was super friendly & social, offered samples even when I said we were just browsing options. The samples were so great they helped sway my mind on getting some to go (they have lids). Overall, wed totally return on a future mall trip!

I love this place, I had a great experince. They let me try the flavors before I bought it, which was great that way I knew what I was buying. The spoons are a bit flimsy but, mine didnt break.

I had a horrible experience there today. Most of the flavors were sold out, but I ordered a medium and they barely filled the cup. It was only 2 scoops and it wasn’t pressed down and there was tons of empty space on the sides. I mentioned it and the girl literally just shrugged her shoulders. It said a medium was $7.99, but my total was over $9. The girl scooping was obviously annoyed that someone else came in after me and put her elbow on the counter to hold up her head. After she touched her face and hair with her gloves, she proceeded to scoop out the next person’s. Although I had a good experience before today, with how today’s visit went, I probably won’t be back.

The cookie dough and concept are good, but the spoons are way too fragile to eat with, and the person at the counter said three words through the whole exchange.
