Christmas tree shop huh well let me put it to you like this bad attitudes throughout the store bad customer service and they dont pay you for the work that you do I just want to say that the boss is there or I should say one of the bosses there shes a female and she had a bad attitude so I dont not sure if thats supposed to be professional she was very unprofessional so you got to show respect to get respect Christmas tree sucks to me not everybody in there

The Christmas tree store has NOT one item for Christmas. Why the name? Maybe April fools perhaps. What a disappointment.

Nice Christmas related items for gifts that arent very expensive and of course decorations. I love this store for Christmas themed decor. Last night the shelves were not stocked as well as usual but black Friday weekend had just occurred so Im sure inventory was down

This used to be a great place to find inexpensive items, no so much anymore. It reminds me of Big Lots. Started out great and got expensive.

Spouse certainly loves this place. They sell pickles from Deutschland! I love how the Deutschland pickles tastes. Wished they sell the larger jar of Deutschland pickles.

This store is one of my favorite holiday stores. If you look for super cute decorations and dont want to go broke in the process, this is the place to go! Staff is very kind and helpful. The store is always clean. I wish I would of found this place a lot sooner.

I finally went into this store after years of wanting to, and it did not disappoint. I was expecting it to be full of Christmas stuff, but it was full of everything you can imagine. There was cute furniture, dinnerware, home decorations, food, candles, etc. I absolutely loved it, and it smelled amazing. I ended up buying a chair that was on sale and some bowls. I wouldve bought more, but there wasnt enough room in our vehicle. They carted the chair out to our car. Great service. Awesome store. I will be going back.

Excellent store to shop for bargains, and quality furniture items. They have wonderful, money saving sale items, especially their clearance sections around the store. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And lastly, they have amazing email coupons such as $10 off on $50 purchase prior to sales tax! I love shop at this store for the deals on snacks, cooking spices, & home interior decorations for the various seasons!!

I absolutely love this store!!! As soon ad you walk through the doors it smells like cinnamon 🥰. The funny this is... I remember convincing my boyfriend to come with me and he said, I dont want to go look at Christmas Trees. I laughed so hard. I had to explain its not what he thinks it is. He loves it too... and I have caught him go without me and bring home some goodies. I love the products displayed so nicely and inviting. Makes me want to buy all the stuff I can.

Love their decor for each season. Fall has just come this weekend and already have these lovely pieces out. I am in love with these decor pieces for my new home. The value is great for these items as well. Always clean and full of bargains.

My experience at the Greenwood Indiana Christmas Tree Shops, My daughter and I went Sunday it was around 2pm, after being in the store about 8 or 9 minutes I was approached by a lady named Debby, and this was our conversation. Debby said to me “ma’am can I offer you a mask” me “oh no thank you” Debby says to me in a little less polite voice “then ma’am do you have a mask to but on” me “ no ma’am I am unable to wear a mask, I have a medical exemption” Debby’s response very rudely “yeah ok well then can I offer you curb side pick up” I say in still a very polite voice “oh no thank you” Debby replies “then what can I help you find” I say “nothing ma’am I am doing just fine” and I walk away pushing my cart. So as I continue on looking, I notice another employee following me around the store staying about 5-6 feet behind me every where that I went like I was a criminal. About 6-7 minutes later here comes Debby again only this time she has another lady with her, Doris. Debby and Doris are now walking straight toward me and looking straight at me, and in one of Doris’s hands is a bag of the blue medical masks and in her other hand (not a clean hand because she was just working on the sales floor with other customers) is a blue medical mask that she has taken out of the bag and is holding the mouth and nose part of the mask with her bare hand (very sanitary), and Debby said “here you go ma’am” as Doris reaches out to hand me the mask. I said “no thank you ma’am as I said I have medical paperwork stating I am unable to wear a mask”, (please keep in mind Debby has not once asked me to leave the store which I would have done with no problem at all, I have found 2 other stores since masks started that simply will not allow me to shop there with no mask and that is fine I left both stores with no issues at all, because they asked me to!) that being said Debby says “ma’am you need to put on this mask”, as Dorris is holding the mask out. I reached into my purse got my wallet out and got out my medical paperwork that clearly says I am unable to wear a mask, and said “ma’am I have clearly told you I can not wear the mask, if you would like to make a copy of this paperwork you are more than welcome but I can not wear the mask” Debby say “no I don’t need a copy I just need to make sure you are staying 6 feet away from other people” in a very rude and hateful voice, I am now getting irritated because Debby and Doris have now backed me down an aisle and are standing, Debby at the end of my cart and Doris on the left side of my cart, I said “I have been 6 feet away from people and now you have stepped up to me within 3 feet of me, in my personal space and now you are harassing me, I have given you the information you need and now what you need to do is leave me alone because this is turning into harassment” this is all while I am still holding my documentation like I have to prove something to this fool of a lady. Debby proceeds to say “ what I need to do is find what ever it is you are looking for for you” I at this point had enough and I said “ no you need to move and stop blocking me in you are harassing me and that is not ok, now if you don’t mind getting out of the way so I can move along” Debby continued to stand at the end of my cart right on it so I could not move, while Doris decided to move away from the cart so I could get out. I pushed my cart to the front of the store and I left! I did not purchase anything!This is true harassment and unacceptable! I tried to call the corporate office today once I was on hold for 35 mins during my lunch break and on my way home from work I was on hold for over an hour and never got to speak to anyone.I just wonder if this is acceptable behavior to this company? Would it be ok to make a handicap person prove they cant walk to be able to use the carts you ride on? NO! That would be a lawsuit! Then why do I have to be harassed and have to provide proof to Debby? #christmastreeshops

Unique finds. some things seem to be a bargain, others not so much. Just a general mix of home goods/decor, self care & snacks. I live on the east side. Worth a drive a couple of times a year. Similar to Big Love.

Nice place to get little trinkets and gifts. Theyvalso have some nice lawn ornaments! The cat toys are cheaper than PetSmart.

I just love this store

I have always been intrigued by the store front, assuming that the store would sell, well, Christmas items. I learned that I was mistaken. The shop had everything from decorations for various seasons to groceries. There were household items, along with kitchen tables. We picked up a couple of items, including a pretty cool Christmas gift. Everything was reasonably priced. We enjoyed the experience.

You can find some things here at good prices that you wont see anywhere else. Not crazy about the prices in the health and beauty department here. The store is big and well stocked but it can be hard to find things. You have to wander to find the department area you want. I enjoy finding seasonal dinnerware and beverage glasses here.

We enjoyed our time there! An got many ideas for the fall. We should be back.

Not what I was expecting when I went in to explore but it was a very pleasant surprise. A nice wide variety of home decor, seasonal decor, miscellaneous housewares and even personal care items and snacks. Decent prices on all of it and a nice, clean, well-lit store with pleasant customer service.

I have visited this place earlier also so many times. This place is somewhere closer to Dollar Store / Dollar Tree but but with a far superior/durable stuff. In comparison to the stuff, the prices are competitive and genuine.

Looked up on line what I wanted, went to the store and got it. No problem.

This is actually my first time at the store. Everything seemed to be neat and clean and the staff was very friendly. They dont just have Christmas stuff they have all sorts of stuff for every season. They even have a reasonably large food section. It reminds me of a Michaels craft store only nicer.

I like this store. They have some cool things and at decent prices. No, its not just christmas stuff. They sell all types of things. I could spend a lot of time in this store just looking at all the different things. For example, they sell toys, herbal teas, medicines, personal items. Just to name a few. The only negative thing I have ever come across every time I go to the store is the customer service. I have been there quite a few times but I can only recall 1 time where I was greeted when I went to the register and then told to have a good day.

Kyle is amazing. He went above and beyond in taking care of us. He listened to our needs, followed up on a timely manner, and sent out the perfect product in time for Christmas. This resulted in a very precious gift for my Dad that we all will remember forever.

Ive been there and that place is full of Christmas tree ornaments and a lot of everything else its worth the time to go there

Good place to pickup odds and ends. Prices are usually pretty good. Large variety of items. Most of the time there is not a single Christmas item.

Ive been and bought from this store multiple times. Pillows, placemats, candles, decorations are all decent quality and decently priced. If you need to spruce up your home, this is a great place to go.
