Pros: I got the tractor I orderedCons: Poor customer service, absent after saleI recently bought a tractor in Greenwood. Service was fine up to the point of sale, when I was told the tractor would be ready in 7-10 days. My salesman did not initiate any contact or conversation regarding the delays and, 3 weeks later, my tractor arrived. It did not have a full tank of gas as promised, I was not provided a full demonstration of the features, several minor components were absent (hydraulic valve caps/covers), and the manuals were wet and falling apart. Just really seemed like they didnt care about me after they made the sale. No complaints about the tractor, however.

I went there with every intention of purchasing a new machine. I called back in the afternoon with a question. The salesman said he was outside but would call back in five minutes. I waited two days with no callback.....drove to Anderson, met very professional sales rep....hour later drove home with 915e. Customer service counts folks!

We needed some help with our John Deere lawn tractor. Cody stopped by on his way home and it was running in just a few minutes. Great service!

I called to price what it would cost to have my older model Mower fixed and it cost $59.00 for 30 mins for them to diagnose the problem then it cost $102.00 per hour so it was cheaper for me to go to Lowes in Greenwood SC and buy a brand new one than it would cost to repair my old one.
