Wonderful product! I will be setting up an account here for my business hats

I visited the greenwood park mall store location to purchase a hat for my son. The guy working was not help and was upset that I was even asking him. Question I had a hat in my hand that he pulled out of me hands... I asked if I had done something wrong and he kicked me out of the store.

It alright. They have a selection of hats but I have seen better and a lot bigger selection.

Found just what we wanted.

Very poor attitude of the worker that was there. Never going to this location again.

People there are nice and polite. You can find really good deals! All the time we go there, the person that is working, talk to my kids and make interesting questions, just to be nice. I like it there.

The store is way to small, and the limited selection of different hats was not worth the trip, and has been getting more limited over time. Seemed like the sales rep there at the time had more important things to do than be concerned about me.... and I was the only customer in the place. Have always loved Lids/HatWorld, and still have the first membership card... but this location left a foul taste in my mouth and mood.

Great service and they do embroidery

I will not ever go back into this store. I made a comment of being to high in prices. The employee told me to have a nice day and tried to kick me out of the store. All I asking, was to see if they price matched. Very dissatisfied with this store. I collect hats for a living. So sorry LIDS, You will not ever get my business again. I would not go to this store.

Small store. Not alot of choices between spkrts teams. Sale was half way decent. Disappointed considering the lication and big name of store
