I had a horrible experience at this dealership. I was in the market for a 2022 Palisade Calligraphy. I drove from the north side of Indy about an hour drive after we had spoke to a salesman on the phone that told us the price and that the vehicle was in transit to the dealership. Once we arrived and started talking about the vehicle the sales person proceed to tell me that if we wanted to hold the vehicle there was a 1000 dollar non refundable deposit. then he proceeded to tell me that there was a 2500 dollar market adjustment that would be added to the price of the vehicle. We I stated that I would not pay a market adjustment the salesman stated everyone has one and is doing it. I explained that other dealers that I spoke to stated that they did not have a market adjustment. the only reason had not made a purchase at one of those dealers is they did not have the vehicle in stock. Needless to say I have purchased my vehicle from Terry Lee in Noblesville with NO MARKET ADJUSTMENT and I could not be happier with there service. Cars are expensive enough sad when they have to gouge the price. NO SALE.

They also were great to work through all the paperwork and setting up the deal over the phone to save me time and trips down to their location since I am living on the north side of Indy. They have a separate check in area for service from where the maintenance is performed. It is a neat system and feels like a cleaner experience. The service workers were nice and professional, and had great customer service. They even helped with questions about topics not related to the maintenance I was there for. The lounge was nice and had plenty of space to feel distance from others. There were plenty of options for seating, as I had my laptop, and others ate at the tables, and there were comfy chairs, too. They coffee and tea and some vending machines, too. It was a good setup. Overall, this was a good experience for what it was, and I would recommend this to a friend. I will go back again in the future.

VERY disappointed!We were struggling with bad credit and finding the right car that was safe and reliable.We started our lease in January.Since then our car has been in the shop about 5 times plusOur check engine light keeps coming on and won’t go offI was told by the service manager she would call me with a rental car so they could get to the bottom of the issue. Never didSo I took it to Kia after weeks of waitingI waited 5 hours with my two kids.. for them to say it needed a computer update..1 DAY later the engine light comes back on.As for the fact of the service manger telling me it is safe to driveOUR CAR COMPLETELY SHUT OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF A HIGHWAY!I’m so disappointed I’ve heard many good things.I’ve made each payment even with the frustrating issues.Don’t get me wrong they have charged me nothing for it being in the shop..But the redneck fix and go...It’s supposed to be safe for my children to ride in...

Purchased a used Honda Odyssey from them today. Im a younger guy with a family and was trying to find a ride in a pinch. found the van on the website, went in and met Andrew. he tossed us the keys and away we went. Brought it back and talked price, agreed and the next day went back and purchased the van. This was not a big Genesis purchase, FAR FROM IT. however I was treated like I was the most important customer there the whole time. Andrew was excellent, Quinton was excellent The finance guy was great, Ron the Hyundai sales manager, said thanks for our purchase as we were leaving. Customer service is a make or break to me. These guys have it going on. If the van fell apart tmrw, I would be real sad..... But it would still be a 5 star review. These guys rock.

My experience was so much better than any of the other dealers that I checked out in my pursuit of purchasing a new vehicle (various makes/models). What made them outstanding was 1) the vehicle model and color 2) price and 3) their ability to work as a team.Tia (Internet Marketing) began the process by giving me a fair price. Joe in Sales was low key, but attentive and perceptive and when I was ready to leave, kindly asked what was stopping me from buying a car then (I already said I would buy in next 2 days). When I said I did not physically feel comfortable in the car, he patiently went out a 2nd time helping me adjust everything to my liking. By this time the dealership had already closed. The 2nd drive is what sealed the deal.Ron, the Manager, was helpful, but most importantly is Zach, who explained the mechanics/tech to me after I purchased. I am a senior and challenged in this area. Check the vehicles very carefully. most have been in accidents, the reporting system they use will not show you an accident. Check what they use and carfax. I was ready to buy a car and they were only giving a gray key (valet key), battery was leaking acid, a turn signal was dangling and fluids were low. I brought it all up to sales man and management. They said the vehicle was being sold AS IS. They are right and Im glad I checked, once you sign you own all the problems. I just can believe they would even consider selling something with those issues. They knew I was getting it for family and kids would be riding in the vehicle. I tried to talk to management and even headquarters with no results. Im not surprised. Make sure you are getting your moneys worth, shop around before you sign. BE CAREFUL they are very shady!.by the way it was a 11K dollar car.

I am adding on to my review from previously... turns out there was some lack of communication from them. When I told them my sunroof was broken...they said they “would take care of it.” Which to me meant they will fix and pay for it. Jokes on me because they said they called me after and asked for $1000 for fixing my roof. I explained I had a warranty that I bought. Then they call (Carson, sale’s manager) and says there was a mix up in communication between me and my service guys. Looks like they are running your roof being fixed through your warranty and we will call you if they do not cover all of it to collect payment. First of all if I knew that was the case I would have never gone to the dealership to get my roof fixed. I have my own mechanic who can do it better, faster, and cheaper! Then when my boyfriend called, and they had the nerve to tell him we don’t always check everything on our used cars... wow! This dealership should not be promoting, marketing, or selling used cars if this is how they are going to treat their customers. This is discrimination! Ageism and classism being showcased by this dealership! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I worked with sales rep JR. He was able to get me a great price for my trade-in (on the high end of Bluebook value), and showed me the exact car that I was looking for. He was also very informative about other resources I now have access to by being a Ray Skillman customer, including an insurance department that can help me find a good rate, and the Hyundai maintenance service that comes with new Hyundais. I really don’t like going to car dealerships, but there was nothing pushy or typical “car salesman” about the team here. I had a great experience.

Good Hyundai service, took care of warranty and recall repairs during routine maintenance visit. Nice waiting area, socially distanced, free coffee. Ray Skillman Hyundai has had my car 3 separate times in the last month because they have yet to fix my AC in my 2020 Tucson. Both times they had it for longer than a week, yet I got my car back and there was no AC. This time they’ve had it for 10 days and still have yet to fix it. This is the most inconvenient thing. The first 2 times they stated they didn’t have a loaner, so I had no car to drive. This third time they finally got me a rental, which would make you think it would be a little faster getting my car back. I’m extremely disappointed.

They went out of there way to help me with my credit so new they pulled through and got me into a nice car

I went to the car lot and was hesitant as you always are. I normally feel like chum and the salesmen/women are sharks out for a meal. Darla and Moe wow! just wow! I talked to these two and explained what I was after and when Id have finances together and such and made clear they were NOT getting a sale on the day my wife and I went looking(We were just getting an idea of what we wanted). Ive been cold shouldered at this point, but not here! They listened and when they took my number down and email I was oh boy here we go as I was expecting to be badgered etc. Not once! When we went back they listened again suggested cars we were interested in(brought like 10+ cars around for my wife to look at)even suggested checking out the KIA cars. They were out to help not make a quick buck and move on. We loved the experience so much we went back and bought another brand new car from these two! I liked everyone we talked to here at Ray Skillman It was so different and easy going then ever before. Honest people, fair prices and people that literally stayed over after hours in a snow storm to help us get the new car for my wife all setup! When its time to buy my daughter a car Im going back here. In my 50 years and 15+ cars I have never had such a pleasant experience. We Love our Hyundai Konas!

We have always been completely satisfied for the great quality of work and craftmanship along with the care and concern of Ray Skillman Hyundai. They have always taken very good care of our care and looked over its needs very well for us. We just had to have work done at the Collision Center due to an accident that damaged our door and quarter panel. The work was EXCELLENTLY done! It was completed in a timely manner. The craftmanship was excellent - we cant even tell that there was ever an accident at all. The paint matches perfectly - and ours was not a standard blue. There is no misalignment or malfunction of any kind. Two thumbs up for Ray Skillman quality!!

My wife and I stopped to look at a possible replacement to my 2017 Cruze and having never experienced that type of transaction before, we were a bit nervous. Austin Cook understood that we were merely gathering information to the process and was very knowledgeable about the new Elantra we were looking at. He did encourage us to drive one that day, but didnt pressure us when we declined. On a 2nd visit, we drove the car with another helpful associate as Austin was with another customer at the time, after which, we decided to see what we could do to get it. It was a joyously stressful event, as we sat down with Josh to get us in a range that fit our budget. For me, it was rollercoaster ride of emotions, having never purchased a new car before, but Josh didnt give up (even when I was about too) and along with Chris they worked worked their magic for us, while keeping me calm in the process. LOL! Thanks Josh!I drove my first brand new car home that evening and it had all the options I was looking for! Staff was incredibly professional all the way from the sales team, managers, and finance. We bought two cars from them. Joe, Bree, and Josh were all absolutely amazing. Bree and Josh helped us find the cars we wanted and took care of everything for us! Joe took over and did an outstanding job making sure everything was perfect with our new vehicles. Joe also made sure we had everything set up, and was there to make sure the drive away in the nee cars was perfect. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We will definitely come back i the future for any purchases.

I worked with Andrew Woollacott. I went through the internet looking for a new 2021 Hyundai palisade calligraphy model. Found one in Greenville, IN.Andrew took over from there. He made sure I was getting everything I wanted on the car..plus correct color and interior. This car was very hard to come by,due to pandemic, and the slow down, at the car factory.I started my search beginning in March, finally received the vehicle July 15th. Everyone was so friendly. They worked so hard, above and beyond what we asked to get us a better price and lower interest. Paperwork was ready and waiting for us to sign when we got there. Quick easy and we will definitely be back in the future.

I have a couple of things I would like to say about my experience at Ray Skillman.1. Brad Showers has to be the best salesman I have ever seen. He walked with me through both lots and Hyundai as well as Ford so that I could see all cars in my price range to see what one would suite me the best. Mr. Showers went above and beyond to show me how to use every feature on the car that I ended up buying. If you need a car make sure to ask for him.2. The car dealership itself was amazing. The place had an extremely friendly staff as well personable. They made it comfortable to ask any questions and to help in anyway that they could. The even helped me get a better deal on my insurance for my new car that was a better deal than the insurance I have had on my last car for the last two years.3. There is nothing else to say but you found the best place to buy a car so make sure to go there and ask for Brad.
