I went in today for my 3D and 4D ultrasound and the tech was amazing especially me being an ultrasound tech myself. Shari was great ! With covid 4 other guests were allowed to come 10/10 would recommend

They were super nice! My little baby was being so stubborn on hiding the gender, and they kept trying until they could get it! Amazing people, felt way better than your regular ob office. Thank you again!

Shaen was amazing she was very patient with waiting on daddy and grandma to arrive and got some amazing shots of our little princess! Was absolutely perfect day with the family. We had the BEST experience with Shari. This woman went above and beyond, giving us an unforgettable experience and quality time with our beautiful baby. The facility is extremely clean and relaxing, and she and the staff are very knowledgeable in what they do. Highly recommend this experience and place for any expecting parents!!

As soon as i walked in, the phlebotomist was very rude, i paid a lot of money to have my blood drawn and too have such rude customer service. After a littlewhile she started to be nice, but rushed me the entire time. I called back later that night asking if the results would come in 2 days like they were supposed to, she was very rude on the phone as well. She said the results would be in on Monday (so 3 days) but i didn’t get it until 4 days later.

My wife & I went for an ultrasound on December 5, 2020. After filling out the required paperwork, the ultrasound tech Shari asked if we wanted to find out the gender or to keep it a secret. We let her know that we did not want to know the gender at that time and that we planned on a reveal with our family immediately after the ultrasound. Shari acknowledged our request and stated that she would place the gender in an envelope for us. During the ultrasound (only a few minutes later), Shari proceeded to reveal the gender. We reminded her that we did not want to know and she immediately acknowledged her mistake and apologized. We expressed our disappointment to her and she stated that she would let the owner know what happened and see what could be done. Shari called us later in the evening and stated that the owner had told her that she had made an honest mistake and that she would reach out to us only if we wanted her to. Shari later indicated during the call that she would pass along a message to the owner and that we should expect a phone call from her. It has been more than 48 hours and we still have not heard from the owner. We understand that mistakes happen, but we also know that mistakes have consequences. My wife and I will never be able to share the moment that we had planned with our family. It is unfortunate that this business could care less about completely ruining the moment that we had looked forward to for so long. I only hope that our misfortune prevents another couple from going through the same thing in the future.

Me and my girl went here when she was nearly 36 weeks. Very clean place and very friendly staff. The 3D and 4D stuff was really cool. Its so cool to be able to see your little one. Ours was being a little butt and was very active but the staff was very patient with her.

Took my daughter for a peek at her baby girl (17 weeks tomorrow) We had such a good time & Shari was awesome!! Very clean, friendly, comfortable atmosphere....we will definitely be coming back!!

This is supposed to be a very special experience. We went there in hopes of a gender reveal. We were told we were having a boy! When we asked how sure she was (because we were planning a gender reveal party) she said very sure, and she showed us the boy part. When we went for our OB appointment a few weeks later we were told that our baby was a girl. I am a reasonable person, so I went back and asked the young lady what she could do to make it right. I understand we make mistakes, but life is about how we correct our mistakes. She told us 10% off another gender ultrasound. 10% off, really? If I owned this business I would have offered another free ultrasound, or said if you are planning another child in the future I would love to help you by giving you a gender ultrasound with your future pregnancy. I can not recommend because she was wrong, and did not rectify her mistake in any reasonable way. The worst part was, we had already bought everything for the gender reveal party, and filled the cupcakes with blue icing, and had blue balloons filled, with blue confetti hung. It was a hassle over a special experience.

My husband and I are 19 weeks and we took both of our Moms with us for this experience. We all loved it!!! We had lost 2 babies to miscarriage last year so this is a Rainbow baby for us and we’ve been very prayerful and precautious the whole pregnancy. Everything about our appointment was very warm and comfortable, and the ultrasound technician was super kind and friendly and made us feel at home. The pictures we were given were so cute and the baby, while very active, was cooperative. We’re going to start our babies first scrapbook with these memories. Just some really precious shots taken. We were leaving the gender a surprise for our reveal party so the tech turned the screen off so we could leave things a surprise while she took the gender photos.Since we booked for this appointment we also got a coupon for our next visit - and we are very excited about going back when the baby is bigger and we can see more distinct features. Would highly recommend, we loved it!!!

I had a wonderful experience here! Brittne was so nice to me and my family! It was such a joy to see the ultrasound of my baby and we got to take home many pictures, a CD, DVD and a stuffed animal with my baby’s heartbeat! My mother was also able to attend, which she recommended my husband and I to to go here, and she had a wonderful time watching her grandson in the ultrasound videos! We loved it!

Shari was wonderful to work with. My soon to be granddaughter was not being cooperative as Shari was trying to determine the gender. She was very patient. Will definitely go back there if the need ever arises again.

We went in at 15 weeks. It was clear as day that we were having a little boy. Our tech was GREAT! My mom was even allowed to video chat while we did our ultrasound because she was in the hospital. It was really homey and comfortable, very clean and quiet. I cant recommend here enough! I would definitely return, nothing but love from us!

UPDATE: They made it right and Shaina called me!! I am grateful they took the time out to hear my concern! Thanks!!The WORST at communication- I have sent TWO contact by emails 1/31 and 2/5 asking to be contacted. No responses. I made an appointment online for the 4D New Year Special and was given no pricing with booking the appointment. I had to REACH out to them to find out that they were no longer doing the 4D New Year Special that I booked but I could do the January special. The lady NEVER said I needed to pay in full or the $25 deposit right then and once again NO ONE called to let me know this was an issue. ONCE AGAIN- I reached out to them to make sure that I could still do the January special and ask a question. I played phone tag with them for hours then finally got ahold of Haley who said I could not do any special packages. UMMMM WHAT?? This is my second time with the pregnancy using sneak peak and I am just really disturbed at the run around I have gotten not once, not twice, but THREE times!!

We have gone twice, once for the gender reveal in March and again in May for my boyfriends Mother’s Day gift(this was her first time ever seeing an ultrasound) and we’re going a third time late in the third trimester to see our precious baby’s face so my mom can see it (this is her 4th grand baby and only the second ultrasound for her). I cannot recommend sneak peek highly enough. They’ve always been kind and courteous and very professional while still giving a very relaxed feel compared to the other ultrasounds we’ve had at medical facilities. I recommend them every chance I get! If I have anymore babies after this one, I will definitely be using them again! *we drove over an hour each time because it’s 100% worth it!*

We were able to get an appointment quickly. The Ultrasound tech did not give up on trying to find our little ones gender. The baby was all curled up and didnt want to move. She was great and helped give us advice on how to get the baby to move. It worked and we found out we are having our 4th boy! The tech was very patient in dealing with our 3 other little ones. She also explained the Christmas deals that we were unaware of, which helped us save money. We would definitely refer people and return ourselves. Thank you for an awesome experience! Also the facility was clean, comfortable, and inviting.

I read all of the reviews about this place and I’m really disappointed after my visit this morning. Emily was sweet and the place was nice.. but I got no good pictures and for $150 you would think we would get asked to be rescheduled or something. I’m just sad about it..

My husband and I went in for a gender sneak peak. The tech was super nice. We found out we are having a boy! The tech showed us the difference between the umbilical cord and the penis so there were no questions about it being mistaken for the cord. Theres no doubt its a boy! I cant wait to go again around 30 weeks!

Had our gender ultrasound done back in October, looked into other places and picked Sneak Peek. Their prices and quality of what you get are great. Friendly staff/techs. Highly recommend and will be back when we get farther along.

We had an amazing experience here. The environment was comfortable and warm. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They ensured we were comfortable and happy with our experience. We found out we were having a little girl! (And we did!)

This place told my sister she was having a girl and she delivered a baby boy last night. She spent a decent amount of money, if you go here I would definitely go some where also afterwards and get a second look just in case.

We were unable to see the gender the first time around because the baby wasn’t willing to show us the goods. They scheduled me for just a couple days later (for free) and we were able to see the gender easily! It’s a boy! This is the fourth time we’ve gone to them for elective ultrasounds and we love them!

This place is great! We went in to the greenwood location was having trouble getting pics. They went above themselves and had us try the Plainfield location on our way back home. We got there and got great 3d pics. Highly recommended them.

I was arguing with my doctor about when I could find out what I was having and they wanted to wait a complete month later. Definitely wasn’t happy. So I called sneak peek. They got me in the same day! Truly I was grateful. You walk in and are greeted by a sweet lady. Only took 3 mins to do paper work and she went and set up. She took me and my aunt back to the room where it was so relaxing. I immediately felt peace overwhelm me. I got on the bed and we started. My baby of course was being so stubborn but she didn’t give up on baby. Took her some time to find the right spot and there it was. A sweet little active baby girl! My heart was filled with joy. She sent me home so relaxed and relieved. Also sent me home with a ton of pictures so show my family and friends. Thank you so kindly for everything. I can’t wait to hold my beautiful daughter and when she gets here I will be bringing her by ♥️

This place is really great. Atmosphere, cleanliness, kind employees. They go out of their way to correct any mistakes or if you’re unhappy about something. Wonderful business!

We loved our experience with Sneak Peek! We went yesterday (gender reveal peek) and the woman doing our ultrasound was so friendly! Our little one was being stubborn and she didnt just give up. She kept trying to get a good picture. Lucky for us she had a spot open right behind her next couple and she allowed us to wait and come back in after them (just 15 minutes later) and we found out the gender! We found out we are having a baby girl! Our first little girl to be exact :) I loved her dedication in finding the sex of our baby and how she even confirmed with her boss so that we had two opinions on what we are having :) (the boss agreed with her that we were having a girl) The boss even had her offer for us to come back another time and confirm if we wanted! We decided we would trust them but we do plan to come back later in my pregnancy to get a 3d/4d ultrasound!! ❤️❤️❤️

So, on a whim, my husband and I schedule an appointment for a Gender Sneak Peak --and we found out its a BOY!!! :) I cant wait to come back again when Im 28 weeks!

Had a wonderful experience taking my daughter to Sneak Peek. The technician who ran the ultrasound was very kind. The office is very welcoming. We definitely plan to go back the further along my daughter gets.

I would never spend money to patronize here again. We loved the gender peek with the owner but when we went back for a 4D we had an awful experience. Its such a unique and special time in your life, unfortunately their inability to schedule properly really ruined it for us. They double booked us with someone else, then said we will squeeze you in but its going to have to be the same price and only 10 minutes (the package is 20 minutes and $150). I was in tears at this point, then the a staff member just became more hateful. It was a 140 mile journey for nothing :(

This place is awful. We went for a 3d ultrasound and the tech was very inexperienced. She seemed very nervous and was not able to get good pictures on my child. She said several things expecting us not to know what was going on, but I am a nurse practitioner and I knew that the baby did not turn away, she just couldnt work the machine very well to get a picture of the face. After that she only got one or two pictures, and not even good pictures, and missed some of the better moments. She didnt even offer a rescan or a reimbursement after the horrible job she did. I would never recommend this place and would recommend anybody who wants to experience their child before birth to go somewhere else.

It was really nice, decorated very cute and the bed was comfy. The staff is very nice, I was told I was having a little girl (like I always wanted) I just hope they were correct, just waiting on my 20 week ultrasound and hoping they confirm it is a girl!

I have went here Twice with two different pregnancies. My first time there was awesome. The owner was very nice and professional. Shana . I believe. My second time I had to wait a bit longer for my appointment someone ran over. I didnt mind bc I knew her nd knew she would give her very best services.

I came in for my appointment on July 09th. I was greeted with the question “you don’t look very big, how far along are you” and she proceeded to doubt that she could get a very good scan for my ultrasound. She was very negative from the start. For the package that I decided on, it said you could have it done between 20-28 weeks. I was 24 weeks+4 when I went in and she continued to say that we should reschedule for 28 weeks. She acted as if I was an inconvenience for the start. In the middle of the ultrasound, she asked me and my fiancé if this was a “whoops” and that I would have my hands full with my babies being 18 months apart. At the end of the ultrasound, she asked “is this going to be your last?” I felt very disrespected and I was very disappointed when I left because I was looking forward to this experience. I’m questioning the $300 that I spent.

Very friendly. Also kept the gender quiet to us and only told our parents! She spent plenty of time and didnt rush.

The staff was great and very welcoming, although it was hard to get my son to cooperate in pictures they didn’t give up and got some adorable pictures!!

We did however appreciate the follow up visit that was scheduled. Thanks to that visit with a different person we had a great experience and learned our baby was breach. Her work is why your establishment doesnt get a one star review.Thanks to her effort we came back during our second pregnancy. The first visit again failed to produce a sasitfactory photo and a follow up was scheduled. The follow up visit, hosted by the owners sister with motivation issues, lasted for a quick half hearted 10 minutes. No follow up offered.To the owner. Keep your family and business completely separated. Money and blood dont mix.

Don’t recommend the Greenwood location. I had an appointment booked this morning and the employee never showed up. No call or anything until I repeatedly contacted the Plainfield location to ask what was happening. They tried to reschedule me, but I’m already in my 36th week and they don’t usually schedule after that and my husband and I just don’t have the same availability to rebook now. Very aggravating experience and all I want is my deposit back and they said they won’t do that. So thanks for nothing.

Awesome place, great service, great person, very knowledgeable, awesome atmosphere with a real bed (not an uncomfortable hospital bed) couch and chair. Will definitely bring my wife back if we have any more kids.

I just went and did an elective ultrasound yesterday at this place. I was not pleased with the results as I received horrible pictures and the tech didnt seem as if she knew what she was doing. The whole time during the session she was very shaky and seemed nervous. I was supposed to at least get a view of 4d but never received it. Now Im very concerned if she even got the gender correct. Im not the type to cause a fuss or disrespect anyone so after my session I left. It was not what I expected nor was it worth $90.
