Used this company through Lowes for a Bosch double wall oven install. I had some communication issues from the Lowes Installation Dept., which is to be expected from Lowes, but this company handled communication on their end well - polite and followed through on calling me back. Measure and installation appointments were made in a reasonable amount of time and they offered to move my measure appointment up due to a last minute cancel which I definitely appreciated. The installers were punctual and professional. The oven was fitted well and works perfectly.We were on the fence about installing this ourselves but we purchased a very expensive and heavy appliance and didnt want to break our backs or make any mistakes that would damage our cabinets or the oven. Good experience overall from A&P; would definitely use them again.

HORRIBLE communication/responsiveness! This company was set up by Lowes to install an appliance for me. I tried to call them 7-8 times (during business hours) with no answer and no call back, I left a voicemail on my first attempt to contact them then every time after that their voicemail was full. What type of business has a full voicemail?? Lowes also contacted them for me a few times and asked them to call me, still with no response! I ended up canceling the install request and went with another company so I cant speak to their work but I can tell you they are very unprofessional and lacking in communication skills.

AWESOME CISTOMER SERVICE !!!They know how to treat people and how to explain things to the Customer in a way that makes them understand exactly what the problem is and how they can FIX IT !!!

They do installations for Lowes in my area. Their office staff member, Stacey was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I truly do not understand how they remain in business.

Amanda, Andrew and Payton were awesome! Andrew and Payton installed my bathroom vanity and looks amazing! They cleaned up before they left. Very professional and friendly. I will use AP in the future for other projects in my house, that my husband doesn’t like to do.

I called about having a dishwasher installed. They came out looked at what I wanted done and said they would get me an estimate the next day. This was on the 4th of July . Still have not heard from them. Ill find someone who lives up to their word.

Although AP Restoration owners are knowledgeable there has been way to many go back and fix it problems. Ill leave it at that.
