Purchased a 110cc and 125cc four wheeler. Contacted the store less than a week later and said the 125cc will not start and is not getting fire. They gave me their service department and when I called I was informed that the service tech was told by the owners that he was not to work on any service issues until he put together trailers of stuff to sell. I called the store back, told them what the service department told me and I was assured that the owner would call me back. I told them I wanted a refund or the four wheeler fixed. Its been weeks and no one has ever called me back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

They are awesome they give great customer service I drove off a scooter off the parking lot have not have one lick of a problem only one thing that was wrong with it and it wasnt all the way screwed in but that came from the factory other than that everything was fine and I havent had a problem and they actually fixed visit the problem when it got dented and scratched and replaced it its awesome service and quick I would recommend this place to others

Love this place, I feel bad that some people have have bad experience here it is a really great place and the people there are very nice. I purchased a Apollo 20z 125cc and it’s working great they tested it and made sure everything was working. They helped me load it into our van and were very careful about it. They do 1 free oil change as well. I would totally recommend this place! 😁

I love my new 50cc Tao Tao Pony moped that I bought about a month ago from Only way to go Scooters.Ive ridden it pretty heavily and havent had ONE issue with it yet.My salesperson was both friendly and knowledgeable.I highly recommend Only way to go scooters and would definitely buy from them again!

Horrible, horrible, horrible!! We bought a 4wheeler from here and had it barely a few months, and used it maybe 3 x, then it stopped working.We have been trying to get them to help fix it since and it’s like excuse after excuse and they are very rude! Not helpful at all.They Take ur money then they suddenly don’t have much left to do w you. Be ware! And pray you don’t have issues if you shop w them.

I never got the scooter I wanted, but the scooter I did get is even better and Im very happy with the outcome. Ill post more about the service in the future. Yeah the service here is not good at all. I bought a scooter here and Im very happy with it, but Ive had to do all the work myself. So its been about 6 months, still no help with any of my issues. They dont carry any parts and dont have the man power to deal with you or your problems. Just buy the scooter and go.

I bought my scooter from a place out on the east side of Indy last year. Ive had nothing but problems with it. The place went out of business so I looked for a good down to earth place. I found it! Only Way to Go is the only place Ill take my ride to get worked on. Jerry has helped me keep my scooter running in top shape. He even found that my rear rim was misshapen from the factory. Jerry and his crew is top notch and they are quality people. You cannot ask for a better place to buy or fix your scooter at.

Place was down to earth and the employees were friendly. I bought a 150cc Tao Tao cruiser and I love it. Free first oil change and discounted oil changes after for purchasing from them. Highly recommended

The prices are reasonable, but Ive been there 5 times and have attempted to call multiple times. Ive had one good customer experience and it was the first time I went. I wish they were as rude the first time as every other time so I knew not to go back. Ive been spoken down to, basically yelled at over the phone, and today, which is whats finally put me over the edge, I was treated incredibly disrespectfully. When trying to figure out what brake lines I needed the person, helping, me, who turned out to be the owner, had an edge in his voice almost immediately, and when he finally went in the back to get the brake lines, he came up to me and just dropped them on the floor in front of me. I do not know why I decided to go ahead and purchase them anyway instead of just walking out. Im typically pretty understanding when it comes to customer service as Ive worked in it for a good number of years now, but thats past poor and just straight up disrespectful. If you like being treated like a person go somewhere else.

The price was reasonable, but the product is junk. The guy here seems really shady and rude, so I dont think I want to get his help repairing my scooter. It only has 236km and it was purchased last month. Its sitting at my job dead. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This place has absolutely unethical business practices. Ordered a four-wheeler three days before Christmas, was told get that one in every day. Get there they claimed we ordered we ordered the wrong one which was over $150 more. suddenly theyre not getting any more in someones coming to get that one if we dont buy it for $1,100 instead of the 895.00.

My step son has purchased 2 scooters from this facility. The staff is great along with service.

Ive rented uhauls from this location several times and its always a quick in and out.As far as scooters, theyve got a great selection at unbeatable prices.Unfortunately Im a 150cc buggy kinda guy, no need for a scooter. Luckily, when I blew out the exhaust gasket and needed one in a hurry... it was a 60 second stop in to get my quick fix part. If you need parts for a GY6 engine, youll get quick service and low cost parts here. No need to wait for an eBay shipment when this place is right down the road.

Worst place ever, they do uhaul on the side and did not bring the truck on the moving date, then the brilliant manager David booked my next uhaul appointment pickup at 3AM! Smart guy 👌 dont go there for uhaul or scooters for that matter, their scooters looks old and outdated

Bought a 50cc Tao vip.. Piece of crap .. First week had a problem starting it called they said bring it back.. Said they replaced the battery and everything was fine after.. they ended up keeping it for a week and a half.. Would run great at times most times sluggish and constantly dies takes forever to restart.. I live on the other side of Indy no truck couldnt play the run back and forth game every other week .. Tao VIP = victims in progress.. Could go on and on about the piece of crap only 2k miles replaced battery twice several other issues ... great for exercise.. You know the pushing it around everywhere 😡😡 just saying dont buy a Tao read the reviews online before you buy .. they are junk .. If they would buy it back for even half the money I spent I would have it at the front door tomorrow!!!

Moped I bought which was a taotao 50 cc moped quit running after 400Kms so I took it to them, they said they reset the valves but I took it apart to check the spark plug when it stopped working THE NEXT DAY! And they set my gap at .05. Since then the battery quit working and the starter quit and the speedometer stopped working and Ive done tons of routine maintenance on this moped. Its 5 months old now and still doesnt like to run and the motors warranty is almost up. DONT trust these idiots they even charged me to reset the valves and thatd covered under the motors warranty.

My reservation was 8 am, their online hours say 8am...low and behold they dont upset until 8:30. The guy at the desk was ok, but like others was forceful about insurance upsurge
