Greenwood seems to think it lives in a bubble. UPS store like 90% of the businesses here seem to be operated by unskilled, ignorant people who just dont care, especially a customer. I dont get it. Ive even lowered my expectations but it doesnt matter, they get worse. Taco Bell is the only place in Greenwood that I have seen actual customer service the right way. If its all racially motivated, then people need to grow up and get educated.
Cindy Fuller is very very rude. My package was delivered to this location and I showed her the information and asked her for help and she told me “I don’t know what you want me to do, it’s not here” before I left she told me she would make sure I never got my package and she would make sure of that. She also cussed at me several times with a ups employee on the phone. I am making complaints with corporate but I just wanted others to know that this is not a friendly location. UPS has helped me locate my package and has been very great but this location is trash.I suggest everyone with bad experiences make corporate complaints. This woman should not be sabotaging UPS’s reputation.
I called them repeatedly on multiple amount of days just trying to track down the package that was showing delivered to my home, however was not. I cannot get them to even pick up telephone. I hope the service gets better. Nothing but an inconvenience
I cannot recommend. I paid an additional fee to reroute a package to this location. A gift was sent to me, requiring a signature. Upon arriving at the store, without anyone knowing what gift was in the package, staff refused to release the package to me and returned it to UPS. This resulted in my having to go across town to an actual UPS center at 7 PM, to retrieve the package. There appeared to be no concern that it was a gift, no professionalism and no care for the inconvenience they were causing a customer. They are fortunate there is no other UPS option however FedEx and the USPS will do just fine from here on out.
Pack and ship guarantee on website. Went to get something packed and shipped. They guaranteed me that it would arrive broken. I guess styrofoam peanuts and a box is to complicated for them to get right. At least they sent me to the FedEx store who was able to assist in packaging supplies, insure it, and ship it.
WARNING - DO NOT use this store if you expect honest or professional service.This UPS Store is apparently owned by Cynthia Fuller according to Luann at the store. Insurance purchased but never provided. Over the course of 6 months the store associates pretended they were following up and processing the claim. But would not provide contact information, insurance company information, claim representative information nor owner contact information. Very nice store ladies on the phone but dishonest in behavior and they promote the fraud on behalf of their boss. With the exception of one return phone call, all follow-up calls made on a monthly basis were by me.History: We had 4 boxes shipped to California containing artwork. Two of the four boxes arrived with damaged exteriors and the contents had damaged frames and one shredded parchment. Insurance had been purchased for the contents. A claim was made telephonically in May and instructions received on how to submit it. These instructions were provided by Melanie at the store. We were instructed to retain the packaging which we have done. I was instructed to take photos of the contents as they arrived which was done. These were submitted. We were asked to provide estimates for the replacement value of the frames and artwork which we did. The value of the items clearly exceeded the purchased coverage of $100 per box. However, we were forced to submit ongoing proof and we complied but by July we were told by Melanie and Luann they had been instructed to inform us that the claim was tardy. When I asked for the contact information for the claim representative neither Luann nor Melanie could provide it. And Melanie advised more than once that she knew the claim was not tardy. She acknowledged receipt of the necessary paperwork. This has unfolded over the course of 6 months. I can only assume that if you purchase insurance through this store, there really is none provided and it is a scam.
Do not go here unless you HAVE to. I’ve never dealt with such rude people. The second your mask slips below your nose one the crows is cawing to put your mask on. I went in Sunday to return a package. Pulled my mask down to get in my phone and within 0.02 seconds she was crying about the mask. She’s also afraid to touch anything so she made me try to put it in the clear plastic bag. At first it slipped out of her hand, then as I try to slide it into the bag the second time she was standing too close and it dropped on the scale. She said “you’re a nasty person, aren’t you?” When we finished I told her customer service doesn’t usually involve calling people names. She told me she doesn’t give customer service to nasty people like me. I told her to go to hell.
There was only 1 person working and waited in line outside for 20min then inside for another 10 min the owner didnt we wn apologize for the wait. Dont go here unless you have no other choice.UPDATE: I took my package in on 4/2 to return to Amazon. The person working (The owner mind you) scanned the QR code took the item and said I was good to go. Its now 4/21 and Amazon has still NOT received the package. Looks like she either stole the item and kept it for herself or just never shipped it. I tried calling the other day and literally no one answered the phone all day. This business should not be in business and if you want to make sure your packages get to their destination do NOT ship it here.
I had a very positive experience. The lady at the counter was very helpful, professional and polite. I had a return from an online purchase and the return required UPS shipping. I can say I’ll definitely go back for any UPS related business!
This place is open. They best be happy there is no other place in Greenwood. The staff was good but their hands are tied. I shipped to Canada. The first all went well paid with credit card. This time was not allowed to do use my card. Just a very poor ran business
I took 5 boxes into UPS in Rock Hill SC, out in 10 min (3addresses in computer, they added 2 addresses directly from boxes). Asked on contents, they typed in. Done. Next day, visiting handicap friend in Greenwood, took her 3 boxes to THIS UPS store. I had to fill out a paper w 3 addresses ALREADY in their computer & ON box, phone number (run to car ask friend), list contents (back to car). There at least 20 min. No place for handicap to sit. UNBELIEVABLE.
What kind of business closes their store for a 2 hour lunch ? I can tell ya, one that doesnt want mine. I can happily use priority mail.
Im not one who would normally write a review but the constant reoccurring negativity Ive received since moving here tells me that everyday is a bad day here. Save yourself time & some extremely negative people. Go somewhere else!
***** Price Gouging *****Unable to reach any one by phone to confirm prices. Walked in to have a document notarized. I was charged $10.00 for a one page document. I thought it was a bit high so I did some research and after reviewing SC notarization guidelines ... it states that a notary public should not charge more that $5.00 per notarial act. It is disturbing to me that this price gouging is allowed to happen. I would rather drive 50 miles than to frequent this location again.
They were nice but they lost several pages of documents somehow. Think they sent the originals with the copies they were sending off for me. I wont be going back there.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE TO PICK UP PACKAGES! I have spent 3 days to get a package. I was given the option to PAY $6.60 to pick up my package at this location. my package was attempted to be delivered to this location Friday the 2nd. And this store REFUSED the package and sent it back to the sender luckily for me... but oh so sad for this store UPS KNOWS this store refuses the packages OFTEN so they held it for me and did NOT let it go BACK to the sender! This store is NOT UPS but privately owned store and works as a partner with UPS. This partnership needs attention... or you will lose your package that you paid for. DO NOT chose the option to pick your package up here.... AND if this is their professional attitude about partnerships and business I would avoid it all together and seek a store that UNDERSTANDS PROFESSIONAL OBLIGATIONS.
I have attempted to purchase shipping boxes from this location 3 or 4 times. My cost is double, sometimes triple what I pay at other UPS stores. I ship large boxes frequently.. I know my cost at other locations.
The two women think they are the worlds end all when it comes to shipping. They do not know how to measure packages correctly and when confronted and shown the correct dimensions with their tape measure the response was do you want to send it or not! Ever since this incident I have used the post office. Much, much better rates and smaller stuff is affordable for 2 day shipping.
Poor customer service. Make their own rules because they say they are a “retail store” so they don’t have to have same polices as other UPS stores. Was told I can only pay cash because I could just cancel a CC payment. Strange place, go to USPS or drive the 30-45 mins to another UPS store.

The workers are always so abrasive and rude. $2 for them to tape up a package. Conflicting instructions on Amazon returns (took one in packaged and all and they told me not to package it in the future - they would do it. The next one they said it would cost for them to provide packaging and tape). This is the only UPS store I visit that I feel this way about. I have lived in multiple cities and have always enjoyed UPS until having to work with this store. The only UPS store I’ve used that won’t accept USPS package drop offs. Avoid if at all possible.
My pregnant wife went and stood outside to get a box and they were extremely rude to her. If I could give zero stars I would. Shame on you.

Went to pick up an online print to be told they couldnt print it so I asked for assistance with getting a refund for my online order. the owner Cindy Fuller proceeded to refuse to speak to corporate to verify the situation so a refund could be issued. She then proceeded to tell at me that this order had nothing to do with her. She literally told me I had to get get out of her store. And physically charged at me. She told me I could talk to corporate while in her store. She behaved like a cave women.
I went over there to send A prepaid package off which came with a piece of tape that you lick it to get to stick I asked would you mind putting a piece of tape to secure the box she said two dollars I said you’re joking right she said no I said am I on candid camera you’re kidding two dollars for a piece never mind if you don’t think that much of my package I’ll track it make sure it arrives in time I will not be back to this UPS store I understand that UPS headquarters needs to get management to go down there and take some inventory of their franchise Anyone that needs tape bring your own
2 dollars fee for taping a box, 3 dollars per 15 minutes on their public computer, cheapest business owners in the area.. you mean to tell me it costs 2 dollars for you to use a tape gun for less than 3 seconds?AVOID THIS PLACE.

Dont ever go to this store. The owner was very rude and unsympathetic to my confusion with my amazon order. The lady got upset and continued to belittle me when I expressed my confusion about the amazon return. Never have I had this experience with any UPS store. First and last time for me.

Ive called for two days now trying to get someone on the phone. The phone just rings on and on forever. I really needed to talk to someone about my package before they closed and now its too late. Pretty disappointed in their customer service.
