They have a superior product and can do one heck of a job matching colors! I have been going to then for years and use their products frequently for the staining that my line of work requires. They are helpful and nice. But I dread going there because the place smells like a urinal cake. A pundget stink in the whole place. I cant get out fast enough.RESPONSE to SW response: I reviewed a specific store, I gave you exactly what the problem is. There is nothing more for me to discuss with you. Just walk in and breathe and you will know what the problem is.

I have noticed that in my visits this year, the sales people seem like they could care less if they help me or not. Not particularly friendly and cant even answer questions about the types of paint. They act like they are being put out if you ask them to look up your account. My overall impression is the Greenwood store has really gone downhill in the last two years in customer service to the individual customer (whos not a contractor.) This is in sharp contrast to the paint people at Menards and Home Depot who go out of their way to help you, answer questions, even make suggestions. I like SW paint, but I think I will start going to Ace Hardware for Benjamin Moore paints. I dont need the lackadaisical attitude at my Greenwood SW store.

I bought paint on Friday with their advice on how much to buy. I ended up a guart low so I went to the store to get more. It ended up being $8 more than the last one I bought. I was told it was 30% off 2 days ago. Since I had been told by them how much to buy and they were incorrect, I wanted the price I paid 2 days ago. They said no, I could wait a week to get the paint because it was going back on sale. Since the job was started, I had no choice but to buy the overpriced paint. Apparently its worth $8to loose a customer thats spent hundreds of dollars there.
