No longer 24 hours, its a hassle to shop when you work night shift and cant hit the store on your way home.Online deliveries and pickup orders rarely give what you ordered. Replacing items I ordered with something close isnt helpful with allergies in a household.For the in store review, if Im ringing up my own products, I should at least get an employee discount. Theyre lucky its cheap and close.

This store had been going downhill for a while in my opinion, however the new assistant store manager, I believe his name is Terrance, has changed my mind completely. His friendly greeting on the way out the door and his willingness to make every customer happy is such a pleasant change to see here, and Walmart as a corporation needs to hire more employees like him and other former service members. They care more for the customers and offer far better and friendlier service.

I needed a few items from the Vision Center, and they couldnt have been nicer. They adjusted my glasses, and made some great recommendations on lens cleaners and anti-fog options.Great prices and even better service.

Used to enjoy coming to Walmart. Not anymore. Once they went to all self check out we started going to Target. Tried pick up to avoid playing Walmart employee by scanning and bagging all my own stuff. Well. Been out here for 43 minutes waiting... Target literally is like 2 minute wait for pick up! Never again!

All stores are never stocked, the younger employees are u educated or just dont have the common sense God gave them . Walmart never has cash registers which is wrong, we should not be forced to use a card of any kind, there are still those who use cash. The isles keep changing so you can no longer learn where anything is located and where your putting some items makes no sense and getting less of. Im at the point to where I hate Walmart and thats just the grocery area.

Walmart pickup is so understaffed and overworked that my order which was ready at 3:47 did not come put until almost 5:20. I arrived and checked in 53 minutes before receiving my order. I had other things to do, but had to sit here. Never again. Will just shop elsewhere. Lady who brought the food out was sweet, polite, and efficient. Walmart needs to do better by their workers though.

Went to pick up a grocery order and had to sit over an hour to get it. Also you can not cancel the order once u arrive without calling corporate the next day. If I could give this place a zero I would do not waste your time here.

Legit just walked out of the store a few moments ago…. Staff at the doors are so rude and unkind. Saw an old white man yell at a pregnant woman basically because she was sick and he wanted to stop her so bad after she clearly had one product and a receipt in her hand. Funny thing is he WATCHED her make the purchase just as I did at self checkout. Won’t come back to this location if this is how they treat a woman baring a child… how disgraceful of this place to treat someone caring a human being so rude when you can clearly see she is in pain…. Made my own wife cry, we went to check on the woman after she left the store just to show her simple EASY KINDNESS

I went to buy a tv and was having issues at the cash register buying it and the assistant store manager came to help out the situation. It was still taking a little bit of time and effort to get the affirm situated but I was fine and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Then Preston helped me out to my truck and helped me load it. We talked a little bit about trucks and he was incredibly nice and helpful. This was probably one of the best experience Ive had shopping to be honest not just with walmart but just in general. Everyone was very helpful and nice

Went for Fried Chicken from the Deli for my Family... The 2 Women working had been left short staffed all day but still kept smiles... They were super attentive, positive, & worked as quickly as they could to serve the customers... Didnt mind the wait, got fresh made hot food and great service...

The Alexandria, KY store has so much more organized than the Fort Wright, KY Walmart. I shop online and pickup at store. Every time I order from FW Walmart I have many items out of stock. At this location, most if not all of my order is in stock and they nag your items like theyre supposed to be bagged, separate bags for cleaning supplies, soft items like bread. Would recommend this store.

Today this Walmart gets Five Stars from me. Did a grocery pick up and they had everything I needed. I usually go to another location who rarely have what I need, and dont do substitutes. I had a few substitutes on this pick up and all were great.Employees were pleasant, especially working in the heat.

Yikes, I did my first Walmart pick-up experience and placing it was a breeze. It was delayed a bit which was no big deal but when it said it was ready and I went to pick it up….wow that’s where the classic Walmart reputation service comes into play. I waited for an hour before I went into the store to complain that no had brought my order out and the lady next to me was waiting longer. All 12 spots were full and in an hour they not managed to bring 4 orders out to people. There was a lime of people waiting to get into spots. Never again.

This walmart is so raggedy and dirty looking. Also it is just busy during the day. They were out of ice coffee in 90% of brands, they had no milk 2% and they were out of borax. Still the cheapest place to get essentials but Aldi and Food Lion are easier to run in and out! Come on Walmart, do better!

The selves are less than half stocked the prices are 40% higher than ever this administration is very useless. Prepare yourself for a very hard 4 years in the future. A very bad storm in the horizon. Its time for the working class to band together!!

The items that we were looking for were where they were supposed to be and it made our shopping quick and easy.

Its Walmart... What more can you say? This one is running out of all types of frozen food and grocery items. 2-3 checkouts for people with cash, so you have to wait extra long to get out.

The service was ok needed some fog lights called a worker back ti open the case waited 30min no one showed up I never seen a walmart lock up lights GOES TO SHOW U DAMN THIEVES WILL STEAL ANYTHING SMH

I love walmart as much as the next person but this mess where they are trying to force you to use anything but cash is ridiculous! I mean lets have 20 registers open for use with a card only and 1 if you are paying with cash.

Id prefer to give 2.5-3 stars. This location is usually messy, disorderly, pricing all over the place, and inventory a hot mess. Staff is really hit or miss. Some days cashiers are nice and friendly. Other days they are very cold and unhelpful. The garden section is usually hammered and you cant figure out correct prices on anything in the store. Nothing is ever in the correct place. They never, under any circumstance have enough cashiers open. There will be 3 cashiers open with 15+ people standing in each line. Typical Wal-mart.

Last night I was treated different by the door greeter Bobby. I was leaving the store with my wife and daughter (both white) and each one of us was holding an air mattress box that we purchased. Bobby the greeter ask us for a receipt and my wife provided the receipt. While we were leaving I noticed another customer (white) leaving the store with a shopping cart and Bobby didnt asked him for a receipt. At that time I when back and asked Bobby if she was only asking for a receipt to the minority customers ( mainly Latin) and she told me she was supposed to ask for a receipt for items not in a Walmart bag. I said thank you for explaining it to me and left to my car and when I was about to leave I saw a Latin lady leaving the store with a shopping cart and the first thing Bobby did was stop her immediately and asked her for a receipt and started looking for all the items in the cart and of course she didnt ask for a receipt to the white guy but when the Latin lady and I walked out we were immediately asked. My daughter and wife were very offended and insulted by Bobbys discrimination. If you a Latin yourself are wanting to be warned by this greeter I can post a picture.

I dont like going to walmart but we dont have many choices around here the store is a mess and isnt stock up everything is all over the place

My first time doing an on line order. It was delayed, then there were no parking places. When I got a parking place I waited over an hour to receive my groceries. They asked me if I was okay with the substitutions they had made while putting the groceries in my car. I found out after I got home 5 item were missing.

This store is the exact reason I dont shop at Walmart. It took 30 minutes to get through one of the self checks. Only 2 lines were open other than self checks. About 6 ladies hanging out behind the customer service counter with no one in line. The store is nasty and most of the people there are the same. Soap and water should be used on both. Its not worth the dollar you will save over other stores that still understand customer service.

I do not reccomend shopping here during the weekend the lines are backed up and go very far they have 3 cahsiers working on a sunday and the cashiers are very rude my experience is terrible the cashier threw my stuff into bags and was very slow the walmart gets very backed up and while only having 4 cashiers working

Im here at 245 on a Thursday. The grand reopening is in effect. I must say that I am impressed. Store is very clean and employees are easy to find. I know I know. Once the 1st gets here it will be trashed again. But it is perfect right now.

There were no carts. The greater pointed out that there were carts in the parking lot. So I walk back out to the parking lot and get my own cart. When it was time to check out there was one cashier and people were lined up across the isle. I went to a self checkout which I detest but I wanted to get home. Wal Mart is obviously insisting I work for them for free.

Not as good as it use to not enough of staff dirty bathrooms the one at boiling Springs us to be the best bathrooms nasty and half of them didnt even work. Not enough of workers to help you find something or check you out.

One of the worst managed stores! Almost 8:00, all self check outs set to card only and only 1, yes 1 register with a human attendant open. The “”coach” Joan is more concerned with updating counts on chewing gum than elevating the line of people at the 1 and only open register that can take cash. Funny that Walmart’s in NC and TN don’t seem to have the same “national” coin shortage issue that this store does….

Some of the employees here are enjoyment to be served by. Its been different but in a good way with all the self checkout lanes now. Only thing I would change is they should at least have one employee run checkout line specifically for the elder folks. They struggle with the machines and could use and most deserve their own checkout line.

This Walmart is ridiculous!!!!! I literally just went in to purchase items & of course they check receipts at the door the lady questions my purchase makes me walk all the way to customer service to verify a purchase I will NEVER go back . I’m a honest buying customer just like anyone else .

It was crowded and they didnt have the scanners open by the pharmacy. That tends to make a mess at check out.

Wal-Mart is always consistent. I can find something I like and go. No matter what state or area, Wal-Mart does not disappoint.

I use this Walmart because all Walmarts are different and I like knowing where things are when I shop, plus it is the closest store to me. Walmart could learn from Home Depot where every store is set up the same.

This WalMart is poorly managed. Customer service closed early everyday for nearly a week.Today was another cant pay with cash day at every register. I suggest going to the Walmart on Pelham Rd where everything is neat and organized, workers are friendly, they dont act like theyre bothered when you ask a question.

It was ok. Went with my granddaughters and my daughter who is legally blind. She end up leaving her cleaning liquid in walmart it was the $5.98. Big bottle of Fabuloso. We could not fine it in her cart or bags. I went back to walmart but did not fine it. I shop 2 and 3 times a week in Walmart. On line i shop. The same. My daughter shops there so much more and always orders Groceries on line. . sad she could not fine her liquid to clean with.

A good Wal-Mart is still just a Wal-Mart, and I wouldnt be doing justice to stores that actually care about their customers if I rated the best of the Wal-Marts higher than 3. I would literally rather be insulted and slapped than ignored.

This location Walmart is not the best Walmart to go shopping at. It has entirely too many items in the wrong locations without prices on them. The stock is not neatly stocked. Its hard to find certain items.

I just left this store (#2687). Had a horrible experience. There were no carts or baskets any where inside. Many people were looking. At one point, I went through the automated gate (near the pharmacy)and had a worker (black lady in a yellow low-cost top with words tattooed on her chest and a tan/beige hat) tell me I couldnt do that. I told her there were no carts at either entrance (it was obvious since many people were looking). She rudely told me a tone with an attitude that I had to get one outside like everybody else (this set me off). I responded hat was my intent before she stopped me. After going out to the parking lot and back in, my wife and I looked around and found SEVERAL carts full of merchandise waiting to be stocked or empty boxes from having just been stocked (I took pictures). Meanwhile, there were many people (including senior citizens) walking around looking for carts or baskets... I also left my comments with Bentonville...

The store was clean and the shelves were stocked well mostly. There was a fair variety of international food choices.

Good place to get everything you need there. They don’t have much electronics selection but definitely a place we’re you can get your day to day things.

Three stars because its Wal-Mart. But it is the nicest Walmart in the Greer/Taylors/Lyman area.

Walmart is always the worse place to shop for me, particularly this Walmart. Shelves are almost always bare during daytime & evening hours. They struggle in keeping inventory available. Their service could use improving as well. About the only personnel that acts like they actually care to work there is management.

Always great shopping at Walmarts across the country, but this one needs more cashiers. We waited in line for more than 10mins.

Service desk was closed...was told all employees schld for that location called out ..hard to believe that there wasnt one mgr in that store who could do a return...very very poor service, so unprofessional.

The lack of employee run checkout registers is a real problem at this store. Always only 1 or 2 registers open. You go the self checkout and theres 20 employees standing around 25 registers, whats the point, just have them run a register?

This walmart has a great selection and is very good for having items in the correct spots and have the correct prices marked. No confusion at all. Store associates are very knowledgeable and are eager to assist you with any questions you may have.

Visited for two items in sporting goods and automotive. Neither item was in stock. I came home and ordered the items on Amazon.

I ordered some tires 2 weeks ago. They were in stock, until I checked out. Then I got a notification that they were delayed. I have tried, on 3 different accounts to reach someone that knows what they are doing, to help me. Now, my order is missing. I dont have a refund. And, I didnt get to leave for Fl today, as planned. I am so disappointed and furious. Im glad I have a screen shot to prove my order. However, I dont get a chance to be off work long enough to get away like this. I am reaching out, on here, to see if someone can help me or direct me to someone that can.

Nearly all the registers are self checkout and no employees around to override alcohol or help with scanning issues. Prepare for a long wait, or do what I do and shop elsewhere.
