I ordered my groceries online. Had an hour delay to pick up but it was a large grocery order. They filled everything I ordered. Young man was nice and courteous that brought my groceries out to my vehicle.

They delivered my groceries. Driver was very courteous and professional. Im very Happy!

From refusing to shop Walmart for years. This was a very pleasant surprise. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Now if they would add cashiers, it would be a 5 star

I have no problem with Walmart but yesterday august the 3 about 10:30 I believe I can and the self check was on card only she said one is cash on down so I went down to find it and I saw this woman that works there she was very very rude to me my mom even heard her on the phone but all I ask is there any with cash and she goanna say we close don’t u see the closed sign thing and I was like yea I was just asking is there another but she got very very rude to me I didn’t do nothing to her but only ask a simple question and she couldn’t even do her job!! But other than that I was good

If only there was a Walmart in NYC.I love the set up, I love the environment and I love the deals that they have.

Without a doubt, this is the worst Walmart within 150 miles. Product selection is terrible with only low or no stock options to choose from. If you do happen to find something to put in your cart and go to checkout youll find only self checkout (only half of these are on or operational and typically only one will accept cash) and maybe one teller lane open (usually the tobacco lane which will have a line backed up to electronics) out of the multitude of checkouts that spans from one entrance to the other. And to top it off, the customer service recieved from the employee staff is deplorable at best. They are lazy, rude, and borderline incompetent.

Walmart in Grenada is a great place to shop. I mean they have everything

Staff was friendly and store was cleaned and well stocked. But I waited in line FOREVER just for self checkout. Would have used traditional but there was ONE open for the entire superstore....during the 4-7pm rush??? Also, got done ringing myself (about 80 dollars worth of groceries) only to find that the store was ENTIRELY out of bags??? Someone found one box for ALL registers to share but I was already finished ringing up and there were maybe 15 people in line behind me.

I love Walmart! My grown children and I used to come here when it was opened 24hrs. I’m a crafter and I always visit the craft section. I wish that section was larger and had many more choices in store. It relaxes me to go to Walmart, not just this one, just to go to Walmart.

Shopping was good able to get my groceries and check out in reasonable time

What happened! I use to pay like $2.98 for dozen donuts few years ago. I paid 5.98 for 6 donuts. Sorry you dont have RIP everyone off on every single item Wal Mart. Its flour maybe eggs and water or milk. Little icing. You have caught up to specialty donut shops. Congratulations. Those of you who knew wal mart and Sams before Sam Walton died, you guys feel my pain. His prices and they way he treated customers showed he cares. Todays Wal Mart is as far from those days as it possibly can be.

I have wanted a pressure cooker at Walmart prices i was able to get it.

Too much drama!! They need security. Too many people yelling and fighting. Police came yesterday to break up a fight in customer service. Low on stock too. One item I wanted to purchase was not marked correctly but the person who could correct it wasn’t at work. I’d rather go to the Pantry Basket and pay more to have a calm environment.

I went there for 3 items and two were out of stock, definitely not one of the nicer Walmarts either.

The store was out of s lot of dog/pet foods and paper goods like tissue. Now I will have to go elsewhere to get my dogfood

Bakery personnel was amazing helping decorate my sons 1st birthday cake.

Awful only one cashier to check out their costumers and we are the ones that pay them the salary they get each week. If I want to self check out I will shop on line. Multi million dollar company and to cheap to hire cashiers. Sam Walton would never do this today. What ever happened to costumers first. If there was another store like k mart here in grenada ms I would go there. I am so sick of Walmart.

Went to check out and the checker stopped to put bags on the check out. There was already bags there. The guy in front of me was in a scooter. We had to wait while she put the whole dang box on the check out. Took her forever. Unbelievable!!

The lines were line but fast and they had everyting I wanted.

The photo center has the fastest loading machine Ive ever seen. It loaded my 850 pictures in a matter of seconds.

Almost all the self check outs are debit. I carry cash and thank God had money on debt cards. Also they were out of a lot of the noodles my kids like. Store was clean. Upset they took the price checker out that is crazy.

My wife and I went into the store on a Saturday night around 8:30. We both had shopping carts and went separate ways as we both had items to get. When we finally finished up, we went to the registers and not a single one was open. We generally cant get out of Wal-Mart for under $250 once or twice a week. We are a family of 7. So I am certain we had around $250 worth of items. After walking through the store, and both of us recounting the numerous employees standing around talking, laughing and watching videos on their phones, we were not about to self check out 2 carts full of items. We asked one of the yellow shirts who was apparently being relieved and she said, all registers close after 9pm except self check out. And she just kept walking by us as if nothing else we asked or said mattered.So..... Im not sure who put the stuff we left back where they belonged but we left our carts right next to the registers. We will travel an additional 10 minutes from our house to go to Kroger in Starkville rather than Wal-Mart in Grenada and our Eupora stores for anything else we need and gladly pay more and support local. Good job Wal-Mart!

Poorly stocked. Over worked and stressed employees. Its evident the Walmart customer service ideals have fallen by the way. And not just in this store. I have found all through my travels it is apparent Sam Waltons dream is dead.

I love this store but except the fact that everyone got they stimulus checks and taxes and going in there to buy everything and they dont even have iphones in stock now and they have some good service and the people that work there are nice and kind.

If there are going to be no checkers at least have enough cash on hand so the self check will take cash. Walmart is now an emergency only store for me.

Its Walmart, always room for improvement. However, much better then PreCovid and thats just a coincidence. Over all, Walmart 8s my Go- To place, always.

Great place to get what you need

The greeter was a wonderful lady. She went out of her way to find a scooter for me. No one has ever helped me locate 1 before Walmart should be more friendly towards disabled, handicap people to assist and have charged scooters ready. I asked for help loading all my items into my car. It was parked right outside the door. I was told to go outside thats where the guys were that could help me. They were way over on the other side. Another lady that that was finished shopping loaded all my bags for me. It was a frustrating shopping experience. The employees seem to hide instead of work. There was not 1 employee to help anyone in any department.

Need to hire more cashiers to help check out so customers dont have to stand in line for an hour, some customers are disabled and cant stand that long, add more self checkout registers, and have them ready to take cash, checks, or cards, even EBT cards. Have more of the Riding Buggies for the disabled and handicap and hire someone for the position of making sure they are charged up all the time. Never can find one, or there never charged. Have more items in stock or have them put out on the shelves like there suppose to be.

01/07/2021 - A lot of food has disappeared from the shelves. Dont know if its due to the possibility of snow on Monday, the election or both. All the guns and ammo is also gone. Stay safe and look out for one another.

They are always out of a lot of items that I make a trip to buy.

One of the worst Walmart’s ever. Employees are slow and just sit and talk to each other rather than keep the line moving. Plus almost everything in the grocery section is out of date and they don’t ever clean the produce shelves so there is a nasty slime everywhere.

Nothing spectacular. A normal walmart. Well stocked and clean.

Need more registers open that will accept cash.

All of the shelves were empty and not but 2 guys were stocking in groceries but they were not in a hurry older gentlemen and they were pulling carts loaded up with stuff an its just sad that they cant get help !

Not too good. Nothing on the shelves anywhere in the store to decontaminate or help fight covid virus. Same for every Walmart. Who is responsible for keeping those shelves stocked?

Pleasant experience as I visited this store for the first time. Very helpful employees especially in the garden center. Nice store right off the interstate.

Certain shelves are bare. Only Walmart in the area and they service several counties so they really need to up their stock.

My service dog was clearly wearing his vest and id tags. When I was stopped at the entrance and asked to show my proof?! When I produced my military is cards I was told my mask was a. Temp mask and if I had worn it other places other than here I should change. This heavy set woman with the glasses and long hair telling me 1 excuse after another on why I couldnt enter the Wal-Mart I had gotten off interstate 55 north to shop at should re educate this female how to treat people with both handicaps that are visible and invisible. I retired after 29 yrs in the military fighting for our freedom only to be denied entry to shop.and pick up medication sent to this Wal-Mart. After 95 minutes of transferring my prescription to CVS Im on my way home to tenn.

So they don’t sell Blue Lives Matter Flags because it’s a racist Flag ??Time to shop somewhere else.

I have been using the Walmart pickup since they began and this was my reason for tonight. Between the hours of 6-7 and 7-8 is the absolute worst time to try and pickup. There is always only one person working for bringing items out, the orders have been 50 percent not ready and because there is no one working you cant just call the number to even cancel the order. The employee is always nice and very apologetic but they should not be put in that position. This is a very good service but the times people choose are for a reason and we want the convenience as well. I hate getting off work at 7 and my order is ready or hasnt been pulled and I have to wait 45 plus minutes to get it or either have to come back on my day off. Just consider staffing all times and not just during the day othercthan that they would have gotten 5 stars because the employees wear their mask and are very respectful.
