Overall a clean and enjoyable shopping experience.This store was easy to find. There is ample parking and even electric car charging available. It would be hard to access with a wheelchair, however, as the sidewalk has a significant rise and there were not any convenient access points. The store was clean and well lit, staff were kinda and helpful, and the shelves were well stocked. Aisles were somewhat small but well organized. Checking out was a bit of a wait, as only one cashier was available. Overall good.

Went in for a webcam. (Todays Coronavirus modified paradigm for most medical attention seems to be virtual personal consultation rather than in-office visits.) An associate noticed I was searching in the wrong area (photo and imaging rather than computer peripherals), and recommended an item they had personal experience with. Good enough for us! Happy to be on our way quickly to complete the days adventures.

I had to bring my computer in for an upgrade and these folks here at the Gresham store took wonderful care of me and my system. Daniel went above and beyond with my quest to get an upgraded graphics card Gage was excellent with phone calls and updates and Mona tolerated my warped sense of humor. I used to be a Fry’s customer. Now I’m all about the Geek Squad. Thank you. A+ service!

When you go to Best buy you do not know what kind of service to expect it seems like its never the same, but this time regarding the salesperson it was excellent I asked her if she could teach me a class on all the new things related to buying a brand new TV as I explained to her P2 Vizio TVs I have which are now about 13 years old and I had purchased them when they took them off the shelf to replace them with newer models have very reliable I never had a reason for any repair, but I did know a lot advancements in technology has changed. In my mind I kind of thought that she would rush me through everything so quickly I would walk out of the store not knowing much of what she had said, I was completely wrong and completely surprised, she took her time not once rushing and I left there with quite a bit of new knowledge.She was so nice and help me with a couple other items ensuring that I received a discount on an item that was not marked correctly and again with a great attitude for once leaving Best buy I was totally happy if there was an issue which most of time I find people upset is when you go to purchase your item there is always a long line which is not clearly defined and it really takes way too long to complete your purchase, though you see a number of staff members more or less just talking with each other, but on this trip the person that helped me I believe those also a supervisor she helped me all the way through the process, we werent cutting in front of anyone but she was very quick a and finishing my purchase.Sure wish I could recall her name bad on my part because I definitely would have mentioned her in here, I will be going back very soon and I will see if I can locate her and will let her support a fantastic service I received

Good area best buy will always be the place I go for my technology they never disappoint me(knock on wood) and they offer great protection plans and their technology is very well monitored and good quality! However the sacks are a but pricy seems like a movie rental place on their snack prices. But there is that as well.

Had an issue with my printer, thankfully I had a Geek Squad WARRANTY that i purchased along with it. Based off the error code all they could do was replace the product. Apparently it was on sale when I got it, but they gave me in store credit for its current price which was about $20 more! So I can get a new printer without a worry! They really surprised me with how great they were especially because it was such a hassle just to get the appointment in the first place lol. I would recommend Best buy I would also recommend Geek Squad!

When I made an appointment with the geek squad, I was unsure as to how they would help me, but I am glad I had no preconceived notions on it, because Mona Ramchand was the most caring, nonjudgmental technician I could ever hope to have. She made sure I understood how to do what I needed to do, for wireless communications from any corner of the nation we wish to travel. Thank you, today, Mona- you made me cry happy tears with the help you rendered- I was connected with an actual person willing to take the time to help me. After the last 2 years of chaos, it was a fresh sense of moving back to what I knew as normal. You made the grandmothers day, thanks :)

Paid 400 bucks for a faulty phone. At first I thought I just didnt have it set up correctly,but after being on the phone with my carrier,and going over every possible solution for 45 minutes,the tech person on the line came to the conclusion that it was the phone. This was at the end of day 14,and the store had just closed. Purchased the exact model phone from the carrier and it worked flawlessly right out of the box. Unfortunately,Best buy only allows 14 days to return. Im an old guy,and not very tech savvy,so I had no idea it was the phone that was messed up. Bottom line,Im out 400 bucks on a new faulty phone. Missed it by 1 damn day!

Ive loved this place ever since it opened. Everything from the beef noodle soup to the lamb and marrow dumplings (that Ive not seen anywhere else), its all good. When the auntie who runs the place retires, it will be a tremendous loss - lucky for me shes a strong, sturdy woman who seems to love her shop.

Dishwasher delivery and installation was stellar! I’ve had several appliances delivered and installed and the dishwasher team was exceptionally awesome. Best Buy Gresham is a good choice if one needs to replace a dishwasher!

I was inquiring about a new laptop with the latest version of windows to stream my videos. The staff was very knowledgeable about how the software could assist in the development and implementation of the process. The sales associates were very helpful in addressing the amount of RAMS I would need to publish and stream my contents. Overall this was a pleasant and informative experience. I would recommend this business for those who are interested in understanding how the software changes and integration process can work effectively for you long term.

Gentleman in the gaming section knows his stuff! Him and the guy at the front desk were both awesome very informative. My son used his protection plan on a headset he got from here two years ago, it was a super easy process. My son got home with the new one only to discover it wasnt compatible with the Xbox so we had to go back again last night and exchange it out. I was very impressed with the service and attention my son was given when trying to find a specific headset. My son ended up with one the guy recommended based on what my son was looking for. It was cheaper too and he oves it.

Made an appointment to have an iPhone repaired—a repair for a touch screen malfunction that is covered by an Apple recall and repair program. Was clear that this was the issue when we made the appointment. Customer Service would not look at the phone until it had been removed from iCloud. Great, did that - and lost all of the photos and other data on iCloud. Only after that did they say that they would not repair the touch screen because, and I quote, “we don’t know what else is wrong with the phone.” There was nothing else wrong with the phone so there was no reason to refuse to fix it. They then offered to fix it for $500 — even though it was under an Apple recall and repair program and should have been fixed for free. And all of this took almost two hours. So, two hours later, we lost a ton of data, didn’t get the phone fix, and they tried to scam us. Great. Thanks BestBuy.

Was greeted by Cody in the electronics section were he was very helpful and understood we were trying to be discrete so the little one didnt realize we were buying for her, for her birthday. He explained our options and recommended one based on our needs and did not try to talk us into something more expensive than what we needed.

I have spent about an hour waiting for someone to sell me unlocked phone, and I was told to wait for an associate and an hour later I was told they been looking for me but didn’t see me... I’m here by the Cell Phones!!!! Still waiting, I think Prime shipping is faster than people who work here

Typical of my experiences with Best Buy...If I could give it no stars I would. I was on hold for 47 minutes, to confirm they had the product the website said they did.Got to the store, couldnt find the item. 52 minutes later I finally found someone who works there, to be told um, I dont know lady, did you look around? ...17minutes later, the supervisor on shift (I think she was like 12) said the website? Yeah we dont have one. I said one what? The item? She responded no website... I just walked out...

Store was easy to find, and well stocked with most things. Organization of items was completely off though. Went in looking for a wireless network adapter for a computer, and started off near computers and accessories. The adapter I was looking for was in its own special section closer to cell phones. Would be nice if the isles had some sort of name display. I didnt expect to find wifi devices near camera equipment.

Went to buy laptop internal hard drive, salesperson showed me solid state deuces and external drives, saying that these were the only ones available. I thought that this was strange but Ive been out of the market for a while. Later talking to a sales person in the video department, he found what I wanted (out of stock, but could be ordered) and he ordered it to be delivered in 2 days. Im not sure why the computer department sales person could not have done this. Needless to say, I was not impressed with their computer salesperson. But I did get what I went to buy.

Best Buy Gresham you have quite a gem of an operations manager by the name of Matt B. I doubt I have had better customer service in the past 10 years. Matt was absolutely thorough with my purchase of a backup camera and remote starts for our vehicles. I made eye contact with him as he was leaving the store for lunch and he didnt hesitate to pause his departure to help me with my second request on a different day. Both transactions/interactions I had with him were professional and accurate. Bravo Matt! Its obvious why you are in the position you are in at Best Buy. They are fortunate to have such a stellar team member.

SERVICE WAS SLOW and not competent. Bought a computer and phone and were there for over 2 hours. We went to return the items and the same thing happened and they could not return the computer because of how they set it up. So frustrating! Will try again today but will need a tranquilizer to get through it without having a nervous breakdown.

Purchased a GE washer & dryer that has reversible doors. Wanted the doors reversed, and a left side exhaust on the dryer which should have been done at the warehouse. It shows up, and doors are not switched, and no left side exhaust, and delivery crew cannot do it. I refused delivery and was now advised by Best Buy they cannot change dryer exhaust, I said hell with it and will do myself, no issue with warranty. Wait 5 days, the pair shows up again, doors still not switched. Then Best Buy calls to see how things are, and now tell me they can switch the dryer exhaust, but now I have to wait weeks. Nobody knows what the other are doing. Then they change the tech guys arrival, 1st notice they were going to be here 0700-1200 hrs which they provide 3 days in advance, and then at 1000am, then send an e-mail saying they will show up at 1200-2000 hrs

Went in today to buy a headset and a VR set and had some help from a knowledgeable assoiciate in the computer area named Omar it was a good experience and I felt like he knew what he was talking about. He forgot to remove the spider wrap from the headset (no big deal) but honestly the woman up front didnt even ask for my reciept and just unlocked it so I guess it doesnt matter anyways. Was still a good experience regardless 5 stars from me.

Wow! Curbside pickup was lightning fast here. Ordered on the app and it was ready for pickup in 3 minutes. I arrived and someone met me at my car before I could even pull up the app to let them know I was there. A couple minutes later I was on my way. Amazing!

It finally rings so long someone in a different time zone answers and tries to direct me. Nothing! Despite the long line due to Covid, the staff was very helpful and quick to get people the help the need.
