Okay this Miachels has some weird vibes. I went in and saw the manager bag check one of her young female employees when the girl was getting off her shift. She mustve only been in high school. Why do you bag check your employees? Treat them better! Theyre likely not the ones stealing! No teenager should be treated like this; you are giving them anxiety and making them think they are doing something wrong when they are working for you and helping out.

Always a good selection, well organized and clean.

The sales associate/cashier was very nice and provided excellent customer service.We walked in around closing time, just 2 minutes to shop and she was friendly and didnt make us leave nor mention it.We are very pleased with our shopping experience.

I was hoping to find my copic marker refills in the store but no luck. Otherwise the store is nice and the staff seemed friendly and helpful.

This store has gotten a lot better in the last few months. Before it was always dirty, shelves never stocked, and dark inside. I know they had a serious leak in one point and it looks as if they got that fixed and the area where it was looking much better last time i was in there. Unfortunately their paint area has very little on the shelf and i couldint find anything I needed. Their beads and stones section has gotten better with more to choose from and their prices are pretty reasonable. I must say their customer service they have down i have always had a great experience with those who work there.

This is the best Michaels store in case you were wondering. The one on airport way comes in second only because the traffic in the area is horrendous.

This store has the most diverse and complete selection of crafts in Oregon. I always find what i am looking for here.

Their prime rib take out dinner us good..chicken fried steak was good,Biscuits are great, but gravy was very bland.

Michaels as a whole is great 5 stars, but this particular one in Gresham is super small and has a very limited selection of beads and findings

Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get something framed. I have personally loved Michaels since I was a kid and Im glad theyre still around. Even though theyve lost some coupons during the pandemic I still enjoy going on occasion to get some creative energy rolling. Thanks Michaels team!

Didnt have what I was looking for, magnetic hooks, but one of the associates walked me to where I would find what they had and when it wasnt what I was looking for gave me directions to where I might find them at a different store.

Horrible customer service and hardly anything in stock. Cant find an associate to ask anything on the sales floor. My grandmother has medical problems and needed to use the restroom urgently. Flat out refused even after explaining that it was an emergency. I will not be back

The selection for crafting has gone down, there seems to be a lot more ready to make crafting kits than actual crafting requirements. Would definitely like to see more minature landscaping materials, sealants and resin casting materials.

The frame shop helped me alot! Had photos from my vacation and needed frames. They were very helpful!

When youre picking up an order from Michaels be sure to go in and get it. Even though it says they will bring it out to you. Otherwise you may sit there in your car forever like I almost did. Stay safe! Very helpful customer service! Will be sad if we see our craft stores shut down. :(

This used to be my go-to craft store, but the last several times Ive been there have not been good. The store seems to often be crowded with boxes, especially in the yarn and embroidery sections. The check stands tend to be crowded and slow, with rarely any more than two checkers.Ive noticed a lot more issues using coupons. There are more restrictions than what coupons say and it makes them pretty much useless.Ive also had several interactions with cashiers that were rude and unprofessional.I avoid going here.

What can i say. In a world of amazon and other quick fix mass produced products, the old world art of making things is going the way of corded phones and cassette tapes. They have everything you need for your craft needs.

This store is generally well stocked. It has become a bit less so recently because of the pandemic, but I believe that to be true of most retail stores right now. The majority of the staff are friendly, but your mileage will vary if you want something that will require a ladder. Ive been flat told an item wasnt available because the employee didnt want to get the ladder. So I went online and ordered the item for pick-up and came back a few hours later to get it.

I cannot express enough, my happiness with Heather in the framing department at Michaels. She is patient and helpful, as I do not have a natural eye for framing. The end result is always amazing. I highly recommend her for any framing needs.

Love this store, I could be in there allll day but then I would be broke.

I came into to the store and saw that most of there items are 50% and got a few items That were 50% off and when I went up to the register to purchase the items they were rung up full price and when I mentioned that this is supposed to be 50% off I was told they are everyday items and will not be 50% off. I am very upset about this because they shouldn’t have those signs put up if they won’t be honoring them that is considered false advertisement I will not be coming back here again! I even had my sister on her way to the store because I told her she can purchase things here for her wedding because it’s on sale only to call her and tell her they were false advertisements!

Store messier than most, cashier super nice, but no other staff around. And as we were leaving a staff got into her car clearly parked in a first door spot, not an employee far spot.

Well space and had arrows in all directions. Every one kept their distance and the store had a good stock of selection with fall themes already on shelves.

Im not a craft person but this is one craft store I enjoy. They offer a big variety of items from art supplies to decorations to scale models. The prices are usually reasonable and staff are helpful. I recommend this as the first stop for art projects, kids school projects, picture framing, and the like.

Every time that I go shopping at Michaels I have a wonderful experience especially the customer service theyre attentive they know their products and they are very patient if you dont really know what youre looking for theyll take time out to explain that to you over all nice experience

The store is not open, which is understandable. However, their curbside pickup is a JOKE. The signage on the door and the verbiage online basically says place your order and call when youre outside, well bring the order right out! WRONG. I placed a 2-item order in the parking lot. They couldnt find our order for 35 minutes, then when they finally found it, the incompetent manager told us it make take 2 hours to grab 2 items, even though weve been waiting. She told us there were 27 orders in front of ours. Oddly, there were no other cars waiting in the parking lot. We asked for our order (WHICH WED ALREADY PAID FOR) to be cancelled and refunded, to which she replied Ill try. Will never shop at Michaels again, Amazon it is. Hope youre able to stay in business.

The Gresham Michaels is THE WORST!!! Dirty and severely under stocked. Dont bother.

Too many products clustering the island impinging my ability to maneuver my wheelchair through the store. Should have an electric button for easier entry and exiting of the building. Please think of people in wheelchairs when planning buildings. Disability IS diversity.

Kind of cluttered, my boyfriend & I walked entire length of store looking for a specific item, but we couldnt finf it, after coming here with expressed intention of getting item. Not one store employee approached us, to ask if we needed help, obviously we did. We never found item, but another customer overheard us searching & told us what store we could get everything we need. The store is absolutely crammed with all manner of things craftableLOL, so much on shelves. The prices tend to run on the high side, but several shelves & back wall area feature clearance items.

I went shopping at Michael’s in 1/15/20 and my review is specifically about their bathroom. It’s for customers and staff. I entered and it resembled a nasty old highway gas station bathroom. I’ve been to gas station bathrooms cleaner than this. The toilet was DISGUSTING and the toilet brush was nestled awkwardly behind the toilet and the wall (not in a brush holder) and it was literally covered in chunks and flecks of poop. The paper towels were out, the sink was leaky and gross. I felt so bad for the little boy that needed to use the bathroom after me knowing he would be much closer to the horrors. I can’t believe the staff use that bathroom daily and leave it that way. There is literally a Dollar Tree next door where they can get a new toilet brush and holder. I’m so grossed out that I can’t return.

Awesome Store they have been having lots of coupons and amazing deals this year. Coupons like 25% off including sale items. Which is unheard of at Joanns fabric store or any craft store. And 70% of and 60% sales so I have been spending a lot of time at Michaels and buying not only craft supplies but also storage containers. They have been having great deals like buy 1 get 2 free.
