This summer my business macbook air laptop took a swim.I called around to 8 different businesses who said they either couldnt get my data, would charge hundreds of dollars, or it would take 2 weeks to get in.iParts and Phone Repairs were able to see me immediately and get all of my data at an affordable price. This was such a relief since I had to purchase a new laptop. I would highly recommend them!

I had what I thought was a great experience here, they replaced the screen on my iPhone XR in March. It was working great until the other day when I screen just stopped working. I have a family member who fixes computers and phones (they would have done it originally but were out of town at the time I needed it done) I took my phone to them and they discovered 6 screws were missing and none of the seals were done correctly. These aren’t things you can see, but to someone who knows what they’re doing it’s clear they did a rushed job. Unfortunately, wouldn’t recommend.

Ive gotten multiple iPhones repaired here and the service is always great! They are fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Ive gotten two battery replacements and a screen replacement and havent had any complaints! Even when I had an issue with my front camera after the screen repair, they fixed it free of charge the following day. Ill continue to go here whenever I need electronic repairs!

Had them replace an old HDD with a new SSD on my older desktop then migrate the Windows 10 to the new SSD. They did great work at a reasonable price with a quick turnaround. Very satisfied.

I have been looking for a screwdriver to repair my Garmin watch that does my steps. I have been to many stores for the last 10 days. Have not found one I Googled the area and found iparts and phone repair on Division. I went into the store and Jud was working there he had a little screwdriver and was able to just give it to me to remove my battery and put a new battery in my Garmin thank you very much what a nice man I appreciate his help and he was very kind. This place is great. They had everything in stock and replaced my screen and battery over a lunch break. Also cleaned the charging port and repaired a piece of the body that got bent. Phones good as new again.

Their service was great, dropped off and said it would take 1 to 2 hours which is fine. Came back after 1 hour and said it should be only another 20 minutes so I waited. I actually ended up waiting 2 hours total. Had they simply mentioned a more realistic time I would have been fine, I could have come back. Nope! Sat there waiting. Just tell us a realistic time of completion.

Kurt was very helpful and professional. We thought I needed a new screen and it turned out to be a software problem. He told me he would call when they finished. By time I returned home the job was done. Also, he followed through on the refund for the screen. I was very impressed by the service.

Scam.Brought in IPhone and Xbox for repair. They were supposed to call with quote before the Xbox was repaired and they didn’t.iPhone had cracked screen and worked fine. Repaired screen and now speaker and mic don’t work. They want $175 to fix it.Awfully convenient. Manager was rude and over talked. Pretty clearly bait and switch.

Took my old LG-M327 in for a new battery, they took care of it that day. When I picked it up, the microphone didnt work. I took it back, they fixed it free of charge same day. I will give these guys my business every time going forward.

Amazing service. I brought in my phone after it started acting weird; turning off randomly, losing cell reception, camera stopped working and no external sound. Ipad was soaking wet at 5 pm, I called and they said to bring it in asap. They told me how much it would cost for attempt and for the repair. When I brought it in they started fixing it immediately, texted several times with their progress, and had it up and running in less time than they had anticipated.

Try to get a quote on an old Apple product I’d like to fix. Was told it be cheaper to find it on eBay. I’ve looked on eBay it’s not cheaper. If I could find a replacement cheaper I would’ve bought one. I wanted to get this repaired. Clearly they don’t want business. So don’t bother calling. You’re just wasting your time.

Thank goodness for this place. My PS4 broke with a very common issue and was fixed the same day no problem. Fast forward a few months down the road when I experienced the same problem, I brought it in and it was taken care of under their warranty for the first repair! I was relieved. She is so amazing and although we are still trying to get my phone fixed, she couldn’t be more helpful to me and I’m so thankful that she has helped me because I got no help from the other location. She’s helping me over the internet in another state ( I’m in California) and I’ve had better customer service from her than I have ever had anywhere else. I couldn’t even get this much help when I went into the store in my town and the guy working there was face to face with me so I really appreciate her and how quickly she gets back to me when I have questions.

Dropped in for first time to have them put protective plate on screen, fully expecting to pay something. Instead Kyle took the time to compare the glass screen I brought in to a rubber one, explaining and demonstrating the benefits of the rubber one. I eventually decided to stay with the one I already had and Kyle cleaned my screen and install my screen. I told him I intended to upgrade and he took the time to provide me a really good explanation of my options. While I didn’t spend any money there today, I will definitely be referring others and using them when I can - great customer service and knowledge!!

Been in here twice. Super nice and helpful. First time looked over my phone and spent a lot of time and ended up telling me I didn’t need to buy anything. Very trustworthy, honest and knowledgeable.

I’ll spare you the details of what I went through with Apple and their authorized dealers because all you need to know is that I was losing hope. After chatting with these guys and explaining my situation with my laptop and explaining that Apple had refused to work on my computer to simply fix a battery, they reassured me that it was something that they could do at a reasonable price. Other locations were charging me 600+ dollars and were unwilling to only change the battery (was told that battery had to be changed with 2 other parts) but these guys were willing to only change my battery for 200. All right in time for me to start classes and not have to buy a new laptop. Such a great business and really great staff. Definitely recommend!

I was told by APPLE reps I had to replace my logic board hardware because my less than two year old mac wasent launching, booting up! Ive never used this business for my phone but i do use this as my Wish pick up site and the guys here are always super friendly, and easy to talk to. I had an issue with a wish item (not their fault) and when i came back to fix it they were wonderful. No argueing or accusing, they just fixed and I had a good day. I will be using this place if my phone ever does get an issue, and Ive been thinking about replacing my screen protector. Either way i recommend this place for whatever your needs are.

I had my phone that was broken the screen would not respond at all and I couldnt get any help from Verizon to find out where my photos were backed up to since the phone was malfunctioning and I had recently lost my dog who is everything to me she was my daughter in my eyes and I had a house fire and lost everything so that phone held the only pictures I had left of her and I had went two Batteries Plus and they told me they wouldnt even attempt to work on it wouldnt be worth it even though I asked them please and explain the situation they were heartless no attempts at all the only thing that was great is that they handed me a card for iparts and phone repair and when I went there I met Kyle the owner I didnt even really have to explain much when I said everything about my dog and my emotion with the house fire she immediately plugged my phone in and started trying to work and see what he could do I could see he was extremely talented he knew exactly what he was doing Not only was he a very caring and thoughtful person he was very educated I couldnt see anything on the screen he could after two and a half hours of his time knowing I did not have money he got my pictures finally transferred when I went through so many people it took him less than 3 hours and I highly recommend this place I would never take my phone laptop equipment to any place else and I will make sure I do pay him for his time he is somebody that was an angel for me and the place not only was he great it was clean it was professional and I hope people who read this will go nowhere else but here I promise you will be extremely satisfied with the service thank you. I havent gotten my phone back yet, but unlike some places you may go, I didnt feel like I was taking a huge risk here.Edit: so my phone was having problems charging (my fault, I used a bad cable to charge my phone). He soldered it and I got it back really quickly, which fixed the issue temporary. He ordered a part and in total it was like 60 bucks or so, but the temp solution worked for a couple months and so I never brought it back in to get fully repaired (life gets busy). Cut to a couple days ago, and I popped in because the temporary solution had run its temporary course. He still had the part on hand that he ordered for me and had my phone fixed within an hour of my showing up unannounced. Now my phone charger port feels like new. Awesome service and everything. 5/5 a second time!Kyle is really a nice guy too. Always smiling, always something nice or interesting to say.

These guys saved my hide. I had a heavily water damaged iPhone filled with important data that no other repair shop would touch due to silly Apple policies and the like. Overnight, Kyle brought it back to life enough to easily access the data. I believe that was the name of the man who assisted me there. Considering how much he saved me, the price was beyond reasonable. Hats off to this place!

I use an older desktop for a media server. Lately it was showing signs of its age and had things growing out of it. I took it into the shop on Division and had them take a look at it. Turns out the things were not living creatures, only dust. After a good cleaning and tune up it is running great.The guys there know their stuff and are very pleasant. Had the unthinkable happened broke my phone simultaneously as it signed out of encrypted Authenticator’s, leaving the touch screen completely unresponsive and David was polite and quick to help me out, Put a new screen on my phone and I was able to access and restore everything I lost including all of my contacts I thought were gone in under 30 minutes I was back in business and forever thankful for these guys. If you have any electronic repair needs including but not limited to phones (tablets, consoles, laptop screens) this will be the way to go and will continue to be the direction I send people in need of repairs. Took our iPhone in that was having charging problems and asked to have the charging port replaced, they looked at the port and said it just needed cleaning. 5 minutes later we were on our way with our phone fixed for $ 20 instead of $70 !Excellent customer service, I won’t go anywhere else. Kyle is the shop owner, and does whatever it takes to give people the best service possible. He goes in early if needed, he stays late if needed, and has often gone into the shop on his one day off just to provide great service. Hes great with people, and will tell you exactly what your electronic NEEDS to be fixed, not what is going to make him the most money. Very fair, and straight forward. We live in Salem, and even with this shop being in Gresham we still take all of our electronics to be fixed by Kyle.

Fixed my iPhone XS quickly and professionally. My camera didn’t work but due to the severe damage I didn’t tell them. They still stood by their work and replaced it at cost for not noticing. Even tho it was my fault. They were also not happy with the screen they replaced so they put another one on at no charge. I couldn’t believe the phone could be fixed so I’m happy!
