The guy at the front (didn’t grab his name) got me checked in super fast and was very welcoming. Samuel helped me the rest of the way and was just fantastic. Super kind and went over my options with me to make sure I got the best deal. Made the whole thing quick and easy for me!

Samuel was able to help out us with switching accounts. What I thought was going to be a long process was super easy and took no more than 10 min. Reminded us to enroll in autopay to save . He was helpful and listened to us, did what needed to be done. Definitely a more positive different experience compared to other stores.

Some staffs were nice and friendly, but a Xfinity Internet staff was rude and did not explain a internet plan. As I declined a renew, he just left. Xfinity is not interested in educating employees.

I always have a great experience at this store. Never much of a wait time if any. You can even set everything up over the phone or online before you go in which makes for a swift easy pick up. Friendly helpful professional staff. I highly recommend this store for all your Xfinity needs.

Actually had a quick easy visit with the store, but I have to return everything tomorrow for its burning up All on its own, dont we just love referbished electronics, its gonna happen at some point, I just got the lucky one. Store was clean, and I was entertained by a cute little girl, playing hide n seek. With her dad. I was in then out in record time and no trying to get me for more than I was there for, and you gotta love that. So B+ Comcast .I actually didnt have to go back to that store, I was given a appointment to have a technician come to me and I received top of the line gear plus install, and I am on the essentials plan so wow, I am impressed A+ now thats customer service!

I turned in old equipment and got new equipment today. The manager helped me and he was do helpful! I believe his name is Nolan, he made sure everything in my account was squared away before I left. This location is nice and the staff are nice. I recommend going here. There is a little bit of a wait but you get the support.

Traded out internet box and it don’t work person at other end of the phone sounded like he was driving with the window down and had the heaviest accent I couldn’t understand a word he said. Person wouldn’t transfer me and kept saying best I can do is send a technician out 3 day’s from now. Store I went to had great customer service.

It was ok. The staff was friendly but impersonal. They helped but didnt go out of their way to be kind. I wasnt impressed. They werent unkind and they knew what they were doing so u didnt give them a bad review. Next time, though, I think I will go to the Eastport store and check them out.

Turned in old equipment for new, found a case and screen protector to price out and had my phone diagnosed, all in 30 minutes! Nate was a great help and handled everything professionally. Great experience and great service 👍

The Xfinity stores have been reduced to just a few. This is a beautiful place, they do take names for appointments, but since it was slow they added our names and helped us right away. Replaced our flaky old cable box and old remotes right then. They have a large amount of cell phones for sale too. The entrance is on the back side of the building,

I went in to discuss the reason why my Xfinity internet increased by 47% in one month.After a 20 minute wait, the associate checked my account, and told me that the two years were expired on a promotion.He said if I signed a new 2 year promotion, they would only raise my bill to $9 higher each month.I asked him if I switched providers, should I just return my equipment.His response was yep!He did try to keep a long time customer satisfied.I would have fired him on the spot.I am switching to another provider at less money.

Worst service ever lost my # had for 15 years then had a attitude when he knew he was wrong. Bad service every time and always pushing the “deal” they have. Way too many hours of stress to ever stop in this one. I have had to call customer service 10+ times now and still no help about to see another store pay the fees and cancel them

I wish that every customer experience was as pleasant as Tiffanys was, friendly, patient, informative. Us coming back was all because of her. She originally recommended to us that we switch to Verizon almost a year ago. We were just there to pay our internet bill. Her service was exceptional, please give her a promotion and a raise.

As a huge company interfacing with a massive number of customers, Comcast gets a ton of complaints. This was my third experience with our local store, and my experience here has been very different. Consistently, I have spoken with courteous, knowledgeable reps. During COVID, they are still providing prompt service with good social distancing. Much of the transaction has even been handled outdoors as weather permits. I left with my needs met all three times.

I was able to speak to the Comcast spokeswoman today and she was fantastic. I now finally understand the major outage of comcast services in my area and the fantasticamount of resyources comcast is putting on their major outage. The outage has been since last Friday so for 6 days no service. Thank you comcast for working so hard

The worst customer service in hereI came here to buy a black sum-sung X phoneThey took my account number from previous service which was T-mobile. However, they did not have the so I did not buy the phone.Since that time they took my number, and it has been 25 days I am coming here to get back my number. Sometimes they say they don’t have it. Sometimes they say they have it and they will fix it.They waisted my time and I couldn’t get that number. Sweet paprika! What a great store. I live in salem and...... So I was doing a job in Gresham and decided to swing by. Ang and her team knocked it out of the park. Short covid wait then we got everything I needed with a couple of extras. By far my best experience with xfinity yet. Ill make the trip again if needed!

This is based on horrible phone communications. Trying to get an actual human to talk to is next to impossible. A total of six hours spent trying to resolve a billing error that had supposedly been resolved twice before! Being charged for unused equipment that I have never even seen! Two agents hung up on me even though I was very pleasant to them despite the company error. I explained that I realize this is not their fault, but asked if they could please help me to resolve the issue. The first agent hung up in my face. The second agent seemed to be helping me but the call was disconnected. She had verified my phone number but never called back to complete our conversation. I was forced to go in person to get help. I will say that I was treated very nicely by the worker. She says that the problem is resolved and I wont be billed for the unused equipment that I dont have again. Of course I heard that last month and the month before that! Time will tell! So far, I am not impressed with Comcast!

Stopped by the xfinity store in gresham today to simply add a 4k wireless box. After getting the box from the back i was asked to accept a text and confirm the box being added. I didnt notice until i hit accept that they had checked the box for automatic payments and the box for paper statements. I told the guy helping me, that its dirty to do that to people and i dont want any of my setting changed. He said he didnt know what my settings on my account were. I said, exactly, i am only here for the box to be added and thats it. We shouldnt be talking about any of my settings. Everything with xfinity is complicated, which is why i dont have my cell service through them.

I went in hoping I could get help or fix the issue some how my bill was over $300 . They told me some BS answer that they charge you for a month ahead I have one tv and internet. And taxes and fees are over $60 ????? Anyways the worker tried to change me into another plan right away instead of trying to figure out what was wrong with my bill . I explained to him numerous of times that I couldn’t do the 300 as soon as I mentioned if I cant get help with this I would like to disconnect my service he right away said Okay let’s get you disconnected in such a rude way .

After attempting to get ahold of someone for 15 minutes I finally went through the automated system suggestions. I was told after I did that I would receive a call back by a live agent. I then got a callback from the automated system saying everything was okay and asked if I wanted to speak with an agent still. I said yes and it hung up. An hour later no call back. So I get online to live chat where they suggested I schedule a call with an agent. Only once I put in my information it gave me an error message and that they cant call.I am not getting speeds we pay for and bills seem to randomly jump up despite worst internet speeds. They offer to make it right by giving premium channel trials for 3 months but dont fix the actual issue. If possible I would give a 0 star rating. Xfinity customer service is absolutely trash.

The staff there is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is bright and clean with plenty of room to sit while waiting. You are personally greeted at the door and placed on a list if a service representative isnt immediately available to help you. Weve changed over all our services including our cell phones.

I went in needing some help transferring my internet service to my new apartment. My partner and I were greeted with smiles upon entering the shop. Almost immediately we were engaged by Jorge who helped us with our service transfer. He also gave us a step by step rundown of how to complete our set up at the new location. Our experience was awesome and it was solely because Jorge was fantastic. 11/10 will always ask for him when we go back

Nice and clean, modern look with friendly service. Went in there to drop off some old equipment (cable box, since cutting the cord is the way to go for anyone who pays for video content... cheaper, more content, less irritating commercials, like a limitless DVR that you dont have to manage, easy to find content, and yes you can get live sports and lots of free quality content). It took maybe 3 minutes total in and out with equipment return receipt in hand.

Dont go with this company!! They will rip you off!!! I paid for a six month pkg contract for 164.00 The first month was correct. Each and every month after, they would inch up the price in hopes we wouldnt notice. I called them. They would give us the right price again. FOR ONE MONTH!! And inch it up again!! Most the time I paid over$200 per month!! The only good thing going for them is their voice activated remote. Even THAT isnt worth $200 a month!!!!

No where else with any type of company do they blot give you the most they can after years of loyal service.They are backwards.110 for 75mbps and 10 channels..the nerve!!And customer service over the phone is non existant. They only want to text if u ask for cs.So I asked for cancellation dept and got the call ctr in Latin America.Heavy accent to the point I had to ask him repeat everything. Told me couldnt honor rates.Same rates avail for someone moving in across the hall from me.Seriously? But my 18yrs of service with ya means squat?So had to go into store where I got another gentleman who didnt speak english very well and thought that if he kept moving his mask away from his face and talk louder with a thick accent I would magically understand him.I did not! Left out of contract paying month to month $69 a month now 100mbps internet and NO TV.They are a JOKE.And if I didnt have to work from home I would scrap them and go back to sending pigeons instead of emails!!!

I havent felt so disrespected for my military service in quite some time, but a certain associate here definitely crossed the lines. Asking about VA benefits or disability is none of Xfinity, or your staffs business. Also continuing to comment on how your significant other receives less and I have it pretty good. You have no idea what a service member goes through and I hope you regard the next veteran you meet with more respect than you showed me.

I’ve been in to this store twice in the last two weeks and I’ve had an amazing experience both times. An associate named Mayra Q. helped me both times and she provided absolutely the best customer service ever. She was nice, funny, and on one occasion noticed that I was going to the car to check on my dog, and she let me bring her in offleash! (I didn’t have a leash on me) Truly top notch, high quality customer service with really short wait times. Highly recommend you ask for her! There’s some other kind employees too, but I’ve only had my experiences with her.

If you want someone who is kind, helpful, and doesn’t beat around the bush, ask for LT when you go. She is very kind and knowledgeable and made this process of getting WiFi in our new home super easy. She was really relatable and had the best costumer service I have ever received. We left with big smiles on our face!

This location is all around a great place. Personally I can’t stand Xfinity and their outrageous prices. I kept getting different bills on my cable bill and then they jacked my price up $25 on my mobil account since they do not offer cable/ internet service in my brand new neighborhood. You Tube Tv and sprint save me about $100 a month. I’m out of The Xfinity BS
