The employee were wonderful and helpful. The store was really warm and they didnt seem to be enforcing the mask mandate very well.

Dont really know how to rate this one haha 😂 They didnt have my nephews size in the spiderman with the muscle arms though. I guess well give it a 3 🤷🏼‍♂️

Halloween is my favorite holiday. i love horror movies and dressing up as fun characters and this store is so fun!! they have incredible animatronics when you first walk in and they’re so cool!! the setup is organized as well. kids costumes on one side, adult costumes on the other and decor in the back. my only complaint would be the quality of the costumes. i wouldn’t buy costumes from there because they’re expensive and never great quality but in terms of halloween decorations, it’s amazing!! the store is also just spooky and fun. i look forward to when it opens every year.

They just keep getting better every year, more costume selections for adults & children, more home decor too. Completely different animatronics this year too. Lots of staff around to help.

Bought my sons costume. Said xl. After we got home we discovered it was a medium. Now I have to go back. We live 45 mins away. Thanks alot for not paying attention wth packaging

Had a lot a fun here with my friends and family. A blast to take pictures and videos which was surprisingly welcomed. Only issue was not being able to try on accessories with your costume. Those are what make the whole costume so it was kind of hard to judge what we would look like

Big store. Staff not uniformed. Shelves not stocked. Not a great deal. High prices and low quality products. But since theres not really any other places to go to get Halloween costumes. Ill give it 3 stars for effort.

This place is a blast. The staff is very friendly and patient with the children rummaging through everything. The costumes and decorations can be a little spendy but theyve got everything in one place. If you havent been to Spirit, I highly recommend it.
