First time in years stopping in here and it was a good stop. They have some parking in the back. I think they make all their donuts on the premise. I would get a dozen, but would eat them and wouldnt be good for me. I picked a raspberry filled donut and ate it in the premise. It was good. It was fresh tasting even though nit hot anymore fresh.

I bought donuts for my coworkers. Lets just say there wasnt a donut left. Everything was fresh and fluffy. Melt on your tongue. The ladies working were very nice and the place was clean. It smelled so good! Almost bought a second box

This is my favorite donut place now. I love that my toddler could see how the donuts are made. The packaging is adorable, and the quality of the donuts are incredible! My husband brought some plain cake donuts home. I thought: “BORING!” But when I sunk my teeth into it, I was proven wrong. It was the moistest and most flavorful cake donut I’ve ever had. Thank you Donut World!

Took my 5 year old daughter here. First time ever to a donut place( besides Safeway ). It was kinda gloomy today so we decided to head out in our jammies and get donuts. She loved it!!First off: Staff is f**King amazing 🥰🥰Secondly: donuts are daaaank 🤤Thirdly: my 5 year old says to stop there…. So you probably should!

I took my kids in to pick out a dozen donuts for our 7 year olds birthday breakfast.The lady that helped us really acted put off that the kids didnt know what they wanted right away.There was nobody in line behind us, so she could have given them a couple of minutes to choose.The donuts were good, and the place is clean. The man that rang us was nice. He helped to make up for the womans customer service issue.

I have recommended this place for years. I dont go to Gresham that often so stopping by was always a treat. This week was a huge disappointment. The donuts were NOT fresh and were inedible. So sad because they have always been amazing. Fed them to the horse. Will not go out of my way to return.

Really, really good donuts. It is very clean and the staff are very nice. The raised, glazed donut holes are outstanding.

Not as good as heavenly donuts. Also the people behind the counter tend to be pushy, hurry up and buy type attitude. My wife wants to take her time and choose wisely and the pressure only makes her take longer. Chocolate Donut holes are dry as well.

Used to be good I dont know if they switched up their oil but it seems to be very oily and more bread like than a donut should be. Over proofing the dough? To me a donut should be chewy and not very bubbly structure but to each their own. It actually makes me nauseous now because of the oil soaking into dough.

I love all iterations of their cake donuts, but the glazed ones are pretty great too, nice and fluffy. They can be a little stingy with the chocolate and maple on the bars but still delicious.

Had to pick up some donuts and this place was near by. The service was quick and easy. Got a variety dozen for a fair price. The workers inside were nice and welcoming. The donuts were delicious! There was a huge selection and it was difficult to just pick 12 out! Thanks for a great experience and great customer service!

Giving them no stars as 3 days in a row we have came here different hours and they have been closed but the website says open till 6pm and it is now 5:19pm... My friend is in town from Tacoma and wanted 2 try their donuts... Not good 4 business 2 post incorrect website...

Sorry, but I rate ALL donut stores 5 stars... I mean all the ones that have apple, cherry, and blueberry fritters. Id rate six stars if I could. They have like 6 flavors of filled, fluffy and wonderful raised, sweet delicious cake... the selection goes on and on and on.Oh my, yes, coffee, cocoa... 5 mmmms plus 2!

Service is great here, fast and friendly, but you dont feel rushed. Pricing is great, and the product it self... amazing. The part I love most about Donut World. Is being able to watch them hand make everything. My son loves going in. Will definitely recommend and return in the near future.

Number 1 reason we love them is their staff. Always friendly! No matter how early we get there, they greet you with a smile and are very helpful. They have amazing donuts, always fresh first thing and so yummy! These are your not cheap grocery store donuts, so they are worth the little bit of extra cost. But they are reasonably priced for the quality! Their donut holes are perfect for kids. $2 for a dozen makes my little boys happy campers!

We were so happy that we stopped in and bought donuts from Donut World, the customer service was above and beyond other bakeries. There wasnt any maple bars and they frosted new bars for us. So fresh and soft just perfect.

First time visiting. Very clean and respectful of COVID precautions with counter shields, 6ft markers and an exit path to prevent crowding. Staff is super nice and friendly. Stopped in around 10:30 and there was still a fresh selection. Got a dozen and wow, Id come here for the cake donuts alone. So soft and not too heavy or too sweet.🤤 Will definitely be back.

Just simply great doughnuts. They are not Voodoo nor or they Blue Star, but they are the best simple doughnuts you can find in Troutdale/GreshamNote they charge card transaction fees for purchases under $5While the staff are precautions and appear protected with the added windows its hard to maintain 6 feet of social distance especially with the single door. They need to find a new way to manage people in the store.

The donuts are fantastic. Great selection & ok pricing, however I won’t be back for awhile. I am not sure if the stress of the covid is getting to the workers or what but that lady they have boxing up donuts today was beyond rude. Maybe she should be asking the customer to repeat themselves and actually paying attention rather than rudely lecturing the people that are there to buy your products. Apparently customers have no say in how their donuts are packaged and they give you extra boxes even if you want it all in one. Oh don’t let me forget what an ordeal it is and how annoyed they get if you want to pay in cash, (FYI you cannot tip w/cards and I enjoy tipping) but with as rude as these people are I would rather drop what would have been their tip off to an urban camper somewhere. After this fantastic experience they tell you to follow the arrows only to bring you right back to where you were and you have to try getting through the line to leave the store.

Love the donuts they are fresh and delicious! There is one employee that takes things to seriously aggressive...just coz I repeated myself because I didnt hear she said something she got all feisty...

End of the day stop and donuts still moist and delicious. They dont have vanilla chai lattes but when asked, jimmied some steamed milk, syrup and tea bag together. Turned out perfect. Highly recommend.

Solid, local donut shop! Id give it 5 stars, but the donuts are nothing to write home about. Theyre consistently good, though, and the staff is friendly. Coffee isnt great, but its drinkable, hot, and generally fresh, which is all I need to go with donuts! I appreciate that they have some options that arent painfully sweet, too.

Best East County donut spot for sure. Its basically a Gresham institution. Have been coming here since I was a kid and now take my kids here too. Love it!

Donut world is a wonderful place to stop and have a donut. It is also a place to stop and get donuts for your fellow employees. It also works for us to take disadvantaged students to share a walk and a donut on the way back. Wonderful staff and very efficient and friendly
