Staff is always friendly. I live in Oregon City but I drive to Tobacco Outlet in Gresham for the best prices.

Will never come here again they are rude, still mandatory mask and will ask to see your vaccine card. I would think the owner would go to the CDC website and see how the US death rate has not changed in any pandemic way but no just listens to the news I bet. education is a good thing you know.

This store has a good amount of choices in the Liquor section. But what puts them up on the Competition is a really large Humidor full of goodies!!

Its 2 stores in one, the tobacco outlet/ convenience store and then the liquor store... even though they are together, you cant pay for convenience store items at the liquor store register and vice versa. Its kind if annoying to have to stand in line and pay twice if you need something for both sides...

First thing I did at 8:13 pm in downtown Portland on Fathers Day (Sunday mind you) was call to see where in the world I can get some Jager and Tequilla and when they close. When the gentleman picked up he gave me everything I needed up front. Hello, thank you for calling (name of store) we sell liquor and open until 9pm. Going in, customer service is ON POINT. The employees were very helpful and kind and had people in and out with ease. Plus yaay liquor at 9 pm lol.Will return..

These people are all smiles and they have the cheapest smokes around.

This is a great location to access by car or public trans. Limited on shops, but the businesses that are in the shopping center are useful for casual buying. Need more food options.

This is the FIRST business to REFUSE to accept my I.D. They stated that FEDERAL law REQUIRES them to ONLY accept the following ..a state issued I.D, state issued Drivers license, a passport, or an Immigration card. prohibited them to accept ANY OTHER ID. It Is VERY ALARMING as a Native American that an IMMIGRANT can use another form of I.D. yet CITIZENS BORN in this country may NOT! My tribal I.D. has ALL of the necessary requirements to purchase tobacco, it helps verify the INEQUALITY that is still present today! WHY Tobacco Outlet, do you CHOOSE to practice such ignorant and untruthful I.D. requirements?

The staff is really chill and very helpful. Theyve got a great selection of liquors and I will probably start visiting more often when I need something like that. ;)

Store name is accurate. They sell tabaccoo and liquor. If you want to buy one or the other, or both, you can do that here. Not advertised in the name but they sell beer as well.

Great Store. Period. Wonderful prices on everything from Candy to Tobacco products, they regularly have sales on many different products. There is a liqu store in the back room. The staff is really fantastic, I dont know how they got so many good workers at a store like that but, whatever theyre doing, theyre doing it right. Im a daily customer here on average.

Its overpriced especially if they are supposed to be a tobacco outlet. Ive been in regular gas stations with better prices on their tobacco products. And most of their cashiers always seem to be in bad moods. I only go there if I absolutely have to. but hay maybe your the generous type that dont mind paying full price for tobacco at a tobacco outlet or maybe your smarter than i am and dont smoke at all, but if your almost home when you get that text from the other half saying pick me up some smokes than youll pay the extra amount so you dont have to turn around and can just get your tired bones home and just relax after the grind all day your choice, jus sayin.....

Very disappointed. A policy that doesnt allow you to exchange or refund a six pack you consider bad. Loss of a customer, for one six pack,might warrent reconsideration.

Friendly staff for the most part. The dealing with homeless or rude drunks must be a challenge..BUT..please dont take it out on other customers. Smile a little. If the job sucks that much..do something else.

I especially like the flavored Brisk ice teas. And, the price is most definitely right for my pocketbook. They have a lot of other things that I just dont care for.

They have a liquor store that is attached to the tobacco store which is also and Mom and Pop store. Yes I was just visiting the liquor store and those folks there are very helpful with everything. I have shopped at the outlet before it and the people there are fast efficient and friendly.

My favorite smoke shop these days. They have decent prices for most things and amazing prices for what I buy specifically. The girls that work there are always friendly and helpful... I dont get my smokes anywhere else... even if Im on the other side of town... its worth the wait.

I dont shop here very often. But when I do, i notice that they have a very wide selection of alcohols and other things that are kid friendly. They also have a nice selection of cigars, which I personally dont smoke. But this will be the place to go if you do.
