Great store with friendly salespeople. And their shoes are pretty cool too. Have been shopping here for a long time now. So happy theyre still in business.

I was looking for a very specific shoe. They did not have it, but the sales person was great to deal with. He was nice enough to tell me what size I would be in that shoes measurements. Nice people & I will look to do business with them in the future.

I love the shoe mill but won’t go to this one in Gresham when the manager Cory is working. He comes across very arrogant and demeaning. This is one of my favorite shoes stores but he has pushed shoes that made my feet very uncomfortable. He will not listen and instead explains why I am wrong. I understand he is some “expert”, but it is my feet and if it doesn’t work for me, I don’t want it. I have bought shoes from him that did not fit just because he said they did only to have to return them because I couldn’t walk in them. These are not cheap shoes either! If you are able, go to the Clackamas one. They are so helpful, kind, and will listen to you! Or go when he is not working because I have never had an issue with anyone else there.

The store employee firmly said “put your mask on right!” “Put it over your nose!”. I called to suggest to the manager that he train his staff to use better manners- like “looks like your mask has slipped down below your nose, could you please fix it? “ or, “I noticed that you’re wearing your mask below, your nose, we actually need it to cover your nose”. His answer was “I’m sorry we disappointed you”.So, rude service from employee + lack of taking responsibility for poor customer service by management = our family will shop elsewhere!

This is where you get shoes that will last you for a long time. Great brand and style selection. Not cheap... but you get what you pay for... so you will get lasting product.

Kimberly, was so helpful and patient. She listened to my challenges and needs and did her best to offer suggestions and creative solutions. I, have been to a number of podiatrist, etc. There are some good options here that are worth a try. Stop in and ask for Kimberly, I am so pleased that I did. Thank You.

I’ve received rude service more than once at this store, and last night took the cake. One gal, working by herself, had just offered to go to the back to find some shoes in my size. It was 7:30 when I arrived, they close at 8:00. She appeared to be the only one working. On her way to the back, the phone rings. She answered. In the meantime, I’m selecting other shoes I would like to try, as time is of the essence.She proceeds to have an in depth conversation with the person on the phone about whatever they were inquiring about. Does not acknowledge that she already offered to help me, and pretends I’m not even in her store. It is now 7:50, so I leave. My time is obviously not valued here. I came into the store planning to buy, I leave confirming that I will never buy from this store again! Question, if you are the only one working, does Shoe Mill dock your pay for not answering the phone every time it rings??

I’ve bought several pairs of shoes that worked out great. The last pair of shoes I bought were over 150 dollars and scuffed after wearing them twice to the office. When I went to the store they refused to even pull up my account to return, exchange or repair the pair of shoes. I’d recommend you shop at a store with a better return or exchange policy for the $ you invest.

They are super attentive and helpful with knowing which brands to try.

I took my son here to choose his winter shoes. He got nice pair for low prices. I highly recommend

I had a very nice and helpful young man help me on 5/4/18 in the evening to purchase a sandal. When I went back today at around 1pm to try on a larger size it was a very different story. Both girls were fairly rude, which I ignored until I tried on a different sandal and when I said it wasn’t comfortable one of the employees said it was just in my head!!! I told her that was rude and that I think I know what feels comfortable and what doesn’t on my own feet! When I mentioned my experience at the craft store next door an employee said she’d heard similar comments from others about Gresham Shoe Mill. Hopefully these girls will get some training and give up the attitude or find a job that doesn’t require them to intact with customers.

Wish this could have worked out. After fitting my Blundstone with the insert. I was thrilled to find it fit. Purchased the boot and realized they did not include the insert. Not, would you like to purchase an insert...simply did not fit. Now, I will drive out again to return it. Big bummer for poor service.

Sales people are real nice to you at first to make their commission off a $200.00 over priced pair of shoes. Then when a hole wears in the back of the shoe for no reason, they will not return them as a factory defect. Never buy shoes from this place. Stick to Nordstrom where you can return with no questions asked. This Shoe Mill place is a rip off, and I will never buy shoes here again!!!

One might think the prices are high, but the quality of the product is excellent. Do you want to pay $50 a pair that last 1 season and have horrific foot/arch support, or pay $150 for a shoe that lasts at least 3 times longer AND had excellent foot/arch support? No brainer for me. Manager Cory and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. He litterly solved my foot problems and gave me an excellent product. GBK

Pretty typical high end shoe place. Came in here to get a second pair of Dansko shoes for my job. Friendly staff and they had the size that I needed. The one bad part is Dansko sent me two coupons and they werent able to accept them because their system isnt programmed to a accept coupons apparently. On the good side I was still able to get a smaller discount that is used for healthcare workers. I will probably come back here again if I need another pair unless I have a coupon then I will try to look elsewhere.

Wish prices were a little less, but the quality of the shoes are very good!

I had awful, painful plantar fasciitis. These guys put me in the right shoes (Naot) and like magic the pain was gone; never to return! They know their business and they are patient, knowledgeable and helpful.

First pair of shoes I was shown were 350.00! Then I couldnt just browse around the salesman wouldnt leave me alone and I guess thats because I was only customer in there. I kept saying I dont want to spend over 130 but kept showing me shoes over that. Wont ever go here again.
