They have a good crew at the Lapalco goodyear. This is the third time I visited this site and I received superb service on each visit. I will return the next time I need service!

It was 5:59pm When I came in desperate need of a tire. I was riding on a doughnut that had giant gashes in it and had blown out my original tire about two blocks up. I drove to Goodyear on the doughnut barely making it and realized I left my tire that I blew out up the street. I literally took off running to make sure my tire and rim were still there and while I was attempting to push it back to the Goodyear where my car was a guy name Gary came and picked me up with my tire. Let me remind you they were one minute away from closing and actually I pulled up as they were closing the garage doors. That is definitely customer service at its finest. Also, Kevin and Nick are super super awesome employees as well Considering they stayed to help as well. These guys deserve to be employee of the year on a Goodyear USA level !!! Super satisfied customer couldn’t ask for better service and when you looking for something above and beyond just come bag Kevin Nick and Gary!!! 🤣They can’t say no!! Thank you, thank you AGAIN you guys!!

Made an appointment to get my tire replaced, In-N-Out in about an hour which is typical of a tire place. I get all my tires from this place.

They tried to sell me struts and a tuneup totally $1600 just after I got a battery change from them. The car was idling hard after the battery replacement so I went online and found that this model has to get re-acclimated with a new battery by idling the car for about 25 minutes. I did the idling thing and it totally solved the problem. I want to give them 2 STARS for decent past services but I cant after this attempted rip-off.

I went to Goodyear as my steering pump was low on fluid which of course meant a leak.After fixing the leak by changing the pump and all of the lines I noticed that the pump had a louder whine then it did after they fixed it, so I looked under the hood and noticed bubbles coming out of the vent hole on the pump which meant another bad pump.I went back and explained to them the issue and they kindly took my car back in and fixed the problem with no additional charge to me, so for this, I am rating this location 4 stars for customer service and -1 star for not noticing the pump whining before they said it was fixed the first time and gave the car back to me.I think they should check their work before they give the job back to the customer.But again they kindly fixed the issue with no charge to me so overall I am happy.4 Stars.

Be careful of recommended repairs. I was having my tires rotated at the recommended 6 months and the service guy told me it was getting time for a brake job on all 4 wheels for $1200 saying I had some special kind of calibers. When I told him I had a quote of $500 for all 4 he said, oh we can match that.

Stopped by to get a leak looked at on a Monday afternoon. They were able to repair one, but unable to fix the other so I schedule to get a new tire put on. They told me to come in on a Wednesday morning at 730. I did that.They did not have me on the schedule, but had the tire I had ordered. They tried to charge me a higher price and called me frugal when questioned about it. I have been here for almost 1.5 hours and my truck still hasnt moved. All to replace one tire. Unacceptable.

No matter what you go in for they find something else. Iended up there one last time because they were closest to my break down They looked at it and it was this and then it needed more then more then more. nd I just could not come up with the money with the final estimate at 950. I had my van towed to another place where the office was going to work with me on the costs. Their total, doing all the same work. 275.

I went in for an alignment.! Not only did they lie about the fact that I needed ball joints to get an alignment and I needed to change my R&R bar. They left my tire loose enough for it to eventually fall off. Oh and they lied about the extra service I needed I only need an alignment.! I took it to two other different shops afterwards. Please be careful when leaving the shop. They told me it would come up to almost 2,000 a little less but I believe they are just money hungry. God does not like ugly and they are very lucky my tire did not fall off in the midst of me driving. If I would’ve had a wreck they would be shut down.

They were courteous and very helpful. My tires were out of balance and they took care of it. They are definitely keeping up goodyears reputation. They even showed me a developing issue that I should keep an eye on. They could have tried to take advantage of me, but really took care of me. They showed me the issue, have me his opinion of how long ur might last and explained what to keep an eye out for, should it get worse. Great folks to do business with.

Had a stem broken and a flat tire, they fixed it and I was on my way. Had to wait a little bit but they didnt charge me anything.

Everyone in this store is friendly, but...thats about it for me. Today was the SECOND time they didnt order the parts needed for my car even though I called almost a week in advance. The first time, they didnt have the oil filter needed for my car. Had to wait 3 hours. Today they didnt have the lug nuts I needed a head of time, so they called their parts guy. I ended up being stranded for 4 hours because they didnt get parts a head of time. Im not sure if Ill return to this location in the future.

Called to get a price quote for some break work, was immediately asked for my personal information. Stated all I wanted was a rough price estimate for very specific work and was told it doesnt work that way and that they need my phone number among other info. Also was told I could have my truck delivered there for a free bake check, leading to it being stranded there and me HAVING to pay for whatever sham work they would claim to have to do. Place is a joke and I would not recommend.

Will try to sell you services you dont need. If you refuse them they will find something you cant drive without and also claim it is broken. Dont go in for a smile break job, they will end up charging you over $1,000 and leave you with no other option. BBB being contacted

Ever since I brought it to this place one thing after another has been happening good year stressed me out and anyone who goes here will have a badyear!!! Warning do not enter here I wish I got this warning

I find their service to be friendly but, flawed. I will not return to that particular location. I immediately had problems with my vehicle that I did not have upon bringing it in. I was one told nothing was wrong with my car but actually needed tirerods from hitting a bad pothole. I dont trust them.
