Great customer service! We ordered from them by a friend’s suggestion, and we haven’t regretted it. We needed it to come for my kid’s birthday, so I emailed them a couple of times for them to deliver it a day or 2 before, and phew, it came just in time.

Will order again. My son loves his new ducati, and it was assembled pretty fast. He zooms all over the neighborhood. It seems strong and of good quality, and he loves how sleek it looks.

The service isnt terrible, it is non-existent. And any warranty is bull$h1t.I dont know how much the reviewers were paid to write how good the service is, but dont believe them....they are bots.Our car stopped working, so we contacted them. I traced the problem down to the controller box inside. They promised they would send a replacement. They never did. I must have IMd them 10 times at least. Each time they do not respond. I even found their phone number and called. No one answers. Left a VM...no one calls back. So now, we have a $400 piece of junk.Dont buy from these people. You have been warned.

Bought a 24v car for the kids. 3 motors and power steering went out within a couple months. I emailed multiple times for warranty help(before the warranty was up) and never got a response. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY OR TIME WITH THEM.

We bought 2 and our daughters love them! The features are so cool too! They ride in the dirt and blast music. It took about 15 minutes to assemble each one. Everything comes in the box, but be careful not to throw any of the parts you need away. The cars have been on pavement, dirt, and grass and have been loads of fun to play with! I wanted something long-lasting and have found it!

Got a 4 wheeler ATV for my grandson, who I haven’t seen in a while. Lemme tell you the way to a kid’s heart is toys, and he loves cars, and you can’t go wrong with an ATV. His parents aren’t happy with me as it was an expensive purchase, but if the kid’s happy, I’m happy.

Don’t get fooled by all the positive reviews. I got “ kindly “ told to have my wife change her one star review. The guy called me serval times one after another to change it. He didn’t offer any way to resolve the issue only recommended we change the review. After finally receiving the toy it was very easy to assemble because it was so poorly made. After re-drilling the front wheel motor mount and bending it back straight because it arrived bent I was able to get the toy assembled.. I Charged it for a little over 24 hours and on the first try I kept looking for the button to make it actually move fast. Boring for my kids to drive, the power wheels with busted tires has proven to be a much better ride on toy. The 24v Buggy is Way over priced. Not enough torque to even use the 4x4 over hills the batter after several uses only holds a charge for about an hour. Complete waste of money. We use it the toy because it is new but it was not worth the 700bucks spent. The 300$ power wheels is way better.Update: company will not post your reviews on their website. Maybe they don’t like any negative feedback to the public

Setup was quick & easy. The remote control makes using the car a breeze until our daughter figures out how to control it & drive on her own. It drives well on grass in our big backyard! Also, could not be happier with Elegant Electronix’s customer support & quality product.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Will never order from them again!!!We received the ride on toy that we spent $694 on only for the seat to have a tear in it and a faulty battery cover. We tried many times to contact them with no response back. Finally I put a review on and sent them a Facebook message and they responded. We told them our issues and they agreed to send a new seat and battery cover. Well, we received the seat, but no battery cover. Once the toy was put together we can see that the front tires do not line up properly. Again we have contacted the company many times with absolutely no response back. At this point I feel the ride on toy should be replaced all together.I will never ever purchase from this company again. The worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. Buyer beware.....

Very bad customer service I have been trying to get ahold of them for weeks via email, text, website, and Instagram... in regards to issues with the 4x4 jeep we just bought with no response... several parts were damaged, all of the factory screws were loose, missing parts, the lights dont work, now that I bought the missing parts from hardware store the throttle controller constantly stops the jeep from going. I would not recommend this product or this company

Bought a land rover for my daughter and she loves it. My favorite thing is that you can control the car with a remote so its very safe.

Please don’t buy from this place. My sons car broke after Two weeks of use. Tried numerous times to contact them. After many calls and emails I Received an email with instructions on how to “fix” the car. Useless, $800 down the drain.

Very disappointing!!! Purchased a $599.99 car on-line as a birthday gift on behalf of a co-worker with 2 children. Toy came in with a damaged part. Requested a replacement part which also arrived damaged. Since by now the birthday had passed, my co-worker opted to return the car. He had to pay for return shipping plus the original shipment (which, by the way, was advertised as free shipping). After a meager refund, net loss to customer of over $800. Nothing Elegant about that!
