I went this place to look for a certain lotion for my wife. The first lady I asked was rude as heck. She didnt take her eyes off what she was, which was nothing, and said no we dont have it. So as i was leaving another lady asked me if i needed help. She was super nice and very helpful. She said the certain one I wanted was a fall item but lets go look if we have it. She took me to where it would be at and opened the cabinets to see if they had it. They didnt. She suggested a few more that would smell similar to what I was looking for. I didnt get the ones she recommended because my wife is picky and probably wouldnt have like it. I would of gave this place a 4 start but the first girl that i talked to ruined for this review.

What can I say, I always spend way too much money here! LOL

The store was an absolute mess! I usually go to this location and its fine, maybe they had a bad day. Need to give more hours to the employees. Two workers, both stocking and one ringing up customers.

First, the staff is sooo nice accommodating and helpful. The store is clean organized and handicapped accessible . Also well stocked . The only flaw is that I signed up for coupons and haven’t gotten any and the store doesn’t give you any . Also, a word of advice, if you like something like the glitter candle tapers, buy it. What’s with only four in the whole store?? It doesn’t give you the chance to get special items .

Amazing hand sanitizer selection..

The store seems to be taking over by candles and scent pods. Over priced when not on sale but dont let that discourage you from visiting. Different sales happen weekly. What was once a budding line of mens products, is now a complete line. Youll find body washes to facial moisturizers. Noticed no sugar scrubs in jars, miss those products of old.

This is a great place to pick up that last minute birthday gift or something for yourself. If you like to smell pretty :)

Large selection of everything. Found a lot i wasnt looking for.

This place stole 54.00 from my 12 year old daughter. She was charged twice and they claimed they can’t refund it because I have to contact corporate. It’s been two weeks since I did and we’ve yet to receive the refund. Horrible business and the staff is completely useless.

Have a sale online thats online and in stores she was showing me everything but that, so I was buying it and told her i still have a coupon. She told me it was too late to use my coupon cause she rung it up already. She have bad customer service

Ty procesed my payment attitude Galore! She just tried to both deter me and encourage me to buy a product with the try me sticker on it. I knew it had the sticker on it. I knew it was full and I knew it was the last one and I know Normally those products are sold discounted. I told her that I was trying to catch the sale. She rung all of my items up and it total to $100. I told her I wanted to do 2 separate transactions obviously to catch the $10 off a $40 purchase sale. She asked me if I was serious as if we were friends sharing some sort of joke. Anyway. ... I got $100 worth of stuff for a little over $60. But next time Ill stick to the Metairie location
